Three Bird Nest has cute stuff - no denying thatHowever, their customer service is only there to push product and their returns/exchange policy is a scamBefore placing my order, I emailed customer service to verify that they accepted returns - they said they would be happy to assist me with returning the item if I was dissatisfiedI would not have gone through with the order otherwiseHowever, once I received the item and reached out to customer service, they forwarded me to the returns policy on their website, which says they only accept returns for store credit days FROM PURCHASEWell, considering they didn't even ship my item until days after the purchase and it didn't ARRIVE until AFTER their day window...I thought maybe they would be willing to work with meWhen I contacted them originally before placing the order, they always responded right awayIt was only once I wanted to request a return that they stopped respondingAnd that was it - they never responded to my next email and I'm not going to fight tooth and nail with a customer service rep over some cheap bootsBut I will share my experience...in one word, SHADYAfter reading reviews, it sounds like they are constantly late shippers, which really makes you wonder about their scam of a "returns" policy...do they ship late on purpose, so that the item is then un-returnable?? If they cared at all about the customer, the policy would at least be days from when the item is shipped, which might make sense since the times between purchase and shipping can varyHonestly, I would've preferred they just said upfront that they don't accept returns and then I would've ordered with that in mindI cannot buy from them again knowing this is how operate and treat their customers

The first issue is that the products I received (two shirts) were not the same as what was depicted on the company's websiteThe shirts I received were a.) different colors and b.) different styles than the shirts displayed on Three Bird Nest's websiteAfter returning both items through the "Returns Manager" on Three Bird Nest's website, I have yet to hear anything from themI have not received any updates about the status of the return, or any type of credit for the items returnedAccording to the *** tracking number that was attached to the package I mailed back my returned items in, they were received at Three Bird Nest's address on May 12thI have attempted to contact Three Bird Nest a total of five times and have had zero responseMy first attempt was via *** *** and was in response to a message they sent me when the items were initially shipped to meThey sent me a notice saying that the order had shipped, and included at the end of the message were the words,

I've placed an order on October 24th, to be exactI received my order confirmation number right after I ordered the charcoal gray messy bun knitted beanie hatI read on the shipping information on their website and it said "most in-stock items ship within 2-business days of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 3-business days to process and also it didn't state that it wasn't in stockIt is now November 4th, days and I STILL haven't received an email stating my shipping numberI have emailed on multiple occasions and have received nothing backI sent a message on their Instagram page and someone mentioned they would pass this information alongI sent that message on this past Tuesday(October 30th)- also days past what their shipping information states on your websiteI emailed yet again on Friday, November 2nd and still haven't heard backSo I messaged yet again on their Instagram pageI got the "read message" and no answer backI've received amazing reviews

I ordered items online 12/1/for $after shippingOn 12/three birds nest had a sale for all my items where total after shipping was $That’s a difference of dollarsSince my order had not shipped yet I emailed to try to cancelI didn’t get a response until 12/by then my order had already shippedTheir response was they don’t cancel orders but they are going to forward my email to customer serviceMy items are considered accessories and can not be returned for store creditAnd make sure you look at the return policy they only issue store credit not refundsCustomer service tried to help but would only give me store credit for $Remember the difference was So now I warn everyone do not shop at three birds nest you will overpay for poor quality itemsShop elsewhere you are better off

one Burgundy Bandana kimono Scarf, On the mailed shipping receipt it does not show this item on it nor does it state if there was anything happening with this item such as it being back orderedWhen I ordered it I was not told that this item was backordered so it shouldn't beI carefully checked through all my items when ordering to make sure non had any additional comments regarding delay and they did notWhen I log into my TBN account it stated that all items were shipped Tracking ID USPS #LNXXXXXXXXXUSSo this item should have been in the shipmentAlso I orders one WHITE Lace Layered Cami Dress in MED and I did receive a slip but it was a PEACH/NUDE color called NATURAL in MEDI am not ok with this as I have been waiting since April X XXXX it has been over a month not including the other prior issues I hadI should also say that I have emailed TBN today as well but I probably won't hear back from them for 3-daysHere is my update still unresolved

I sent emails to TBN dated June 3, June , June Since I had no response I sent a comment asking why my order has not been responded to on their website contact pageOn June XX XXXX I received an email from TBN that stated as follows:

I'm having the kimono shipped out to you this weekI'm so sorry this has taken so long!
Regarding the slip, are you willing to keep the nude slip? I wasn't sure if you ended up liking it or notPlease let me know:)
So it takes them days to response to my second email sent on June and they are still asking me about the slip when on the May email that I received from them that they would reship the slip and Kimono to me

Each email I feel like it still leaves something un answeredMy last email dated June I asked it to be sent to the CEOIt stated the obvious, the long waits on replies and requesting that both the kimono and correct color slip be sent to me free of charge and that I would not return the other slip that was shipped in error as I feel like I earned a free slip given the troubles I have had with this store
Here is my issue I was told TBN would be shipping these items the week of June , When I finally received a reply back on June they told me that the kimono would ship that weekWhy was I lied to on June that the items would ship that week and then two weeks later just the kimono was shippedThis is an example of how people have been lied toI have emails as proofPeople are not making this up
So the kimono shipped June XX XXXX Tracking LJXXXXXXXXXUS but they are still asking me about the slipwhy do I bother sending anything if they aren't going to read it!
This experience is so disappointingThis online shopping experience has been the worst one ever and I shop online all the time!

I placed an order for multiple items from Three Birds Nest on March 12, I received the items approximately weeks laterThe one item was a dress, which I ordered based on their provided sizing guide and it was way too bigThe day I received the item I went on their website to initiate an exchangeTheir website does not offer an exchange option, only a return optionNormally I wouldn't think anything of that except for the fact they offer NO refunds per their policy, all things returned have to be an exchange of sortsTherefore, I e-mailed Three Birds explaining I just want an exchange, same item, just a smaller sizeThe response to my e-mail was, they do not do exchangesI must send the item back, e-mail her when I send it, they will credit my account, and then I must repurchase that same item again via website depite the fact after all this it is likely the item will be sold outI explained to the business I am dissatisfied with this service and recommended they change

I ordered online and the shipping already took forever, but I actually liked most of the quality of the stuff I got, but there is still (months later) one piece missing and even though I wrote them several e-mails, I never got an answer or got the money backWould have loved to give them a positive review, but that kind of action is just horrible

I love the clothes three bird nest carriesI order from canada, and most of my orders arrive promptlyI recently was sent the wrong size of a tee, and once my issue was heard a tee in the correct size was on the way
