The cleaner arrived as scheduled I met him and we discussed what was to be done When I got home, he had not even done half of what was on the list and they still charged me the full price No vacuuming, no dusting, the baths were not cleaned, and the list continues! When trying to get in contact with customer service, I could only send an email, no people to talk with They responded saying that I can get a credit on my next cleaning, but after the poorest service I have ever experienced from housecleaners, these people can not be trusted to go into my home again I don't normally write reviews, but this service was so bad that I just had to do it

I used tidy + 1/hours services two times, I was billed on my debit card one week before the first service and I ordered and received the third service, in which I ordered a one hour tidy as they call itthey billed me three times on my debit card, which caused my bank to charge an NSF feeI was billed for $for a Tidy+ service that I never ordered or received, and again I was billed a NSF fee from my bankI was not expecting service that I did not order obviouslySo my bank charged meThey also billed me a charge for I do not know what for??? they disconnected their phone line and it is impossible to talk with anyone....they do not leave a forwarding email addressthey are only interested in the money and overcharging......................and overcharging I received a letter from my bank by mail, and Tidy is claiming that their bank is disputing my claimThey have overcharged me multiple times and it should be a crime to charge and steal money from innocen

I booked a TIDY+ cleaning prompted by a flyer left on my doorThe flyer was done so well, professional, attention grabbing, etcUnfortunately, that is the ONLY part of the whole experience that was goodI should have looked them up at Revdex.com beforehandI would've never used them in the first placeI went to work late the morning of my scheduled cleaning as I wanted to talk with the housecleaner face to faceShe was minutes late for the 8:scheduled timeI told/showed her what I wanted cleaned, specifically areas of focusWe discussed specific cleaners to use in my bathroom and on the wood floors, tile, etcShe agreed about everything we discussed, so I left for work at 8:40, assuming she would get busy cleaning! I had payed up front for a TIDY+ cleaning ($for 1/hour cleaning.) Imagine my surprise when a "Cleaning Certificate" popped up on my computer saying my cleaning was complete (it was 10:28.) 1/hours of cleaning should have ended at 11:since she didn't start until 8:The "Cleaning Certificate" reported the areas she was able to "clean" and those she was not able to clean because she "ran out of time." Clearly, she didn't run out of time since she shorted me minutesEvery single thing I asked her to focus on was on the "did not do" listI was so alarmed that I left work and came home to see for myselfMy home looked EXACTLY as it had when I left for work that morningThe only difference was that the appliances in the kitchen had been "wiped down" and not even with any productShe used a wet rag with waterI actually sniffed the surfaces in the kitchen, bathroom, etcto see if any cleaning had taken placeAbsolutely zero clean scent of any kindThe kitchen countertops, sinks and floor had not been touchedNothing in either bathroom had been touchedNot one single floor had been vacuumed or moppedDust was still on the surfaces of every single roomI immediately called the housecleaner and asked her what happenedShe said wasn't able to clean all of my house and kept saying she was sorryShe never offered to come back and actually do the job she had been paid forInstead, she offered the email address of the company so I could complainRed flag anyone?? I notified the company, via email b/c they offer no phone support (convenient, huh?) Jessica and Danielle kept closing their responding emails with "let us know how we can help." I said that I could be helped by them sending someone else to come clean my house for the $TIDY+ that I had already paid forMy request was very simple and easy to understandInstead, they offered me a $credit and said I could pay the $difference if I wanted the TIDY+ cleaningSo basically, I could now have my house cleaned for $116.00! Daniel said (and I quote) "While we can't refund for the cleaning that did happen, we do have our guarantee that says we will add credit to have someone come back and get those missed spots for you." The problem with this statement is that THE ORIGINAL CLEANING NEVER HAPPENED in the first place! I don't know why she can't get this point! I asked to speak to a supervisor who could make the decision to honor my requestThat never happenedSo do Danielle and Jessica run the whole show by themselves? I see that the president of the company, MrAndrew Hawkins, doesn't have a published email addressIt would be great if he would step up and do the right thing as the leadership of his companyI am not holding my breathTIDY has rightly earned the Revdex.com rating of FI have absolutely nothing good to say about my experience and the people who work at the TIDY companyAt this point, I do not want anyone from the TIDY company in my homeI want a full refund of the $that I paid for a service that was never renderedBottom line - TIDY provides terrible service, has terrible customer supportis under terrible leadershipThey are a terrible company that takes your money and gives nothing in returnIf I could give zero starts, I would, but that's not an option with Revdex.com

