I set my appointment up weeks ago Tidy has emailed me non stop for the last week to see is I was going to cancel My appointment was at 11:am I was texted at 10:to confirm, but I was in a meeting and didn't reply until 10:and they canceled my cleaning I took the afternoon off so I could be home and now they cancel So very unprofessional

This is the worst cleaning company I've ever dealt with!! I have lost time and money to have someone just clean rooms in my homeNo phone number to call and they constantly charge you for unexplained reasons!! Their cancellation policy is a joke! I would give zero stars for this reviewI had one cleaner that half did their tasks and then would converse with me for minutesI asked to not have him returnThey only reply with generated information and does not resolve issuesDO NOT fall for their advertised services that they leave on your door!

Homekeeper from Tidy damaged my microwave ovenTidy compensated me by giving me credit towards a future cleaningI do not want further service from this agency as they may do more extensive damage to my home

I scheduled a cleaning for Friday and minutes prior to my appointment got a text message saying that the girl was unable to come at that timeThey said they would reschedule for Saturday at 12:So at o'clock when no one showed up I texted the customer service line to which they said the girls did come and clean they posted it as finishedI informed them know no one ever showed up to my house so not only is this company hiring people who are untrustworthy they are also hiring liarsThey tried to reschedule again and someone picked it up and then canceled minutes laterWhy is it that companies policy says that you, the customer have to give them hours notice before canceling but they can cancel to minutes before your appointment? I am so livid at this pointThen they said oh to make it right we will give you a $credit for your next cleaningReally $when I've wasted two days waiting for you people to show up I don't think soNeedless to say I have spent the rest of my day cleaning my houseThey charged my card and will it give my money backDo not under any circumstance is use this company

Hi, I'm so sorry your Homekeeper got sick and couldn't make it.I'm so sorry about the confusion and I'm not sure who refused to provide services (you can book online any time you want).  I double checked to see and confirmed you weren't billed for services not rendered, and confirmed you were...

given $120 in complimentary credit on your account towards future cleanings due to this incident.  We explicitly do not guarantee against loss of income in the event your cleaner cannot make it.  We are considering this kind of insurance as an add on, as I think it may have been helpful in this case.  In this instance, your settings were to not automatically reschedule a cleaning if the cleaner can't make it.  We have since this incident launched a series of features to address this issue.  You can now set a range of back up times, and automatically attempt to find a substitute when this kind of issue occurs.  We are also considering making it easy to book multiple cleaners simultaneously, as additional people provide extra redundancy.We take this kiknd of issue seriously, and are actively developing permanent solutions to this kind of issue.  Let me know how else I can help!
