The MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS states:Tell us why here...The customer purchased a 12xpool coverThe pool is 18x I purchased a 12xpool cover on that day for another pool I have an existing 18xpool cover that I have used for two years and is in excellent condition No where on their ad does it say I have to purchase a pool cover that I intend to use on the pool that I'm closing Island Recreation was apprised of this and agreed to use the existing cover but never didthe cover is too small to close the pool with - THERE IS AN 18XCOVER FOR USE TO CLOSE THE POOL>has NO skimmer plate - ALL NECESSARY PARTS ARE LOCATED BY THE POOL ALTHOUGH I WAS NEVER TOLD WHAT WAS NEEDED I WAS JUST TOLD TO PURCHASE A BALL, A COVER, AND THEY WOULD DO THE REST THIS NEVER HAPPENEDno cable - CABLE FOR WHAT?no plug for light - ELECTRICITY TO AND FOR THE POOL ARE ALL VISIBLY LOCATED IN THE POOL AREA.customer was given full refund for what she paid for close.I HAVE NOT BEEN GIVEN A REFUND I WOULD LIKE PROOF OF THIS AND THE DATE IT WAS GIVEN MORE LIES FROM ISLAND RECREATIONAL

The installer took an already broken top plate from the pool, just one. We do not sell that pool, we were trying to match up the plate to see if we had anything of use. The installer took a broken one knowing it would not used. The plate was cracked beyond repair. We are
unable to get the plates needed to fix the pool, but the plates were broken prior to the installer comingThe liner has since been returned and a full refund issues

Although this fixes the immediate issuesMore issues have since come upOur filter is not workingIt does not push water through the system like it is supposed to and smells like something is burning when it is runningWhen I contacted the company I am expected to disconnect a broken filter and pump system then drive it an hour away to a different store then we bought the products at or we can go to the store we bought the products at and hope that the manager is willing to help usWe paid for our pool in full April **, we expected a pool to be put together and running by this pointI am concerned that my pool will never be a functioning usable poolI should not have to drive an hour with a water logged system to fix something that was broken right out of the box

I have paid them to do a find and fix they sent someone here with a machine that had problems they did not find nor fix my problem this has been going on since I bought this pool and every summer I open pool there is no water in pool so dont know how they cant find a hole if there is no water in pool I would like them to find and fix or replace my liner at there cost

The ladder was never placed near where the hole occurred The deep divot was there before we put the ladder in poolThe Ladder was placed as far away from deep divot as possibleOur ladder of years has never caused a divot or hole The response is completely unacceptableThe deep divot was there because Island Recreation installers never raked our sand prior to installing new liner The entire bottom of the pool after installation had divots all over it which shows installers never did their job of taking the sand prior to installation.

I apologize for the issues you had at our retail store. I have contacted the store manager to have him call you directly. I have notated the account and you can purchase the floats at the $price

I have spoke to *** *** *** in reference to the liner in the swimming poolWe explained out technician comes to examine for warranty purposes only he is not an installer to determine causationIt is also confusing the company hired to install the current liner did not correct said issue or
explain what the issue is if they are a professional installation companyregardless we can issue a replacement liner at no cost without installation to alleviate this issue and re-installation would need to done at their discretion*** *** will think about this offer and let us know accordingly her decision

The customer has spoken to our *** *** *** *** *who has provided replacement parts and a $Gift certificate as a courtesy to resolve their issues

Tell us why here...the customers paperwork was completed on 8/**/it was mailed out on 8/**/the customer should receive their packet on 8/***15.once the customer receives their packet they sign and mail it out

I have called the number listed in this notification and left voice messages trying to work out a fair and reasonable resolution for *** *** *** can reach me at our office between 10am and 9pm all days of the week except Thursday and Saturday since I am off on those particular to resolve he issues with the ground preparation fees for her installation

I made my purchase at island recreationalI did not go through any other partiesPurchased a pool package with deck and installAll deliveries or correspondence regarding products delivery and install where handled by island recWhen it came down to it is when the runaround started and I was told and made to call all interested parties and sort it out my self with zero help or assistance from island recMy contract states that my install was do be done no later than april *** yet they made the arraingements for delivery of pool on may *** which I was able to change to the *** because the install date the gave me was may *** and I did not want parts sitting for so long. Again no choice on my part just rude and zero service from island recIt was like their motto was to bad deal with itThe parts finally came on june *** and install completed on june ***!!!I myself work in the customer service field and would of least made my customer feel/be resolved in any way other than the treatment I receivedBeen shopping with them for the better part of years for supplies and chemicals but never againThe lost a good customer

[Your Answer Here]they never came on 7-**-15,they reschedual for 8-*-2015.the pool had leak since installed.there was a puddle next to pool since installation,the pool was installed end of may,parts were missing so they had to come back in june to finish.it takes days to fill pool.I started complaing to island recreation weeks ago,leaving messages.to this date,7-**-nobody has come to check leak.I started to complain when I had to keep filling pool with water.I had sprinkler guys come to see if I had a leak,I wanted to check other stuff like sprinklers before I complain about a leak in pool,the sprinklers were ruled out because they didn't have a leak,so then I knew the pool was leaking.its a slow leak I loose to 3inch of water every two days.so im waiting for weds 8-*-for them to island recreation to show up

We delivered the free heater that was part of the pool package on 8/**/17. We are unable to refund the customer for a heater that he did not pay for and especially since he has the heaterIf another heater was purchased, a refund would have to be requested from the whoever the customer
