I am rejecting this response because:
I had no problem with the $short fill fee I was aware of that, where I have problems are as follows:1stwhen I called on saturday 12/I had all intentions of purchasing the additional gals from thrifty, but was told delivery was 15-business days out. (this caused a problem because they tell you not to call for a fill until tank is 15% which is around gals & this is not enough to last for 3-weeks) So common sense tells you that you need to make other arrangements.2nd. when I called back on Monday to have the gals of pre-buy delivered I was told that I was required to pay by credit card with the fees as follows: $- short delivery, $administration, plus $for credit card transactionI told the person on the phone I wanted to pay either by check or cash(this time I was told delivery was 3-days out. So I inquired about cashing out & was told it could be done at the current wholesale rate per galplus a $administration fee. I made no arrangements at this time because I was upset over the fees & how they needed to be paid. The afternoon of Monday 12/I called back resolved to just pay (it was worth the $just to get rid of them) & was told I could pay by check & my total would be $44, with delivery anytime 1-days out & my delivery person was TonyI asked if I could have a phone call the day prior to or on delivery day & was told that would be $19, so I declined. So I'm sitting here days out waiting for delivery, we will see just when it comes. I am attempting to find a pre-buy agreement that was mentioned but can find nothing & remember there was nothing exchanged between thrifty & myself when I made the purchase except a credit card number, that is why I would periodically call to check on the remaining amount of pre-buy. If all my complaint gets done is to put all the information on fees where consumers can find them & gets the people taking the orders on the same page using the same delivery dates I believe that is all you can ask for the rest is up to the consumers judgementIf delivery would have been a week out from the first call this would have been avoided because I would have ordered a fill
Thrifty refunded to customer's card $on 1-3-and mailed out check # *** for the remaining refund of $
