Thsi customer spoke to our CSR on 1/16/and was advised that a tank could not be set til the spring and was offered a full refund. If customer was so upset with our company they should have taken the refund and found a local company that could set a tank sooner. Customer is now upset
because they left a voice mail for a fill, on 2/- as per their prebuy agreement they just purchased, it states to allow up to business days for delivery and to call when tank is at 35%. Delivery is to be made today 3/19/this will be the 15th business day

Consumer informed Revdex.com that it has been around two weeks and he still has not received his refund

We have delivered often to this customer, 12/gallons and 2/for gallons and 3/for gallons, customer only has a gallon tank. Customer has gallons left on prebuy and I will mark the account to deliver the remainder without a short fill fee and customer owns
their tank so they can feel free to call another local supplier that suites their needs. Thank you for your patience

Thrifty's driver filled the customer's tank @ 85%. At the time of the delivery, there was no propane spewing from the tank, shows it is not filled beyond capacity. Thrifty is not responsible for the customer's tank is functioning properly. Thrifty did not sell customer this tank, nor did Thrifty install the customer's tank. If the customer feels the gauge is not working correctly, or if there is an issue with the pressure release valve, the customer needs to contact the supplier he purchased the tank from and/or the supplier that installed the tank

We regret the customer's unsatisfactory experience.The customer indicated she filed a dispute with the credit card company. Thrifty cannot refund or it will be refunded twice

I am rejecting this response because:
I was told wrong info when orderedI was told many the customer service rep that I would have propane in 3-business daysI did not see a truck until the days I did have contact we their people on the dates they statedI had to call overtimes to get any one to answer the phoneI could not get a deliver date from anyone until the They need to fix their customer service deptI will not deal with this company or recommend them to anyoneThe should have not promised a3-day of delivery when they can’t deliver in this time frameThe should have called on the fifth day to inform me of the delay.thanks*** ***

Customercan get refunded at wholesale price per pb policy, cus has bought repeated pb and our refund policy is provided in the pb agreement given to the customer and on our website. We believe since the customer ordered 50% gal would have brought the tank to 80% and that the driver
delivered instead of in error, or driver may have had other customers to get on his route therefore limited the amount of gallons delivered since the cus was at 30%. Our driver doesnt recall. This customer has been doing business with us for years and has purchased prebuy with us in the past. For their December order, they cancelled before the business days were up. We will place another delivery order for the customer and top off the tank or refund at wholesale rate, no other fee's associated. Let us know how to proceed

Our call records indicated that you have only called on 1/and 1/from the number listed on your account. Also, you do own your own tank and do you have a prebuy with us, you can go to any local supplier that will deliver. Thrifty Propane is a Will Call propane supplier
This means that when you become a customer of Thrifty Propane, you save on propane prices, you have no contracts and you can purchase a tank at a reasonable priceIt also means you have responsibilities: to place your order at or above 30%, to have alternate fuel supply, such as electric or wood in the event of a weather or supply emergency that delays propane delivery, and to make sure that your driveway is clear so the delivery vehicle can get to your tank and provide markers so we know where your driveway is.When you purchase a pre-buy from Thrifty Propane you are purchasing propane on account to save on the propane pricesEven though we have storage facilities, including multiple underground caverns, we still have to rely on the transportation networks, both pipeline and public roads, to get propane to your tankInclement weather or breakdowns at terminals or other points in the supply chain may delay or limit the propane you are delivered.Thrifty Propane target delivery window for each county is published on the websiteThis means that we expect that we will make your delivery within that target delivery windowExcluded from this are weekends and holidaysPlease keep this in mind when you plan your next order

They delivered my tank and installed it the delivery guy ( Scott) was very very polite helpful and a great person to deal with, and he did an awesome job of installing I wish the rest of the company was as helpful as himNow I'm
waiting on the propane delivery they said 3-business daysThis company in my opinion needs an overhaul in customer service and their time frames on doing what they are paid forFor now I'm happy with them
