The Tidy cleaning company repeatedly did not show up for scheduled service resulting in the loss of a $*** reservation to be lost because the house was not cleaned
I contacted and booked the appointment a week in advanceThe cleaner cancelled for no reason at the last minute and Tidy refused to return any messages, and when they were finally contacted, refused to send out another cleaner, yet still charged me for the serviceUpon follow up they refused to return any monies lost, or even extend a credit for the inconvenience or loss of income
This type of business practice is unacceptable and they should be held responsible for the financial damages done

If you'd like to waste some time and some money, have I got the service for you! Picture it, an apartment in West Hollywood and two busy professionals looking for a little help in their livesThey decide to book this new service after someone left a flier on their doorCleaner number one ruins a cast iron skillet by running it though the dishwasherCleaner number two, lest we forget, rather than bringing their own supplies, they manage to use an entire roll of our paper towelsSomehow also our granite countertop cleaner and wood cleaner and dusting spray also are mysteriously gone after this person cameThe cleaning had been adequate, so we thought why not try round 3? Cleaner number decides to just smear around the dirt on the counters, not move anything to vacuum (literally lines with the vacuum around a pair of shoes), doesn't dust literally anything, and this is after checking in 20+ minutes late (and checking out right on time)When we asked for a refund, we were refused despite sending photos of the terrible job that they did only to be offered a credit for MORE TERRIBLE SERVICEI guess mom was right when she said "if you want it don't right you have to do it yourself"

The cleaner arrived as scheduled I met him and we discussed what was to be done When I got home, he had not even done half of what was on the list and they still charged me the full price No vacuuming, no dusting, the baths were not cleaned, and the list continues! When trying to get in contact with customer service, I could only send an email, no people to talk with They responded saying that I can get a credit on my next cleaning, but after the poorest service I have ever experienced from housecleaners, these people can not be trusted to go into my home again
I don't normally write reviews, but this service was so bad that I just had to do it

I hired Tidy.com to clean a houseIn the process of cleaning the home the representative they sent fell and damaged my property wall shelves scones that she was holdingThe company website for tidy.com claims that they have $million worth of insuranceI immediately contacted them via text since they operate solely via internet or textingI filed the claim for the damaged property per their instructions and they refused on the grounds that the felt it was "something that might normally occur" and told me to sue their representative and forwarded me their representative's information such as her personal home address and legal name They stated that they are NOT going to file a claim with their insurance and refuse to pay anything

My initial appointment for the hrs was cancelled at the time of appointment without available substitute They refuse to refund me the money and when I rescheduled it, I was charged an additional hr the cleaner showed up with next to no supplies, completed 5% of the job requested They claim to use environmental / green products but my house was left smelling of old dirty mop with extreme mildew stink There's no satisfaction guarantee Email replies don't consist of customer service This has to be the worse kind of scam!

I canceled my service after the first cleaning because they did a very poor jobthey have continued to bill me and refuse to reimburse meso far they have billed me dollars and there website claims that if you are dissatisfied with the first service they will send someone out to the apt for free, this never happened

I ordered a "Tidy+" cleaning from the company on 12/23/The service provider showed up and did an inadequate job on my cleaningThe company then sent me an evaluation form for the service provider, and I filled it out showing that she had only completed about 30% of the required items on their listI did not hear back from them, so I sent an email inquiring about a "makeup cleaning" per their guaranteeThe makeup was then scheduled for 1/3/On 12/30, the original service provider showed up at my front door and attempted to threaten and intimidate me into retracting my negative review of her workI informed Tidy about this via email (they do not provide any other way to communicate with them) and heard nothing backOn 1/3, the new service provider showed up prepared only to do a regular "Tidy" service, which is 1/the price that I paid for my "Tidy+"I told her that was not acceptable to me and she left without performing the serviceI again contacted Tidy via email and told them that I was no longer willing to transact with themI received an email from Jeannette Barnum on 1/stating that I would be refunded the $feeOn 3/27/2017, I was looking through my credit card statements and saw two additional charges from Tidy and no refund of the original $chargeThe two additional charges of $and $(made on 12/30/and 1/04/2017) were not authorized by me and not in exchange for any serviceI immediately sent another email and received a reply from MrChris Hawkins stating that he refunded the fraudulent charges but was unwilling to refund my original $I informed him that I was not comfortable receiving services from his company and no longer wished them to store my credit card and account informationI have made numerous attempts to obtain a refund and have my information deleted from their database to no availMrHawkins continues only to offer me a credit on an account that I want to have deleted

I booked an appointment on a Tuesday for a cleaning appointment on a FridayI then came to hear horror stories about Tidy, and checked *** and Revdex.com only to find hundreds of people who had damages, theft or simply missed appointments from the serviceI quickly canceled the service, well before the hour minimum time to cancel in order to receive a full refund (according to their website)I have since then see the charge for the service go through, and tried to contact the service via email (they have no phone number) different times, with no answerI would like the full refund for the service I never received

It took three times before they showed up for there scheduled appointmentWe scheduled and PAID for people for hours and there deep cleaningWe revived one person and 1/hours as this person needed to leave for her next appointmentI have done research and it seems to be a scamDO NOT USE!!!!!!

