We apologize for the amount of time it has taken to complete the licensing paperwork on this dealWe got the vehicle they purchased from a dealership out of the state and have had some difficulty getting all of the necessary paperwork from that dealershipWe have just talked to the dealership

We have reviewed the complaint and the documents surrounding this deal
Upon our review, the charges in question (key replacement and maintenance) are clearly marked on the motor vehicle contract that was signed by both buyers in this transaction (line and line 18)As for the service contract, the options that are marked on our documents are for months or 24,milesUpon purchase, the vehicle had 80,milesThere was not a month option available because of the number of milesAlso, the maximum contract length on the coverage paperwork ends at months, there is no month optionThe remainder of the service contract was cancelled at the customer's requestBecause the customer did not provide proof of payoff, the check was sent to Bank of Utah (leinholder), as required by law, for the eligible reimbursement amount of $We would invite this customer to please call our General Sales Manager, Jake B***, to discuss this matter further

It is our position that we have attempted to resolve the customer's issues in regards to the mechanics of the vehicle he purchasedAs with all used vehicles in the State of Utah, this vehicle was purchased from the dealershipDespite this fact, we have had the vehicle back in to our shop on

Our General Sales Manager has been in contact with the customer and is working on resolving the issues with the vehicle. We have put the customer in a loaner car while their vehicle is in the shop.

Marco has been in contact once again with the customer's husband, he is coming in tomorrow to go over the paperwork on his deal so that we can come up with a solution. On the customers deal, we are agreeing to write off the $500 disputed amount. We thank these customers for their willingness to communicate and work toward a resolution to this issue.
