I am rejecting this response because: although they acknowledge they didn't deliver the product as promised twice, they dont address their lack of customer serviceThis was at least a big an issue. If they had been willing to answer their phones and tell us that they would not be delivering and that we should look for another provider that would have been acceptable. Instead they just string us alongLeaving us in dead of winter with no heat or hot water

I would like to know why we cant get a reasonabale time frame when they are going to deliverlve read there policy it states one to ten buiseness days you go try to find these people there all or most in houses is not a good address ask a person they know nothing cant tell you where office is or wont just seems way to run a buisness

We regret the customer's unsatisfactory experience. On 7-21-the customer received a delivery from Thrifty of gallons. The customer had used gallon credit and $referral credit on this delivery

we are on an up to business day delivery, today 1/16/is the 5th business day. We are delivering within those terms. If she was told 4-business days, today is still the 6th business day. Also, this is a customer owned tank and can call another local supplier to deliver if
they have a quicker turn around time

Customer did get delivery on 3/15/gallons and their credit card was declined for $- please advise customer to pay for the propane or we will come back and pump it out

Our customer service rep sent an email with the detail of the refund, we are waiting for a response from that email to proceed

Customer called on 3/and was told - Customer upset bc was taken out before had, adv bc of the Short Fill, wanted his NSF of $refunded, adv we do not refund NSF fees for the customer, short fills are ran ahead of time and it is Company PolicyHe also wanted free propane bc of this, adv
we will not give him free propane for this. When you buy something you should have the money in the account for the purchase, overdraft fees are not our responsibility

Customer placed their order on 12/22/and delivery was made on 12/29/17, business days after the order was placed. Total delivered was gallons. This is well within the terms of the prebuy agreement

Customer will have delivery in 24hrs. Thrifty propane called the customer on 11/ and 11/and left a voice mail asking them to call back and let us know how much propane to deliver - they usually only get gallons. Either way, customer will get gas and will only deliver gallons with no fees for their trouble

This customer never called us to place an order. We have on record that they called in July, we tried to call customer back and we were unable to reach them. On 12/customer called to pay for tank in full with their credit card and wanted the bill of sale emailed to them with we did on
12/28/to supplied email address. This customer never requested a fill or delivery of propane

We regret the customer's unsatisfactory experience.The customer has been in contact with Thrifty after filing this Complaint wanting their delivery.The customer needs to indicate whether they want a refund or a delivery

We have attempted to call this customer 2x time let the customer know that due to an error on our part - the delivery was not put under the correct driver, our driver attempted to deliver on 12/but cout not due to the roads and the driveway, we will attempt to deliver again on 12/but the
driveway needs to be passable, we will take $off this delivery. Delivery was made on 12/15/

I am rejecting this response because:I did receive a delivery today, thank you. However, I only got gallons (that's 55% full). I asked for a fill , as in fill it up. This is the second time this winter I
have only got a 100-gallon fill. Why can't you just fill it up as I requested? I did pre-buy the gas. This fill I received today will only last about month then I will have to fight to get you out here again... Please come and give a full tank (80% full) then I will be satisfied. There was no explanation for why I only received gallons. I tried to call again today, of coarse no one answered. I left a message, I'm sure I will not get a response

PREVIOUS PREBUY BALANCE WAS GALLONS AND CUSTOMER PURCHASED GALLONS 1/3/FOR A TOTAL OF 1057.2, THEY THEN HAD A DELIVERY OF GALLONS ON 1/WHICH MAKES THE PREBUY BALANCE 641.9. WE WILL PROCESS A REFUND FOR THOSE REMAINING GALLONS