I should have read the reviews Terrible service Actually I don't even know if they can clean because the person no-showed for BOTH scheduled cleanings I booked the service for my mom Since she's not computer savvy, I listed my email as the contactI contacted the business and scheduled an hour's service, every two weeks, beginning the upcoming Thursday This was several days before the scheduled service The first time they no-showed for their scheduled cleaning on December 21, with less than an hour's notice I attempted to reschedule at their suggestion through the "concierge" and the website, and recieved a message at the end of the day that they were unable to reschedule anyone DUH The concierge did suggest that if the cleaning was important, I could book a backup cleaner WHAT? The second time they no-showed, I got minutes notice, and the offer to reschedule Twice burned, I think not A big problem is no phone number to call and talk to someone, and no advance noticeThe concierge said they use email to save money, because they don't have to pay anyone to man the phone Well they don't have to pay anyone to clean my mom's house either, because of their extremely poor and unreliable service

I had a cleaning scheduled at 9:30am this morningAround 9pm last night, I received a text that the person canceled and I was automatically rescheduled for a 2:00pm cleaning without being able to actually choose a time for myself, which kind of through my day off track, but I was going to make it work Then, the cleaning people arrived at 1:13pm, minutes ahead of schedule and left at 2:05, so I didn't actually receive an hour of cleaning time like I had paid forOn top of it all, they paid no attention to the requests on the "to do" list that I spent time creating yesterday and even wrote to a service person about for clarification Two cleaning people walked into my house and asked me what I wanted done, and I told them, which was totally fine, but I really wouldn’t have wasted my time trying to compile a task list yesterday that was pretty specific to how I wanted my house cleanedEither way they weren't prepared for laminate floors and brought a vacuum cleaner which is completely useless I had to have them re-sweep the floors and I know they did not mop the floors, because I was home also cleaning the entire timeThis was the most basic cleaning i've ever received for the $50s your company asks forThey just moved dust around my house for minutes and then left earlyGranted, maybe I should’ve asked for a longer time slot if I wanted a deeper clean, but based on my to do list, they should’ve come prepared and/or they should’ve let me know right away what they could/could not accomplish in the time allotted As soon as they left, I went straight into my app to complain, and saw the “Cancel All Cleanings” button which I clicked honestly quite unaware of what would actually happen, and apparently because she came early and didn’t check into the app when she arrived, it cancelled her hour so she then came back to my house to make sure I either paid her or turned the app back on to contact someone? I don't know, but she should've just come on time and check in per the terms and conditions of the service Now I've paid her via personal check, when honestly I just should’ve contacted your customer service and asked for a second cleaning or a refundso i'll have no receipt for the serviceAnd you've already charged my debit card $50, so I have to dispute the charge, and your number offered to me by my bank: 844-879-is always busy Either way, I am never using this platform again, this was such a strange and uncomfortable experience The To Do list user experience is honestly awful and was a huge waste of time considering it’s not shown to the cleaning staff before arrivalYour website doesn’t even have a “contact us” page or an area where I can log into my account to lodge any kind of inquiry? This is a very cool idea executed in such a way that I now have a a bad taste in my mouth about the serviceI’m not going to leave any reviews online because that’s just annoying, but I wanted to provide some feedback because I feel so irritated PLEASE NO ONE EVER USE THIS SERVICE, EVER!!!