I pre-paid for house cleaning services but have not received service lThe online company keeps rescheduling or says it has no availability and then the site crashesI would just like a refund for my $that I spent for no serviceI’ve tried to get a hold of the company but they are not answering emails or do they have a customer service number to speak with anyone

If you feel like throwing money away then hire this alleged cleaning co The results were laughable I requested cleaners for hours My card was immediately charged plus they added an additional $ NO EXPLANATION Unable to contact anyone by phone I feel like a fool but I had been ill and decided to splurge on getting my home cleaned Dust everywhere except the front portion of bureau They actually dusted AROUND objects Bathrooms looked as if no one went in I took plenty of pictures and now my only recourse is to file in small claims court

I had a cleaning scheduled at 9:30am this morningAround 9pm last night, I received a text that the person canceled and I was automatically rescheduled for a 2:00pm cleaning without being able to actually choose a time for myself, which kind of through my day off track, but I was going to make it work
Then, the cleaning people arrived at 1:13pm, minutes ahead of schedule and left at 2:05, so I didn't actually receive an hour of cleaning time like I had paid forOn top of it all, they paid no attention to the requests on the "to do" list that I spent time creating yesterday and even wrote to a service person about for clarification
Two cleaning people walked into my house and asked me what I wanted done, and I told them, which was totally fine, but I really wouldn’t have wasted my time trying to compile a task list yesterday that was pretty specific to how I wanted my house cleanedEither way they weren't prepared for laminate floors and brought a vacuum cleaner which is completely useless
I had to have them re-sweep the floors and I know they did not mop the floors, because I was home also cleaning the entire timeThis was the most basic cleaning i've ever received for the $50s your company asks forThey just moved dust around my house for minutes and then left earlyGranted, maybe I should’ve asked for a longer time slot if I wanted a deeper clean, but based on my to do list, they should’ve come prepared and/or they should’ve let me know right away what they could/could not accomplish in the time allotted
As soon as they left, I went straight into my app to complain, and saw the “Cancel All Cleanings” button which I clicked honestly quite unaware of what would actually happen, and apparently because she came early and didn’t check into the app when she arrived, it cancelled her hour so she then came back to my house to make sure I either paid her or turned the app back on to contact someone? I don't know, but she should've just come on time and check in per the terms and conditions of the service
Now I've paid her via personal check, when honestly I just should’ve contacted your customer service and asked for a second cleaning or a refundso i'll have no receipt for the serviceAnd you've already charged my debit card $50, so I have to dispute the charge, and your number offered to me by my bank: 844-879-is always busy
Either way, I am never using this platform again, this was such a strange and uncomfortable experience
The To Do list user experience is honestly awful and was a huge waste of time considering it’s not shown to the cleaning staff before arrivalYour website doesn’t even have a “contact us” page or an area where I can log into my account to lodge any kind of inquiry?
This is a very cool idea executed in such a way that I now have a a bad taste in my mouth about the serviceI’m not going to leave any reviews online because that’s just annoying, but I wanted to provide some feedback because I feel so irritated
PLEASE NO ONE EVER USE THIS SERVICE, EVER!!!

Tidy.com has a zero customer service approach to address client concerns The website doesn't offer resolution except through "concierge" or text messaging Neither of which are very responsive I'm waiting for weeks on a credit for services that were never performed

The most horrible company to work withI’ve cancelled my services and they still continue to charge meTheir site does not allow for you to remove your credit card information in their systemThey sent a cleaning lady on Dec21, a few days before Christmas who left before she finished because she ran out of timeYet, they wouldn’t give me my money back and have the audacity to charge me again yesterdayThey are not a reputable company No phone numbers to call them directly either I will be filing a formal complaint as wellI have a star rating because I had to, they don’t even deserve that!

I recently signed up to use their cleaning service and had my first cleaning on Saturday (9/10/16) morning The cleaning guy showed up and per my instructions both to him and on the website prior to the cleaning, I instructed him to clean the master bathroom as part of the service After he said he had done the bathroom, I took a look and he had no touched my shower I have pictures of the shower to show that it was still completely dirty When I asked him if he had taken care of it, he said that he had I called him out on it and said that he hadn't and then he admitted that he was only contracted for hours and that he did not feel he had enough time to do it So he not only did not perform a service I had asked for, he lied to me about doing it
Then when he was mopping, I walked through my living room and bedroom, which were wet per the mopping, and then went to my bathroom, which was dry (it was the last thing that he mopped) I again asked if he got to the bathroom

I used Tidy today for the first time and had my wedding ring and a diamond watch stolen! I have filed a police report, and tried numerous times to get in touch with a "real person" and no one has called me back!! They advertise as the "trusted homekeeping service" What a joke!!

I am in absolute shock at the awful job Tidy did Nothing was done, not the kitchen, bathrooms, floors, nothing I feel completely taken advantage of What a scam! She didn't bring any cleaning supplies except a tiny vacuum, windex and some all purpose cleaner which appears was never used cleaning rag Disputing charge with my credit card company

I took today off to have my home cleaned and since this was the first time using Tidy, I wanted to be home and available Original scheduled cleaning time was for 11:amBy 11:no housekeeper, no emails or no phone calls...and because they do not have a telephone number you can only reach them by emailI tried to reschedule for several other times today and still no housekeeperI WILL NEVER CALL THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!!

TIDY.com is a scamYou only have to look as far as the negative reviews on Revdex.com's website and ***, an onslaught of bad reviews, in one case, where a person was stolen from right in their homeI used TIDY.com for a cleaning person to come, which they did the first time, but left my home a mess and uncleanThe next occasion, the cleaning person never showed up, instead sent me some vague and confusing text that "***" couldn't find my home and then when they did, they couldn't parkI suggested they park at a meter and they informed me they couldn'tHowever, there is street parking if you lookThey never said they left without coming in, not bothering to cancel the appointment but instead, charged me twice for the cleaning they never didI have STILL not received a response from customer support at TIDY after several days
Judging from all of the customer complaints circulating on ***, this is a scam - https:*** *** ***

They will scheduled an appointment and will take the full charge for service before service is performedBooked a cleaning and no one showed up, I had to contact them to see what happened and no one answers the phoneSave your time and money, do not work with Tidy!
