Hello, Mrs [redacted] did request a reciept to be mailed to her, our first step in this situation is email This gives the customer the receipt in a click of a button This was attempted twice, the same way we send other customers receipts without any problems To satisfy Mrs ***, I have dropped a hard paper copy in the mail to her We would like to thank Mrs [redacted] for her for being a Thrifty Propane customer

This is the 7th business day of our 10-business day delivery Please advise if you want to continue to wait for the delivery or we can cancel and refund Please advise ASAP so we can get this resolved

I am rejecting this response because: I guess I should have read all of the customer complaints on Revdex.com before buying propane from your company I will not be purchasing any more

The manager called the consumer this morning and they delivered the propaneHe appreciates the Revdex.com and the issue is resolved

We will refund the customer in full with no fees and we will have a $credit on the customers account for future use, we do apologize for the inconvenience

I responded that the CC was indeed credited by Thrifty and for the customer to take a look at their account and please respond

I am rejecting this response because: They have been given plenty of time to cut a check. They do owe us the $150.00 emergency delivery fee because they failed to inform us they could not deliver the propane. Thrifty's truck was out of service ie broken that services PA. My husband found this out my later. You have had plenty of time to call us and tell us you could not delivery the propane. Instead, thrifty just said it was coming. 3 weeks later propane was not delivered. We had to purchase propane from another provider...that amount you are not responsible for but the emergency fee yes. This is not how you do business.

I am rejecting this response because: It will be impossible for me to get another tank and propane at the price that they had sold to me in April this late in the yearthey called and said they cannot and will not be able to service me because they don't have a tank to sell me even though they had a tank and the propane to fill it with way back in in Aprilall I want is for them to fulfill their promise to me to set my my tank and fill it before this winter since I foolishly maintained my faith in their empty promises, if they cannot fulfill their obligation to me then I feel it is their responsibility to find someone who can and at no more additional cost to me
