I am rejecting this response because:e tank was overfilled! I left several messages as well as the Manchester EMT's

Customer has been calling our customer support team and did get this resolved, yesterday.REFUND;Transaction ID: [redacted] Payment Method: [redacted] Amount: USD (21.95) Customer Name: [redacted]

As for this customer, we did deliver the December delivery on time, we were very behind in January, and did not get to Mr [redacted] within our delivery terms Please note, and advise the customer, they do own their own tank and can call any local supplier that will deliver to them sooner, they are no way obligated to purchase from Thrifty They did not have prebuy with us Thank you!

Customer called and placed order on 1/5/and propane was delivered on 1/10/ Customer did not run out of gas and spoke to serveral reps in the meantime

Order was placed on 1/2/today is the 7th business day of the up to day delivery time Customer also called at a very low 10% This is never advised in the winter Customer does own their own tank and if they did not think they could wait the time given they could call a local supplier

I am rejecting this response because:Although I received my propane today, it took me filing a Revdex.com complaint to get any sort of response from them This is a terrible way to run a company Since I own my own tank I will no longer be purchasing from Thrifty and advise others to also not take the chance.In response to their comment, I contacted their billing department to pay, but was told no one would be in the office until tomorrow to run my credit card I asked the representative to call me and confirm if my card was susccessful We shall see if they actually do or not

I am rejecting this response because: This complaint has nothing to do with the Bill of Sale, which took multiple phone calls in itself to obtain!My complaint is the direct result of my numerous phone calls , to request delivery of the gallons of pre-paid propaneInitial phone call was December with additional phone calls to this day; only to be prompted to leave a voicemail messageAll my phone calls HAVE GONE UNANSWEREDI have no idea when/if delivery of propane will happenDue to the inclement weather; I have had to call another propane delivery company to have propane delivered due to the UNRESPONSIVENESS of Thrifty PropaneBecause of the lack of response from Thrifty Propane; I request the Thrifty Propane honor my gallons of pre-paid fuel and deliver on a future date that I specify along with PROMPT (within hours of notification) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of the order via phone call and in writing (email will suffice)

We are unsure what the customer is asking for The communications in December are asking for a BOS to be emailed to him and it was emailed on 4/3/and 12/12/to [redacted] What is it exactly the customer is looking for? A refund on the gallons remaining on their prebuy? They can refer to the BOS for cancellation policy
