I am rejecting this response because: I am not convinced I received a full refundAs previously stated there was no statement accompanying the check showing how the refund was calculated.I need all receipts from all transactions which still have not been sent to me

Customer placed order on 12/28/when both his tanks were at 20% wanting delivery from prebuy The prebuy agreement states to call at atleast 35-40% especially in the winter to allow for unforeseen weather and road conditions He contacted Thrifty again on 1/2/requesting the BOS to go to another company for propane because he could not wait business days We emailed the BOS the same day to [redacted]

Customer called o 12/28/at a very low % of 20% Per the prebuy agreement the customer is advised to call at 40% and delivery is up to business days 40% is to allow for delivery, especially when weather conditions can get so cold and road conditions could cause problems We delivered on the 5th business day, made a Sunday delivery and did not charge the customer for the expedited fill
