Hello,? We have reviewed the information provided and confirmed that order was placed on 1/24/2017, it left our facility on 1/28/and shows that it will be delivered today, 2/2/2017, which is well within the 10-business day we advised for an order to be shipped after submission.?
Since the product is? being delivered within the time frame we specify, we ask that if you would still like a refund once you receive the product, try again to follow up with the consultant or call Home Office for assistance.? Thank you,*** ***

Thank you for your email.    The complaint that has been filed has been researched and below are our findings:   [redacted] – summary of contact April 21, 2017 - [redacted] first contacted Thirty-One via email and the case was reassigned to Career and Guidelines Support...

(CAGS)April 24, 2017 - CAGS assigned the case to PNR (Product Not Received)April 26, 2017 - CAGS attempted to reach out to [redacted] and sent her an email Information was requested from [redacted] for us to resolve the complaintApril 27, 2017 – Consultant Melissa E[redacted] spoke to CAGS and advised that she reached out to the Customer and we asked that she keep us informed and the case was closedJune 15, 2017 – an email was received from [redacted] letting us know that she still has not received her products. CAGS called and left [redacted] a message and asked that she call us back. An email was also sent July 7, 2017 – [redacted] emailed in advising she still does not have her product or a refundJuly 10, 2017 – CAGS attempted to call Consultant again and asked for information to get this resolvedJuly 17, 2017 – [redacted] emailed in a copy of the check that she wrote to the Customer and screen shots of text messages between her and the ConsultantJuly 19, 2017 – CAGS called and left a voicemail for [redacted] to get this matter resolvedJuly 28, 2017 – [redacted] sent in an email asking for an updateJuly 31, 2017 – an email was sent to [redacted] advising her that we have sent a request over to our Finance department to reimburse her and to expect a check within 15 business days July 31, 2017 – [redacted] responded back saying Thank YouAugust 16, 2017 – [redacted] emailed in letting us know that she has not received a check August 17, 2017 – CAGS told [redacted] that we would get back with her once she checks with FinanceAugust 23, 2017 – [redacted] emailed in stating she still hasn’t receiveAugust 24, 2017 – CAGS called and left a voicemail pertaining to the refundAugust 30, 2017 – [redacted] emailed in asking for updateAugust 30, 2017 – CAGS followed up with FinanceAugust 31, 2017 – CAGS noted that [redacted] will receive refund within 3 to 10 business days CAGS sent email informing [redacted] that the check was mailed out on 8/28September 1,2017 – [redacted] emailed in asking for another updated and advised that she was reporting us to the Revdex.comSeptember 5, 2017 – CAGS emailed [redacted] again letting her know that the refund was sent outSeptember 5, 2017 – [redacted] replied that the check was receivedSeptember 7, 2017 – Thirty-One Gifts left a voicemail to confirm that the check was received and asked that [redacted] call us back. We have reached out to Ms. [redacted] and left a voicemail.  We apologized for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused, and informed her that we would be adding her suggestion regarding the shipping time frame to our VOC (voice of consultant/customer) that is reviewed weekly by are...

executive staff.  We are also refunding her the full amount of the order, and have reached out to the consultant to insure going forward contact is made with new customer.
I provided my direct line for her, incase she had any questions.  Her refund should be completed today or tomorrow and she should see it within 7-10 business, depending on her bank.
We hope this is resolved to her expectations, and again apologize.

We were able to process the refund for the requested amount of $7.20, although her original refund was processed for $35.20, not $32.80 as she stated in the complaint. Her total refund for the order came out to be $42.40 (her order total is $40.00).  I attempted to reach the customer, but there...

was no answer. I have emailed her a refund confirmation, including authorization numbers, to the email address provided by the customer.
