Well same as previous complaintsThey dont pay attention as to who they hire and they would send me to houses with rotten plates or they had no parking very messy like if nobody ever cleaned them but yet $for an hour but when you go out you have a ticket for it makes no sence whatsoever and you cant get a hold of themThen I had to clean with someone else a house and they showed up with no cleaning supplies eating and drinking coffee how is that supposed to work for that I was supposed to get payed but I got payed less and I did all the work

I fell victim of a slick little flyer left in my door and went for the Mighty Tidy $cleaningTheir "to do" list was everything I wanted Day of arrival they kept me advised of how soon they would be here Right at 9:the first cleaner arrived followed about five minutes later by the second I did not monitor their every move (big mistake) and at 12:they claimed to be done I called out a few things they had missed and they made a very cursory attempt to satisfy me Missed much dust, left mirrors an counter tops smeared and little evidence of cleaning and mopping My daughter in law dropped by a week later and accomplished more in an hour by herself than the two cleaners did in three hours Paid by Visa on sign up and found I had been billed $instead of $as advertised This was the worst rip-off I have fallen for in years

Tidy charged me in advance when booking a same day cleaning service which I was not made aware they would do at time of bookingThey also did not advise they only had male house keepers until after the apptwas bookedI immediately emailed and cancelled the service within hour of schedulingThey did not inform me of their hour cancellation policy until after I cancelled and advise they would not be refunding the full amount, but only 50%The 50% balance would be applied as a credit to use for future serviceBeing that it is same day service (hour notice is not possible), and the booking was cancelled within hour, their policy should not be relevantOverall their website was very miss-leading about their service and they do not have a sufficient form of communication, such as phone contact, to resolve issues that require immediate attention/actionI do not feel comfortable using their service under the circumstancesHaving someone in your home that you trust should be

On 7/29/I ordered online from *** for housekeeping services for the date 8/6/After I ordered it online, I decided to read some *** reviews that same day; the *** reviews were not goodI decided later on 7/29/to log back in to *** and cancelled my order through my account and emailed them at *** and stated I did not want their services and said to not charge my credit cardThey went ahead and charged my credit card for $on 7/30/I have emailed them again stating they need to remove this charge on 7/31/I have not received a response from either of my emails and there is no phone number on the website to call ***I did not use their services

This business is a scamThey damaged some things at my home and they offer me credit for their services as reimbursement, as I would use them ever againTerrible customer service

I've been a customer of Tidy for roughly years, so I think I know what I'm talking aboutI had a couple of different cleaners come to my house before I got assigned to a great young lady who I kept on as my preferred housekeeperShe was cleaning my house weekly for basically the entire years since thenI was comfortable with her, she knew my house, she was always on time, and did a nice jobHowever, this review and rating is about Tidy as a companyWhen my regular housekeeper changed her work schedule and was no longer available, the nightmare beganI tried to reschedule with my original housekeeper via their web app, but could not find a suitable cleaner and time to get back on a regular schedule with herThen they told me (via email) that they could not manually help me schedule someone, that it has to be done via the web app, but that they did see some availability for her and that I should try againBut their app kept telling me she wasn't availableThey have an option to automatically replace the person with a different housekeeper if you want them to, but I did not select this option because I don't want different people coming to my house each week, this isn't an AirBnB - this is my home, and I prefer to know who is coming, and not have to explain everything for a new person each timeDespite not having this option selected in their app, twice now they have sent someone without my authorizationThe first time, I had checked their site the day before and it said I had nobody scheduledThe next day, at 6am, I received an automated email stating that they had scheduled someone to come to my house that same morningI contacted them immediately, and they eventually (after several emails) did the right thing - they apologized, waived the "cancellation" fee (for a service I never scheduled in the first place), and said they would help get me on a new schedule with a new personThis never happened, and after a month of emails back and forth, I was pretty much done with them, and considered my $lost since they only offer a credit, not a refund, of the weekly fee which they charge in advanceToday, they did the exact same thing againI had nobody scheduled, but at 6am I got an email stating they had someone coming to my house that morningI emailed them immediately, but this time I did not receive any response, and sure enough, I had someone show up at my doorThey have zero customer service, they do not treat you fairly when they make a mistake, their scheduling app is terrible once you have a problem, and even after a month of back and forth emails trying to resolve my scheduling issues, they refuse to pick up the phone and call meThey seem completely unconcerned with my experience as a customer, or with keeping me as a customerI will oblige them and will not be a customer of theirs any longerIn order to make sure I don't get charged any more fees, I had to actually contact my credit card company and put a block on them, because as I said, they do not typically give any refunds, only credits, and they charge you a week in advance for next week's cleaningWhat started out as a good experience solely because of the good housekeeper that I found early on, turned into a terrible experience because the customer service is a disaster, their app is difficult to schedule, they do not keep their promises, and they will send someone to your house whether you've got someone scheduled or not

I went online on Tidy.com and hired a maid to come out for hoursThe cost was $dollars and then I changed my mind and hired them for only hourI gave them a list of things to get completed and only of the rooms was completedI emailed my complaint and was only refunded half my money and ONLINE it says if I'm not satisfied with their service, they would refund my full money and have a person redo the jobThey have only refunded half my job and every time I've requested someone out to redo the job, the housekeeper has not showed up or canceledIt's been separate housekeepers in weekThey have offered to put a credit on my account, but I want the full amount refunded not half

