No, I don't because I asked this business to send me the tracking number numerous times via email in which they did not send itHere in their response to you if the first time I am seeing itThe fact that this business is trying to imply that they've been in communication with me telling me that my item is in fulfillment therefor cannot refund my money but then they can provide me with a tracking number proves that they are trying to hide something, they don't conduct good business practice and they have bad customer service!!!!!! I don't have the package therefore who has it??? They say they left it at the front door, why didn't they have someone sign for it? Again, this is another unprofessional way of handling my transactionI had to go to the Revdex.com to get a tracking number for an order that I made over one month agoI should have been refunded the money once I made the requested since they could not fulfillment my order as stated originallyTo hold my order and money hostage for over a month is bad business, who does that???

I purchased an "outfit of the week" from Three Birds Nest on July 18, It was to include one dress and one braletteWhen the item arrived on August 14, it was missing the braletteI immediately notified Three Birds NestFirst email they told me to check the envelope againSecond email they told me it shipped in another packageThird email they provided me with a completely different orders delivery dateI still have not received a refund or my itemThey refuse to correspond any further and have not addressed the issue at hand

I would not recommend ordering from Three Bird Nest I have had two separate bad incidences regarding returning merchandise First off, it took six weeks to receive an item that I ordered and it was not like the picture on the website I had to pay "restocking fees" and did not get a full refund, just a store credit
The second time I purchased items, they were very low quality, and the return process was ridiculous It is like they discourage you to return, because some items may require a "restocking fee" or are "final sale" items and you are either stuck with the item that you do not want, or you do not get the price that you originally paid for the item This is my LAST time to order from this website I would rather not shop that purchase items that are of low quality or deal with the hassle of their return policy

I love this company and the products they provide are always great qualityI have appreciated their efforts and customer service when an issue has arisedI have been a fan for years now, and keep coming back for moreI highly recommend their products!

Originally I wrote a review on the company complaining for there poor customer service after I purchased dresses over the Holiday season as a gift to my girlfriend Unfortunately the dresses did not fit and due to missing the week return policy since it was a gift I was unable to return the dresses Since complaining, the company has addressed the issue and given me store credit for the dresses

Three Bird Nest is a rip off Do not order from this company My last straw was a "grab bag" special It was to include one item of clothing and accessories
After weeks of receiving nothing I called the company to see where my order wasI was told that they had an overwhelming response and ran out of merchandise and that when the new shipments arrived I would get my shipment
A week later my shipment arrivedA piece of clothing and a packet of stickersWhat?? I called and the customer service rep was surprisedShe asked me to send her a picture of the stickersI did thatThe next day she contacted me, and was very condescending about the fact I would questions this

Three birds nest has awesome and fast customer serviceTheir clothes and accessories are unique, trendy, and cute! I've been shopping with them since they only had headpieces on etsyNow they have an assortment of clothes in a range of sizes! Love their stuff! ??

I have ordered many times from Bird Nest and I have loved everything The clothes are reasonably priced and good quality and VERY cute

I ordered a few different pieces from The Birds Nest and the items were all great qualityOne of the items I received was not correct but it ended up fitting my sister perfect so I decided not to return themWhen I let customer service know and that I would keep them anyways they addressed the issue and offered me a discount on my next purchase anyways!! Wonderful customer serviceMy only real problem was waiting for the items to arrive, if you order promotional items they can take 1-weeks to process so the rest of your items ship out then as wellI'm a bit impatient but I loved the clothes enough I didn't care once they arrivedI'll continue shopping here and recommending

I have not received the return label or the correct dress size yet, the response from the 4/email specifically stated (sent 4/9) "this should be shipping this week and you should have it around the end of the or early the next week." By 4/(days since previous email) still no response, 4/I finally received a "personal note" from the *** *** saying "shipping everything out this week." I had to ask for a tracing number twice, received order on May 4th, with invoice stating sizes I truly ordered but receiving sizes larger than what I orderedI had to email two more times before I received a responses back on 5/telling me that return label and correct size "would be sent," but I still have not received anything

So I have been having SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS WEBSITE and I have finally hit my limit! When you enter the initial site there's a big old thing that pops up to sign up for emails and receive 10% off your orderOk, awesome! Considering their dresses, for example, are not too cheap unless they're on sale
Anyway, they have cute clothes so I thought what the heck I'll sign upWell I checked my email all day waiting for my discountI kept checking back into the account I created on their website...still nothingI placed my order and emailed them asking what was going on
In your account you can use "points" to get rewards i.eFree headbandSo I earned "points" by liking them on Facebook and all the other stuff you can do to earn "points"Those of course DID NOT POST in time eitherI finally receive a response saying my points won't post until AFTER MY ORDER SHIPS! So you can't use any of the "incentives" until after your first order shipsNo where does it say that, but that's what happened
Then I received an email saying the shirt I ordered was out of stock and it was going to take longer for it to shipThey didn't refund my shipping no discount no nothingOk I gave them a passThings happenWhatever it is what it isThen I see my "points" posted when the shirt finally shipped
So you redeem these "points" by using a codeGuess what the codes DONT WORK! I emailed them AGAIN! They gave me different codesIf your next guess is they didn't work...you would be correctI've tried EVERY CODE they've sent none work
There's a chat thing they have on their websiteI used it to ask for helpI kept messaging and no responseAfter every message it says we'll be right with youI waited TWENTY MINUTES with no response and then just decided to give up and see if I'm the only person having issues

I recently moved, and without thinking, I ordered too quickly and forgot to update my shipping addressThree Bird Nest's policy is that they are unable to change addresses after orders are completeThis is understandable, as they are growing company, and it was MY mistakeI emailed and messaged them, just in case, and they were able to change the shipping address for meThis was a HUGE save for meI won't have to go to the old house, stalk the mail, and will no longer worry about where my order will goThis company did NOT need to update the address for me, but it sure means a lot that they tried and were able to update it for meONE HAPPY CUSTOMER

I ABSOLUTELY love Three Bird Nest! I love all the items I order and they have always been attentive to any of my questions and concerns Customer for LIFE!

I read a lot of negative reviews and I just have to say, I did not share the same experienceAll of the items I ordered arrived faster than I expected and they feel and look greatI actually received my items a bit sooner than expected because I ordered an "Outfit of the Week" which explicitly states that it could take up to weeks to ship following your orderI will definitely buy from this company again
