Second, neither the installer nor myself ever indicated that my old pump, or plumbing was leaking, if as Island Recreation claims, the o-ring was missing, how would the old unit not be leaking? Finally, as part of the purchase of this pump, I filed for a mail in rebate from the local utility as part of the [redacted] rebate program, again, rather than take the time to come to my house to address my complaint, I was just notified by [redacted] that my rebate is no longer valid because I "returned the pump" according to the vendor Again, instead of coming to my house checking their poor workmanship and fixing the problem, Island Recreation would rather spend hours making sure to continue to ruin my pool experience I can provide that document should you wish I have now contracted with a reputable pool company to close my pool for the season and will no longer allow Island Recreation access to my property They have had since I believe June [redacted] or thereabouts to remedy this and have chosen not to Kind of funny, I was telling my friend recently the story and before I even could tell him the problem, he stopped me after saying Island Recreation and I quote "let me guess, you are on the long list of people they screwed"! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: For Keller Williams to say that the last quarter, I became aggressive and insulting is by far inaccuratePlease prove thisthe 4th quarter is from September thru December and I could never even get ahold of [redacted] [redacted] sent an email in November stating that the entire removal of the tree had been removed I tried to contact her because she never sent me pictures of the job completion via emails that were not responded toTherefore, I made a trip to San AntonioPlease see attachment that is the email I sent to [redacted] when I arrived at my property only to see that the Tree was still in place How was that aggressive and insulting? She told me the job was complete and as you can see it was not I ceased all contact with [redacted] because she became unprofessional and aggressiveShe didn't stop communication with myself, I ceased it [redacted] did not do her job that I paid her to do My new property manager took over on February 1st only to find out that the renters had a large dogNo pet deposit was ever given nor did she mention to me that there was a dog at my house but yet she claims to visit the propertyIf you want to claim that she wasn't aware of the dog then that definitely proves that she wasn't doing her job per contract to manage my propertyWho is going to pay for what that large dog tears up in the house and backyard? Another thing that my new property management immediately saw when they visited the property was my property was not up to the Texas property codeSee attached invoice If [redacted] was doing her job, she would have noticed that the house needed keyless deadbolts, peep hole, smoke alarms...etcIs Keller Williams not aware that would have been a bad lawsuit should there have been a fire that injured or caused death to the renters and their small children My new property management who also represents Keller Williams tried to reach out to [redacted] and she was unprofessional to them by not responding to themThey copy of the lease agreement that I had was never signed by [redacted] which really wasn't a valid agreementAlso, they were trying to get the spare keys to the house and she never turned them over so as you can see on the attached, I had to pay to re-key the houseMyself, renters and new property management didn't feel safe with her not turning over the keys to the property As for the Tree job not being completed, I tried communicating with [redacted] regarding the issue during the time that I was paying her to manage the property and she never responded to meI received many comments by others that the tree was not properly removed as what I paid for She did not comply with the agreement, I had to make a trip to San Antonio, only to see that she lied and it wasn't completeShe really thought that I would have never known since I am living in CaliforniaRegards, [redacted] ***

The salt generator was installed last year, at no time were we informed of a leak on the salt systemThe liner was changed due to a defect, the installers do not put the salt system back on the returnHowever, we will have a tech out to the home on 7/ [redacted] to look at the leak and fix it

A solar cover does not put heat into the pool, rather it is a device to keep the heat in the pool at nightAs a courtesy, bring the cover back to the store for a refund

I have tried to reach [redacted] at the numbers provided to no availAt this time to resolve this issue [redacted] is welcome to return the items in question back to the retail store without the sand in the tank in the original boxes with receipt and we will accept an return at this time to resolve her issues

[redacted] has a pump purchased in from the Manufacturer ***The model is no longer sold by Islandrecreational [redacted] is welcome to purchase the additional adapter required by an alternate dealer or through the internet but it is an item we do not carry at current timeWe are only a retailer not a manufacturerWe do apologizeWe also in had the manufacturer send [redacted] a set of top ledges for his pool and had them installed as well ?

Then never called back to schedule. When I called was told the gentleman I spoke with was not in. Called again same responce. I have since called another company to fix my problem as my pool has now turned green waiting on Island Recreational. Thank you for your quick response. Should Island Recreational call me and come out to fix before other company shows up, great. If not I will bill them for whatever it costs to resolve this problem. Thank you and have a great day. On july ***, Brian spoke to [redacted] and informed him that once he received the parts in question, he is to call us and we will install them at no chargeThis offer is still valid

We have left messages at both numbers provided in the complaint trying to arrange a service call to look at the unit in question to no availWe have called and left messages on 52015, 52015, and We are awaiting an reply from the consumer to discuss the referenced complaint

We have spoken to the customer and have agreed to refund the cost of the filter hookup in the amount of $ We have also set up a service call on Wednesday [redacted] to adjust a vertical on the poolThe customer has agreed to all of this

The consumer was told that the pool had to be completely drained for the liner changedThen the crew arrived, there was 5" of water in the pool, they did not say they would come back to install the linerThey were informed to call in to reschedule the installationWe have instructed them to bring the liner back to the store for a full refund on June ***, we can not refund if the liner is still in their possession

Free installation is describing the free labor to set the pool up, the bottom tracks, the wall, the liner, top ledges and skimmer/returnThe standard charge for an 18' round pool is $on top of leveling, sand handling and filter hookupThe $to set the pool up was not charged We performed a site survey prior to the delivery of the pool to go over the additional charges such as the 8" of leveling that needed to be done, the sand handling charge of $per yard for yards of sand and any other fees that may be associated with the pool installationWe do this prior to the delivery so that the customer has time to weigh the cost of the installation and cancel the purchase if they would likeThe pool delivery and installation was pushed back to the [redacted] and [redacted] respectively because the manufacturer did not produce the pool, prior to the the customer called in to move the installation to 7/** The pool was installed on 7/**, at which time the generator was on backorder from the manufacturer The store upgraded the customer at no charge to a larger salt generator and the installation was completed on 8/*The pool was installed and usable between 7/ [redacted] and 8/*

No supervisor received any message to contact in reference to an issue with the pump The credit card company did not contact, they have my direct line as they have called me on prior casesThe notes on our installation paperwork and yours states that the union from your old pump is missing an o ring That is the cause of the leakThere is no crack in ANY pipe This was written on the installation completion paperwork on June *** If the pump is a direct swap, which it was, the old unions are used to installNo one was home at the time of the installation so the paperwork was marked "Leak at discharge union swapped from old pumpneed o ring."

The rails were ordered. I have contacted Swim N Play to advise us on why the rails were not sent when they were first orderedHowever, the rails will be sent to the consumers home directly. There is no filter system on the pool order from 2013. There is a pump purchased in March
of which has been warrantied due to a manufacturers defectThere is no money to give back on a filter that was not purchased from us
