I scheduled a cleaning of my home by TIDY on June 27th from 11am-1:30pmThe housekeeper arrived at 10:52am and though it was a man (not a woman named *** as was indicated when making my appointment) my wife and I walked him through everything that needed to be done in the houseThis included a sink full of dishes and a washing machine full of sheets for our bedSince the washing machine was mid-cycle, we talked the housekeeper through how to take the laundry out and use the dryer as neededSince our cleaning was scheduled for hourswe determined this would be plenty of time for the washing cycle to finish and the drying cycle to completeAt that point my wife and I needed to leave the home and when we returned at approximately 12:30pm, the housekeeper was gone, the dishes were still sitting dirty in the sink, the floors were sticky, the sheets were still in the washing machine (with minutes remaining in the cycle) and, most importantly, the washing machine had been forc

I decided to try to them out, schedule a Mighty Tidy to clean my rental home on a Friday before tenants move inI took the day off work just to make sure I could superviseWell, they did not show upno call, no textand no way for me to contact them except through email or text messaging their conciergeI had no clue if they were coming or not, so I waitedand waitedand concierge was very slow in texting back, and when they did, they had no clue either and offered to re-schedule*** tenants were moving in in days time, and it was the weekend, so I couldn't find other cleaning services! So, okaymaybe this was a fluke, so I re-scheduled for Sunday, the day before the tenants were to move inThis sucked already, because it was my son's 5th birthday, and well, I would miss some of it to make sure this cleaning went rightI had no choiceit was down to the wireI emailed Tidy letting them know how important this cleaning was and to confirm that someone would showThey essentially said it was scheduled and the homekeepers are confirmedblahblah blah
WellSoguess what happens? AGAINno show again!!! Holy hell! I have less than hours before the tenants move inso what do I do? The “homekeepers” are sometimes minutes late or cancel Minutes before They don’t care about your personal preferences You may ask them to focus on floors, but then they claim that cleaning tile didn’t allow them to Even when...you cleaned the tile yourself before they got there I have had “homekeepers” that spent minutes in my House only to complete 1/of my list Even though...my house is small and we are very neat If you ask them to mop the floors...they will clean the mirrors instead with a smeary rag This isn’t rocket scienceAnd...their fees are steep

Hired them twice and never showed upAlso paid them
No refund and can't find a phone number

The person who came to clean my house stole a pair of my shoes I have requested a refund for the cleaning from the company but have yet to hear back

I have scheduled house cleaning services four times with Tidy.com and all four times were cancelled by them and I was asked to reschedule I want a full refund of my $feeNot credit towards future use of their service which I do not want to use Here are the dates that where cancelled:
1/25/18, 1/26/18, 1/27/and 4/6/

There is a valid reason why this company has a "F" rating with the Revdex.com I was charged $for a "deep" cleaning The cleaning, however, was totally substandard even at the most basic level The floors had dirt and footprints like they had sloshed around a dirty mop and then walked through it The house had a distinct odor like dirty water which took me a day to air out Furniture not dusted at all! Kitchen cabinets only partially wiped down---visible dirt on cabinets Bathroom faucet and sink not cleaned Mirrors streaked, with water stains Garbage in bathroom not emptied Etc Horrible, horrible job I contact the company right away, sent about pictures demonstrating just how dirty they left the place, and they offered a $credit as the only restitution (an "exception" they said!)I asked them to guarantee that the second time out would finish the job at the level they should have done the first time No response to this request This "checklist" they use to lull you into thinking they do a "deep" clean is advertising---they absolutely did not even do half of what was on the listThis feels like a scam They advertise at $250, they actually charge $275, do worse than nothing (house dirtier than before they came!) and then credit you back $when you complain when they must realize you would be reluctant to have them come back and repeat the same poor job! They blanket the city with flyers Most businesses grow by word of mouth or repeat business Now I know why they had so many open times to chose from to schedule a cleaning and why they are blanketing the city with flyers for business No one in their right mind would use them the first time, let again Check Yelp Check Revdex.com If I had done that first, I never would have make an appointment with them and saved a lot of aggravation and expense!

Unfortunately TIDY's response is the same stock response they sent meThey did no actual investigation of the claim whatsoever and all it takes is one Google search or a quick browse around Yelp to know I am not alone in this situationThis is why I am desperately seeking your help.As discussed, the washer was working and in use when my wife and I left the home and was cracked and inoperable when we returnedThere is no other explanation for the damage to the washer than the one I am presentingIt was working when we left and broken when we returnedSimple as thatMy wife and I had a five minute long conversation with the housekeeper about the washer and dryer and stood directly in front of it as it was running before we left our homeThen, an hour and a half later, returned to find it cracked and inoperableI have photos to prove this and have attached them to this messageAlso as my home was not cleaned, the fee for cleaning should, at the very least, be fully refundedThey have yet to make a mention of this.Any help you're able to provide in this matter would be greatly appreciated

