worst company to deal with
My experience with Tim Dahle Nissan was nothing short of a disaster. During what was supposed to be a routine service, they managed to damage my vehicle's interior trim panel. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and offering to repair the damage, they flatly refused.

Their disregard for customer satisfaction didn't stop there. They resorted to dishonesty in a bid to escape accountability, a practice that is both unethical and unprofessional.

I strongly urge anyone considering this dealership for their vehicle needs to think twice. Tim Dahle Nissan's lack of integrity and accountability is a clear sign of their unprofessional conduct. Their actions are a disgrace to the Nissan brand and a disservice to all customers seeking reliable and honest service.
worst company to deal with

BOGUS 100+ point inspection!!
Service here seemed great at first...got right on it and helped us on a busy day a couple of weeks before Christmas. BUT..
they tried to slip in a 3000 dollar warranty without telling us about it, tried to pass off some shiny cheap car tires on the truck as new; ect. called them on all this..
BUT..don't believe in the"100+ point inspection at all! Found out from my Mechanic..brakes were all bad and had been rigged to seem good. Rear differential was leaking and shocks were trashed on the rear of the car...these ALL cost me another $1200 plus later! They begrudgingly put a decent pair of truck tires on it but would not fix anything else! NOT RECCOMMENDED!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Firstly, the business made light of both complaints, and did acknowledge that it is a violation of Utah/Federal Law to deliver a vehicle with falsified odometer readings; additionally, I was not shown the vehicle and how to access the odometer readings, nor was I explained the functions of the computer system, and it only showed me the 'trip meter, and I was unaware of the actual milage for over days as I did not know how nor was I instructed on the use of the automobiles computer systemSecondly, in addition to the fraudulent odometer reading, the vehicle must have been in the dealers inventory a very long time for the Navigation to become obsolete This is not a matter of the dealer updating all the customers Navigation system, it is about making a delivery of a vehicle with fraudulent milage (for which I did not file a complaint with the Federal or State government, and for which the customer service responder is completely unaware that this is a violation of Federal and Utah Law) The vehicle was delivered, too, with an obsolete Navigation System, and the dealer should make this right and not send me to a clerk who has no idea what she is talking about Sincerely, [redacted]

It is our position that the customer purchased his vehicle on 10/28/At that time, it was agreed that he could have months until his first payment was dueWe have set up money to send for his first payment (days), his next payment would then be additional days making that the days that was agreed toWe agree to help with his Novpayment as requested and as agreed to, the customer will then be responsible for his Decpayment

In the interest of trying to show our commitment to customer service and listening when there is an issue, we agree to send the $check as requestedThank you for working with us to resolve this matterWe would ask that the customer might consider adding to the reviews that have been left on social media, that we were willing to try and address the issue they experienced

When leasing the LEAF EV, the tax credit is applied in the rebate lineIf you get out your copies of the contract, you will see an amount in the rebate line that far exceeds the $7,tax credit amountThat is because you have the Nissan rebates and then the $7,added inIf you were to purchase the LEAF, you would have to file on your taxes to claim the incentiveWith a lease, it comes as a rebate when you sign for the vehicle, you do not need to apply for it

Upon talking to all of the parties involved, we have determined that the customer is entitled to the refund he is requestingThe repair order for the key was opened, but as the customer stated, it was not fulfilledWe will work on processing the refund for the customerThe refund amount will be pro-rated based on the amount of time the customer had the vehicle plus the cancellation fee deemed on the contract

Marco has been in contact once again with the customer's husband, he is coming in tomorrow to go over the paperwork on his deal so that we can come up with a solutionOn the customers deal, we are agreeing to write off the $disputed amountWe thank these customers for their willingness to communicate and work toward a resolution to this issue

We had one of our finance managers contact this customerThey discussed the deal and our finance set up an appointment for him to come back in and re-sign paperworkThis matter should be resolved