I signed up for this online cleaning service after receiving a flyer on my doorstepI paid $on ,my credit card and signed up for every weeks thereafterI left my key under my mat and the person allegedly came into my home (1900sq ft) to clean She did not do absolutely anythingNothing was cleaned at allShe also left me a note that she did not have a working vacuum and did not vacuum the houseI took numerous pictures to document the fact that the house was not cleaned in any mannerI then got an email hours later stating that the person who was assigned my house is no longer availableI immediately contacted Tidy.com through their website, cancelled all remaining services, and also placed a dispute with *** *** credit card I have been completely defrauded as no services were renderedTidy refuses to give me my money back and will only issue a credit, stating that they do not give a guaranteeThis is not a question of a guaranteeIt is services NOT rendered

Paid for what the company has entitled, "*** *** ***" service @ $(charged $when the appointment was booked), which is defined as providing, "homekeepers team up for a deep, detailed clean of your homeOur most thorough cleaning." The company confirmed all of the job duties/tasks and their website states again, housekeepers for hours, a total of manpower hoursWe had one person show up and stay less than hours! Nothing was cleanedI am not sure what she really didTexted and emailed the company and thus far have not received a response from the company They have no customer service phone number or any phone number for that matter in order to reach themComplaints: Charged more than was advertised at the time and services were not provided as promised

I used tidy + 1/hours services two times, I was billed on my debit card one week before the first service and I ordered and received the third service, in which I ordered a one hour tidy as they call itthey billed me three times on my debit card, which caused my bank to charge an NSF feeI was billed for $for a Tidy+ service that I never ordered or received, and again I was billed a NSF fee from my bankI was not expecting service that I did not order obviouslySo my bank charged meThey also billed me a charge for I do not know what for???
they disconnected their phone line and it is impossible to talk with anyone....they do not leave a forwarding email addressthey are only interested in the money and overcharging......................and overcharging
I received a letter from my bank by mail, and Tidy is claiming that their bank is disputing my claimThey have overcharged me multiple times and it should
be a crime to charge and steal money from innocen

Terrible customer serviceCleaner took my keys (whether she stole them or just forgot to return them is a mystery) and didn't actually complete the cleaningI had to get my locks changed and take time off work to do soContacted Tidy requesting refund, as was only rightInformed that theft isn't their problem, but they'd do me a favor by blacklisting the cleaner for meGreat! Doesn't resolve the issueI reached out to them twice more and they continued to issue rote apologies and otherwise refuse to helpIt took them an average of days to respond to each of my messages--not the kind of experience I expect after reporting a theftIt's clear that they don't care about customer retention
On the cleanings themselves: I've gotten four3/times (including the most recent) the cleaner hasn't completed the job"To do" list is purely cosmetic and not followedI ignored it in the past because it's cheap, but I'd rather pay more and know that the company employs trustworthy people

I booked and prepaid for cleaning services prior to an event I was having at my house I booked the cleaning for 5:pm on January 19th I allowed substitutions if my assigned cleaning person was not available, and I booked a secondary batime for January 20th at 8:am to ensure that my house would be cleaned prior to my event that day minutes before the scheduled cleaning, the assigned person cancelled and I was then informed that there was not a substitution available and that there was no one available for my secondary batime at 8:am either I was EXTREMELY unhappy Having to add the cleaning into everything else I already had to do caused complete chaos and I was unable to finish everything that needed to be done prior to my event When I tried to contact Tidy, I could not reach a person and was only able to send an email They did not even respond to my email until the next day They actually had the audacity to suggest that I book and pay for people

My husband and I arranged for a "Mighty Tidy" cleaning from Tidy to occur on 9/13/ people were supposed to clean our house for hours--hours for each person One person showed up; the other never did I texted Tidy and also sent an email (***)., asking for a reduction in the price we had paid Tidy does not have a direct phone line I received a response asking for some contact information, which I sent As of 9/24/17, I have sent FOUR further emails I have not received any type of response from Tidy

We scheduled cleaning services from this companyThey took credit card info and charged the card $in advanceA key was left as communicated since no one would be homeWe received an email confirmation that our cleaning had been completedWhen I returned home a few days after the scheduled cleaning it was apparent tha no cleaning services had been performedZeroI retrieved the key which was still in placeContacted the company and they informed us that only one maid had arrived instead of the scheduled and offered a refund if $or 50%We seek a full refund of the $charged because despite the assertion that one maid arrived, no one performed any service at all

I paid for hours of service and only got because the cleaner was an hour late I had to clean beside her in order to get the house done When I requested a credit for the hour I never got, they told me I can have a credit So now I feel like I was just scammed out of money It’s not right to just take people’s money!! DO NOT USE TIDY CLEANING SERVICES!!

I booked a cleaning onlineThe young lady who showed up was hours early, not really a problem but she was concerned that if she started early then she would be finished early and she might not get paidShe was upset and sent me many texts concerning what she should doShe stated in one text that Tidy.com sucksWhen she arrived we spent about minutes writing notes to each other (she was deaf) about what I needed doneShe did not seem to know what type of cleaning I had arrangedShe also had very few cleaning supplies with herShe offered me her private phone in case I wanted to have her clean directlyThe house cleaning was terrible!! Nothing appeared to be mopped or dustedThe toilet bowls were cleaned but the toilet seats and outer part of bowl were not touched! The bathroom mirrors were covered in a heavy filmThe specifics I requested were ignoredMy house looked worse after they left than before they cameSome of the tiles in my bathroom have the shine off of them from some product she usedI emailed and tried to resolve but I was never able to talk to a person I did get an email explaining that they decided not to provide phone service in an attempt to save moneyThey wanted to send another person out for one hour at a cost of $40, one hour would it have been helpfulI would give them zero star review if that was availableThis company took my $And left my house in a messDo not use them

they've papered our neighborhood for the year in advertisements I was in a pinch and thought i'd try thembut the scheduling feature doesn't workHas been down for a weekyikesmakes me think the reviews below are probably spot onscary