On 7/29/I ordered online from [redacted] for housekeeping services for the date 8/6/After I ordered it online, I decided to read some [redacted] reviews that same day; the [redacted] reviews were not goodI decided later on 7/29/to log back in to [redacted] and cancelled my order through my account and emailed them at [redacted] and stated I did not want their services and said to not charge my credit cardThey went ahead and charged my credit card for $on 7/30/I have emailed them again stating they need to remove this charge on 7/31/I have not received a response from either of my emails and there is no phone number on the website to call ***I did not use their services

The Tidy cleaning company repeatedly did not show up for scheduled service resulting in the loss of a $ [redacted] reservation to be lost because the house was not cleaned I contacted and booked the appointment a week in advanceThe cleaner cancelled for no reason at the last minute and Tidy refused to return any messages, and when they were finally contacted, refused to send out another cleaner, yet still charged me for the serviceUpon follow up they refused to return any monies lost, or even extend a credit for the inconvenience or loss of income This type of business practice is unacceptable and they should be held responsible for the financial damages done

I have scheduled house cleaning services four times with Tidy.com and all four times were cancelled by them and I was asked to reschedule I want a full refund of my $feeNot credit towards future use of their service which I do not want to use Here are the dates that where cancelled: 1/25/18, 1/26/18, 1/27/and 4/6/

I paid for the [redacted] which includes hours of cleaning3/hours she spent downstairs and said she mopped and vacuumed, dusted, wiped down appliances and cleaned the master bedroom and bath, as well as vacuumed the stairsEverything she had said was done did not get done at allThe downstairs was not mopped or vaccumed, not dusted and nothing was wiped down the bathrooms are still messy she did not clean the upstairs at all or vacuum anythingFor paying 127$ and nothing being done is just ridiculous

I paid for a $cleaningOne of their employees came to my home and I am not sure what exactly happened in my house since they didn't cleanInstead of giving me a refund of credit, they gave me a $credit which is just over half of what I am owed for a totally unfulfilled service that I spent $onI feel completely scammed and now I reached out since to close my account their help center says to log in and ensure no further cleanings are bookedBut I need them to remove my credit card and personal information from their database since I have no trust in this businessSo not only do they rip off customers, but they also make it very challenging to remove your credit card informationHow is this happening without consequenceI have read the reviews on yelp etc and there are hundreds of people with my exact same complaintsThis really is a large scale scam that should be addressed at a higher level

I was impressed with the advertisement that was placed on my door, even more impressed with their pricing and website. However, I paid for a service, didn't receive any confirmation, and the housekeeper did not show up or call to let me know that she wasn't coming. I tried to reschedule and I was kicked out of their website. I tried calling...they don't even have a phone number to call. I emailed twice and no response.

I ordered a "Tidy+" cleaning from the company on !2/23/The service provider showed up and did an inadequate job on my cleaningThe company then sent me an evaluation form for the service provider, and I filled it out showing that she had only completed about 30% of the required items on their listI did not hear back from them, so I sent an email inquiring about a "makeup cleaning" per their guaranteeThe makeup was then scheduled for 1/3/
On 12/30, the original service provider showed up at my front door and attempted to threaten and intimidate me into retracting my negative review of her workI informed Tidy about this via email (they do not provide any other way to communicate with them) and heard nothing back
On 1/3, the new service provider showed up prepared only to do a regular "Tidy" service, which is 1/the price that I paid for my "Tidy+" I told her that was not acceptable to me and she left without performing the serviceI again contacted Tidy via ema

THIS CLEANING COMPANY CHARGED ME $TO COME CLEAN MY HOUSE AND THEN DID NOT SHOW UP AND I CANT GET A REFUND FORM THIS COMPANY THEY OWE ME $

I hired Tidy to clean my home, in advance, and payment was on a credit card up front While they confirmed three times, they never arrived Two hours after the scheduled time they texted they had cancelled and asked me to reschedule They do not answer their phones I do not want to reschedule and only want to be reimbursed for services not performed per their ineptitude

I arranged for hour, person cleaning crew and pre-paid $ I received multiple confirmations of the scheduled cleaning I never received any notification that the service was canceled (nor any refund) or any problem One person showed up to cleanThe other person never showed upThe person that showed up had no idea how to clean a large home - did not bring proper supplies which was supposed to be part of the terms The company does not have a phone numberThey advise you to contact their "concierge" by email or text using their app but no one has responded to my multiple contacts

