I never notified them of a skimmer leak until 2 weeks ago, from day one  the install of this pool has been sub par, its collapsed 3 xs and had to be re installed 3 xs. Island rec will not take responsibility for any of their work & its passing it off to the manufacture . I am a person with a disability to which I bought this pool for those reasons . It has been one issue after another. They need to repair this as its due to their poor instal . I have maintained this pool & treated it like a baby for fear of issues do to the install & poor materials. Therefore this issue is small in comparison to all the issues I have had. They need to come & fix this as the integrity of the pool is at risk & I fear collapsing . I do not have the funds to pay the labor to the manufacture to which I'm being told I need to do . also when I purchased the pool they said its warranted, never mentioned not thru them , PLEASE I AM BEGGING THE Revdex.com TO HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE AS I AM NOT JUST A ISOLATED INCIDENT THEY HAVE ISSUES ALL OVER THE INTENT WITH CONSUMERS & THEY DONT FIX ANYTHNG , WHEN DO THEY TAKE RESPONSIBLTY FOR THIE PRODUCT PLEASE HELP ME

Again, how does Island Recreation know what the problem is if they have never come to inspect the unit or the installation job by their installer?  Second, neither the installer nor myself ever indicated that my old pump, or plumbing was leaking, if as Island Recreation claims, the o-ring was missing, how would the old unit not be leaking?  Finally, as part of the purchase of this pump, I filed for a mail in rebate from the local utility as part of the [redacted] rebate program, again, rather than take the time to come to my house to address my complaint, I was just notified by [redacted] that my rebate is no longer valid because I "returned the pump" according to the vendor.  Again, instead of coming to my house checking their poor workmanship and fixing the problem, Island Recreation would rather spend hours making sure to continue to ruin my pool experience.  I can provide that document should you wish.  I have now contracted with a reputable pool company to close my pool for the season and will no longer allow Island Recreation access to my property.  They have had since I believe June ** or thereabouts to remedy this and have chosen not to.  Kind of funny, I was telling my friend recently the story and before I even could tell him the problem, he stopped me after saying Island Recreation and I quote "let me guess, you are on the long list of people they screwed"!

[redacted] has a pump purchased in 2013 from the Manufacturer [redacted]. The model is no longer sold by Islandrecreational. [redacted] is welcome to purchase the additional adapter required by an alternate dealer or through the internet but it is an item we do not carry at current time. We are only a...

retailer not a manufacturer. We do apologize. We also in 2014 had the manufacturer send [redacted] a set of top ledges for his pool and had them installed as well.  ?

Tell us why here...Island recreational sells over 50000 bags of green out each year. To settle this issue we will issue IN STORE credit for the amount paid.

I have not been given any response to any email other than Ill order something. There was never a direct response to my request in May to do something. An very unprofessional email saying we will order something ant will get back to me. The pool is rotting away I was not happy with this to date and thats why I contacted the Revdex.com. I don't know why it wasn't delivered not just makes me want to boil. I would like to have a threeway phone call to discuss, which I think I deserve. This is something Island Rec has since May and the response is unacceptable. I want Island Rec to replace the pool. Thanks

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I entered into a sales agreement with the merchant on 3/*/17 which included, among other items, a pool heat pump manufactured by Blue Torrent.   After the merchant was unable to provide this heatpump, the sales agreement was amendment by way of a written agreement dated June **, 2017 (copy attached), prepared by Chris F[redacted].  The sales agreement modification provided for a Raypak heat pump.  This product has not been delivered.  Indeed, IR did deliver "a free heat pump" which is not the product they are contracted to provide.  They day before the scheduled delivery, Kemp or Island Rec. specifically indicated by phone that they would be delivering, on the [redacted] the contracted for Raypak heat pump.  The product provided is not that contracted for nor an equal substitute.  In fact, he product provided is not UL listed.   On the day of delivery, upon returning home and seeing the product delivered, I emailed Island Rec. with a formal rejection of delivery.   To date, now two weeks later, after 3 phone calls no one at Island Rec is responding to me about their obligation to fulfill the terms of a written contract.
