I purchased some items on March for a total of $and was charged to my credit card because I purchased using a gift card I had received from a prior creditI never received half my order and after a month of me contacting the company several times I was finally told I would be credited for the remaining items that did not shipThe company states they are crediting me the way I paid and refuse to give me my money back first despite the fact I have adamantly stated I do not want to do business with them any moreThey state they have to credit me the way I paidAll I'm asking for is to be credited back first of the to my credit card and then the remaining in the form of a gift cardI have had more than enough headaches with this company and would rather lose out on $than $

Terrible experience with this company I returned over $of merchandise and they never credited me after weeks emailing them about it and submitting my return tracking info they finally responded They only refunded me $ They sent me an email stating that they take out there share of the shipping cost....I paid the return shipping myself! Now they will not respond to me Definitely will not be shopping with them again!!! Beware!!

I've ordered from them twice and every time my orders were received in a timely mannerAnd the products are great quality! I also reported to them that one of those sketchy online retailers was passing off Three Bird Nest's products as their own and a rep personally responded within a few days to thank me for the updateI have so many things on my wish list for them that I plan on buying!

Do not order! Everything on the website is branded as “3BN” but then you will receive something called “CC” a cheap generic brand from ChinaSomething that you can purchase on Amazon for dollars! What a scam Of course there was also no returns accepted on the crappy China version of the hat that I received This was for a gift and I cannot give that What an embarrassment Three Bird Nest sucks!

The customer returned product and our team issued a store credit to herShe used the credit to place an order and inventory ran out on one item
Our team promptly refunded her original method of payment for that order- her gift card
The customer recently reported the inability to utilize her gift cardShe was upset and no longer wanted product or another store creditAlthough it was outside of our policies our team agreed to refund her monies directly to her PayPal account as we strive to provide the best service possible to our customers

It is quite possible that Three Bird Nest and myself have a very different definition of "communication"I have had to submit over emails to their customer service to get this situation resolvedIt was a month process to receive a refundThey have finally refunded my money after many many many unfulfilled promises to do soWhile the issue is resolved, I am still an extremely unhappy customer and believe that this store would serve all of it's customers best by closing it's doorsThree Bird Nest is an extremely poor example of how "business" should be handledSuck it Three Bird Nest

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: 3BN cancelled the order themselvesI did not request any of it to be cancelledI did inquire about my remaining item (the black slip) that I had not received and was told I would simply be refunded for that as wellI have all copies of emails to prove these conversations.
This company did not credit back my card the amount it charged On March 3BN charged my card $For my order On May they credited my card $
as you can see their statement is as they did not credit me back first on my card and the remaining balance as a gift card in fact they did it the oppositeWhile I truly understand and agree to be refunded go I paid, I think I should receive MY money back and then a gift card

Absolutely great service and clothingI'm local to their store as well and shop the boutique location but have purchased online from them for yearsGreat site
I also see some reviews that are less than greatAs you'll see they will take care of you always

I recently purchased items from Three Bird Nest Before doing so I read all the reviews Many were not good I am so glad I decided not to listen to the negative reviews and placed my order I received all of my items in about two weeks The items I picked were EXACTLY like the pictures And they fit perfectly! Now it’s my favorite outfit in my closet!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STOREFirst off, it will take nearly a lifetime for them to ship the items to youSecondly, the products (both clothing and jewelry) are very over-priced - they are very poor quality and do not appear as they are onlineThe worst part - I spent a couple hundred dollars on my order, and they failed to notify me that one of the items I ordered was sold outInstead of telling me, they sent me some cheap toe rings and a headband I would never wear (probably total value about $2) and expected me to accept this as a "gift"with NO REFUND on the item I had actually ordered!!! I exchanged several emails with the owner of the store, they refused to give me my money backYou can order much better items from other sites, ones that won't steal from youBUYER BEWARE

Purchased an item, recieved a damaged unwearable product

I purchased two of the same style shirt (the Dolman off-the-shoulder shirt), one in black and one in olive green, from 3BN recentlyWhen the package arrived, I noticed the black shirt was not the same off-the-shoulder style as was pictured on lineI contacted 3BN customer service via email shortly after discovering this3BN promptly responded with an apology for the order not being 100% fulfilled and kindly let me know the shirt can either be returned for full refund or I may keep the shirt received and they will give me a 10% discountI chose to return the item for the full refund and wait until this item becomes available againI did have an issue receiving the return shipping label via email, however after I called and spoke to the representative, she advised she resent itI never did receive the return shipping label email, however she was kind enough to send me a follow up email and provided a link to the shipping label in case I never received the original emailOverall I was very pleased with the ease of handling this returnAlthough, I was surprised to learn that the policy for incorrect or damaged items was to notify them within days of receipt as this seems very short

I absolutely love this boutique! They are very responsive when sending a message or emailI love everything I've purchased so farI usually buy something at least once every two weeksAs soon as the product is shipped, you are notified and it always arrives on timeI'm very impressed with the quality of the clothing as wellI love the fact that they offer sale items (outfit of the week) every MondayI highly recommend this business!

I am very uoset with my purchase from Three Bird NestI have called multiple times to customer serviceThe first person said I would get my order in to weeksThen I called again and she said it was out of order and they were getting a shipment soon....that was two weeks ago and still no responseI am very disappointed and upset with this boutiqueI will make sure to spread the wordIt has been a month since I placed my order and am supposed to have it for my special occasion but nope now I have to get a new dress and contact my bank to withdrawal that transaction

Items received were definitely not as picturedI purchased an Outfit of the Week (so sold at a discount) but the clothing sent to me was much cheaper in quality that what was shown and not as advertisedVery unhappy

One of the worst experiences I've hadI received my leggings and was so excitedThey were beautiful and fit greatI wore them to teach one of my yoga classes and they moved great and felt goodSo I washed them and hung them to dry like the label saysThe second time I wore them, within a few hours there was a HUGE hole in the crotchThese are stretchable leggings, they are supposed to withstand a lot of stretchI emailed the company and they said there was nothing they could do, not even half a credit, because they were worn and washedThey basically told me it was my fault for not "inspecting my goodies"
In my opinion this is a manufacturers defect and not my problemIf you're receiving quality items you shouldn't have to "inspect your goodies" before wearing them, you should have confidence that you receive the quality you paid for I've worked in retail for years before and our company would always honour manufacturers defects with an even exchangeThese leggings, for the price I paid for them, should have outlasted way more than wears

So disappointed in my purchase with Three Birds NestShipping took almost weeks when the website states a faster ship time Some of my items I received didn’t fit and I ordered my sizeAlso, some of the material was very thin and cheap lookingI contacted them for help to try to process a return and they have not emailed me backIt’s been weeks and now I’m stuck with clothes I’m not satisfied withI’m very disappointed with their customer service and will never purchase from them againThey have officially lost a customer and all the people I originally recommended to them