Approximately four months ago I began using TIDY housekeepingWorst housekeeping service out thereThe first four times they sent the same housekeeper, and each time she never completely cleaned my homeEach time I would discuss it with her and I tried to work with herso that I would be able to keep her After four times when I went to schedule the next cleaning, I was told she had been blacklisted and was no longer availableSince that time I have been assigned a different housekeeper every timeThe housekeeper is supposed to arrive at PM and leave at 4:The problem is they don't care if they don't get your whole house clean and in fact one girl came and stayed for 1/hours cleaned only the living room and dining room/kitchen, waved her arm and said I didn't get to the rest of it and leftThe rest of it was three bedrooms, the office, and two bathrooms that were left uncleaned Because they send somebody different each time that takes up part of the time that should be used for cleaning the house because I have to explain to them what I need them to doNone of them seems to know how to clean the house
And after the first four times, every time I schedule a cleaning, it's canceledThey will notify me to 1/hours before the housekeeper is to come that it is canceledThey have done this eight times in a rowThis week my housekeeper was due here at PM on Tuesday August They notified me two hours and minutes in advance by email that he would not be here and that I could rescheduleThis after they had told me two days prior that he would definitely be hereIn every case they will send an email I'm so sorry but your preferred home keeper is no longer available you can reschedule I finally told them that when people are sorry they don't continue to repeat their mistakesThey told me I had just been a victim of "bad luck"They assured me that my preferred home keeper would be here today, Thursday, August But he isn'tHe did not show up they did not notify me by text or email or any other way I have texted them and emailed them for minutes beginning at 2:at ending at 2:with no response whatsoever from them They are completely unreliable and except for the last housekeeper that I did have, none of them know how to clean a houseThey are horrible and I would never recommend them to anybodyI finally told them in no uncertain terms what they could do with their service Although at times when I was canceled, they would credit me with half the cost of a cleaning, that doesn't get my house cleanAnd when housekeepers don't show up my house doesn't get cleanABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

This company is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt withI scheduled the Tidy $cleaning for my mothers small apartmentMy card was immediately billed $dollarsWhen I emailed the "Concierge" email, they stated this is what I ordered (which I did not)When I asked what the difference was "Jessica" stated that the $was for one hour which was not stated anywhere and the $service was for 1/hoursSince I was already billed and I wanted the apartment cleaned spotless I decided to let it goThen minutes before our scheduled time, they cancelled my appointment and stated they would be there the next dayI emailed the concierge again and stated I was cancelling everything and wanted my money backAfter some time I received and email from Jessica stating how sorry she was and that my money would be refunded immediately and I would receive a $credit for a future dateGreat I thoughtThen I logged into my bank account the next day to see if the credit had been issuedNOPEInstead they took another $and set it up on reoccurring payment scheduleNeedless to say I am furiousI called my bank and filed a claimCancelled the card they had the account number on so they could not steal anymore moneyBank refunded my money and will go after themThen just when I thought it was over, I received a text stating they were on their way to cleanI told them if they showed up I would call the policeNo contact sinceWhat a shady operation!!! If I could give negative stars I would!

the lack of communication of t his business is the worst I have seen in my life!! I email my frustration since their was no number listed anywhere on their web site and I have not received a response The only live person I have ever spoke to was the cleaning lady Hope and she was nice but did not get everything on my to do listPlease do not us TIDY as your cleaning service you will regret it

I was told in writing via email from TIDY.com that they would issue me a refund of $Instead they refunded me $After over a dozen emails, and confirming with my bank multiple times that no credits/refund have gone through, they tell me they will refund me in SEVEN increments of $for the remaining $dueThey have no live person to speak to, the phone number just back kicks to an automated emailI have not received a dime back and its been nearly business daysThese are complete deceptive practices by the company and 10)% consumer fraudJust a simple google search on them will show you people's frustration with themPlease investigate them!