DO NOT USEI signed up for the service and cleaning actually was just fine...actually enjoyed the Homekeeper I was assigned The issue is the company!!!! Charged me repeatedly for services I canceled, refused to refund/credit me for these charges, did not respond to my messages....ZERO replies No contact information other than a text number and email ....that goes unanswered for Long periods to forever (I think it is checked but they do not reply to anything that isn't a positive new clients!!!) If you have any issue....FORGET getting any response!!! Horrible! Big Corporation ...with no regard for clients and their employees!!! Never never BIG scam for the service ...impossible to chang and even more impossible to stop getting charged

particularly around situations where causality is obvious Obviously, as this process can have a substantial financial impact on the Homekeeper, we have an obligation to investigate all claims in detail In this instance, the two parties were ultimately discussing whether or not a washer was damaged The Homekeeper stated that it was a pre-exisiting condition, and the Client stating that the Homekeeper caused the damage As we were unable to find any evidence to support that the damage was caused by the Homekeeper, we were unfortunately forced to reject the claim I will note that TIDY approves many claims, and does make payments on such claims, but unfortunately in this case we were not able to do so

I too should have read the reviews This is such a great concept but the implementation is poor I signed up for a mighty and only one person showed up He tried his best to do the full job but it was a person job He left the most important job unfinished (the shower)
My wife is in there cleaning as I type (I will be helping later)
I then find out that they don't have phone support - only by e-mail They responded to my first e-mail but not to my followup questions
Then they sent me an e-mail outlining what had been done Was not even close I reviewed with the housecleaner and he had no clue how the impression that he had done a deep refrigerator clean for example He had not done this but Tidy told me they had

Scheduled company for a "deep clean" for $ Company included a "checklist" of activities to be done as part of the "deep cleaning." I booked the service for my mom Since she's not computer savvy, I listed my email as the contactI contacted the business and scheduled an hour's service, every two weeks, beginning the upcoming Thursday This was several days before the scheduled service
The first time they no-showed for their scheduled cleaning on December 21, with less than an hour's notice I attempted to reschedule at their suggestion through the "concierge" and the website, and recieved a message at the end of the day that they were unable to reschedule anyone DUH The concierge did suggest that if the cleaning was important, I could book a backup cleaner WHAT?
The second time they no-showed, I got minutes notice, and the offer to reschedule Twice burned, I think not
A big problem is no phone number to call and talk to someone, and no advance noticeThe concierge said they use email to save money, because they don't have to pay anyone to man the phone Well they don't have to pay anyone to clean my mom's house either, because of their extremely poor and unreliable service

I was impressed with the advertisement that was placed on my door, even more impressed with their pricing and website However, I paid for a service, didn't receive any confirmation, and the housekeeper did not show up or call to let me know that she wasn't coming I tried to reschedule and I was kicked out of their website I tried calling...they don't even have a phone number to call I emailed twice and no response

Worst company ever! Clearly, she didn't run out of time since she shorted me minutesEvery single thing I asked her to focus on was on the "did not do" listI was so alarmed that I left work and came home to see for myselfMy home looked EXACTLY as it had when I left for work that morningThe only difference was that the appliances in the kitchen had been "wiped down" and not even with any productShe used a wet rag with waterI actually sniffed the surfaces in the kitchen, bathroom, etcto see if any cleaning had taken placeAbsolutely zero clean scent of any kindThe kitchen countertops, sinks and floor had not been touchedNothing in either bathroom had been touchedNot one single floor had been vacuumed or moppedDust was still on the surfaces of every single roomI immediately called the housecleaner and asked her what happenedShe said wasn't able to clean all of my house and kept saying she was sorryShe never offered to come back and actually do the job she had been paid forInstead, she offered the email address of the company so I could complainRed flag anyone??
I notified the company, via email b/c they offer no phone support (convenient, huh?) Jessica and Danielle kept closing their responding emails with "let us know how we can help." I said that I could be helped by them sending someone else to come clean my house for the $TIDY+ that I had already paid forMy request was very simple and easy to understandInstead, they offered me a $credit and said I could pay the $difference if I wanted the TIDY+ cleaningSo basically, I could now have my house cleaned for $116.00!
Daniel said (and I quote) "While we can't refund for the cleaning that did happen, we do have our guarantee that says we will add credit to have someone come back and get those missed spots for you."
The problem with this statement is that THE ORIGINAL CLEANING NEVER HAPPENED in the first place! I don't know why she can't get this point!
I asked to speak to a supervisor who could make the decision to honor my requestThat never happenedSo do Danielle and Jessica run the whole show by themselves? I see that the president of the company, MrAndrew Hawkins, doesn't have a published email addressIt would be great if he would step up and do the right thing as the leadership of his companyI am not holding my breathTIDY has rightly earned the Revdex.com rating of FI have absolutely nothing good to say about my experience and the people who work at the TIDY companyAt this point, I do not want anyone from the TIDY company in my homeI want a full refund of the $that I paid for a service that was never renderedBottom line - TIDY provides terrible service, has terrible customer supportis under terrible leadershipThey are a terrible company that takes your money and gives nothing in returnIf I could give zero starts, I would, but that's not an option with Revdex.com
