I have talked to these people several times, I sent a certified letter canceling my contract within the days, I have my receipt and my emails with the inside sales manager *** ***He gave me an offer, I just want my $back I do not want to deal with these people

I am discouraged but not surprised that NFD claims that my description of the situation is "fictional"; however, this is an unfortunately prime example of truth being stranger than fiction I was not deceptive in my efforts to stop payment on the check--I was shocked and dismayed at the absolute lack of professionalism and quality I saw in what little had been accomplished after a full day of "work", and rightly soIt was not my intention to pay nothing beyond the initial dollar deposit; I simply needed to figure out a fair price that factored in my husband's labor on day two (which is why the project wrapped up at the end of day two) And as far as NFD never encountering a situation like this before....that's because they typically require a certified check at the beginning of the project, for the full amountReviews of this company are brimming with reports of people either being bullied into paying up front or regretting providing a certified check for the full amount because the work and the product was a complete ripoffHad I read these reviews beforehand I could have avoided this catastropheThe only thing I did wrong in this entire mess is fail to research the company in advanceAll of my actions during and after the project have been an effort to do right by NFD as I acknowledged all along that we owed them for the materialsAnd as for NFD patting themselves on the back for the generous discount they offered, they only did that because they were unwilling to let me cancel (even though I was well within my contractual window of opportunity to do so) and they were insistent upon going ahead with the jobMy husband had to help the crew with their job which defeated the purpose of paying someone to install the flooringI have pictures of my husband doing the work on day two, as well as pictures of the shameful condition my home was left in after of my home after day one of the project and before my husband got involved in case there is any doubt as to the accuracy of my statements.

National Floors Direct cannot offer Mr*** any discountThe correct amount of carpet was sent to his home on the original installation dateUnfortunately, a portion of the carpet was damaged and didn't meet the final inspection guidelines for National Floors DirectThe damaged carpet was on
the roll that was brought to Mr***'s home for installation. At no point was a completion for the following installation day offered.Our customer service department communicated with Mr*** at the time of the installation about the damaged carpet and that a replacement piece was on order for installation as soon as possibleThe installer completed the installation project without the stairs and the stairs have since been completed
National Floors Direct cannot offer Ms*** any refund at this timeMs*** placed orders on 10/10/2017, for multiple custom order floor-covering products to be installed in her home on 10/24/Subsequent to placing the order, Ms*** called National Floors Direct to postpone the
installation dates until certain "areas of rot that needed to be treated and fixed prior to installation, approximately 4-weeks." At no point did Ms*** cancel or attempt to cancel her order until she called on 12/08/2017, almost full months after the orders were placed.These orders cannot be canceled months after they were placedAll of the materials for both installations are ready for installation in our local distribution center
National Floors Direct never received the notice of cancellation from Ms***We requested documentation many times to no availNational Floors Direct will issue Ms*** a full refund
National Floors Direct cannot offer Mr*** any form of compensationThe carpet installed in his home on 01/06/2017, is the exact same product on his purchase orderAll roll numbers have been cross referenced with the manufacturer of the carpet and match up perfectly with the style &
color written on the purchase order, the roll assigned to the installation work order, and with the physical records logged by our local warehouse staff when loading the carpet into the installer's vehicle.The carpet delivered, installed, and accepted by the customer, is absolutely the correct color & style ordered

I disagree that either party benefits from me taking notes during each attempt and conversation with National Floors DirectI have contacted my phone provider and they will be sending me a copy of all phone calls in and out of my home from the onset of this situationThey have already confirmed with me that there was never a two calls a day from NFD or any follow up calls on the days they claim. I also know how to read a contract, again that is how petty and unprofessional National Floors Direct isI have already installed a carpet and National Floors Direct knows this as wellI believe that is why they keep stating that they gave me numerous opportunities- well they didn't-not oneI will continue to pursue this matter until my deposit of $is returnedIf I need to, I will contact local politicians or media to let them know that this is what you have to do to get your money back from a corrupt companyThe Revdex.com should also be stepping up as wellEnough is enough !!?

National Floors Direct cannot offer Ms*** any money for her bedNational Floors Direct did not take apart Ms***'s bed and National Floors Direct did not damage Ms***'s bedAttached is the completion certificate completed by Ms*** at the end of her installationShe rated the work as excellent and certified that the home was cleaned up and left free of any damage or defect by our installation team
National Floors Direct can send a representative to address the customers complaint and repair any issues that exist in a manner consistent with industry standardsCarpet seams will be visible regardless of what action is taken
Mr*** called National Floors Direct to cancel his order after the cancellation period and after the materials had already been received for installationNational Floors Direct worked with Mr*** independently of Revdex.com to adjust the purchase order from hard surface to carpet without the restocking fee that would normally apply to this accountA refund has been issued to Mr*** for the difference between the hard surface and carpet orders
National Floors Direct responded immediately to the customer's concerns and sent an installation technician to her home to address any issues
The carpets are cut from the same rollThey are in every way identicalThere is no color discrepancy

Hi, NFD, let me make sure that you are not in a position to complainOriginally, NFD salesperson agreed on installing entire floors including the 4th bedroomNFD failed to respond to me over the phone, blocked me and continued to ignore me until I filed a Revdex.com claimOnly if you responded in timely manner, we did not have to go through this, but you insistedLet me make it clear though, the 4th bedroom was agreed upon our contractSomehow your office thinks it was negotiated away, but that is entirely incorrect. It was clear that my customer satisfaction survey was modified or forged (not the signature). I am seeking for $in form of cash for certified bank check ONLY which covers for the cost for me to install the 4th bedroom. Or I would love to get a full refundHowever, I am a reasonable person unlike NFD, so would be sufficient for me. FYI, don't call meJust directly respond here. Regards,

National Floors Direct remains ready, willing, and able, to fulfill its obligations to Mr*** under the agreementIncluded therein are the customer's responsibilities to the company to provide an installation space that meets the minimum guidelines for installation provided by the manufacturer's product specifications and our right to postpone the installation until the customer can do so.The substrate is rottedWe cannot fix the rotted moldy substrateThe customer needs to do thatOnce he fixes the rot we can install the floorIf Mr*** wants to purchase only the materials for this project, he can do so for $1,as was previously communicated to him by our customer service team
If there are issues with the installation of the flooring - the job was signed off as complete and the workmanship as excellent - Ms*** can contact our customer service team hours a day to address the issues

Despite my agreement to accept National Floors Direct offer of returning half of the re-stocking fee on March 13, I have still not heard from anyone at the company as to when I would be receiving a checkI would have expected to hear something before a month went by and am therefore asking for you assistance once again

The response is a total lieI have been dealing with extremely rude customer service but I didn't realize they would lieI did not reschedule five times, they scheduled me for the wrong date and needed to rescheduleI was in Florida at the time they scheduled me for which I would never have doneI also have proof that I withdrew the cash from my bank the day prior to installation and my husband was there to prove I had the cash and showed the installation crewI was just asking to hold back $(which I had) until they were done installing because I wanted to inspect it and I was planning on giving them the $that day upon inspection that day.
