My sister and I were picked up from our riverboat tour in Vienna by Didi He was very informative and more than met our expectations We were comfortable with frequent bathroom breaks He would drop us off very close to what we wished to do and he would often meet us at the other side He went over and above by taking our suitcases to our room and then dropping us downtown to shop He recommended a restaurant for dinner and assisted in making us a reservation
We highly recommend this tour and Andy is terrific as a guide! The area is stunning and Andy knows it wellHighlights of the trip for us were a morning bike ride through the countryside and a steep climb up a mountain for a spectacular view over the river and mountains all aroundAndy's English is excellent and we enjoyed our time with himThe tour and Andy get top ratings from us!
Francesca was very helpful to us even before we arrived in Venice, through e-mail contactThe day of the tour she was on time and took us around talking to us about the city's most important features

Mustafa *** was my private tour guide for one day in Cappadocia, Turkey My goal was to photograph the most interesting geological formations in the area Mustafa designed a tour that visited some well-known valleys as well as some much more obscure valleys to satisfy my needs Not only that, but he led me on hikes in the various valleys that got me into position to get the very best viewpoints for my photos Then he waited patiently while I satisfied myself at each venue He also arranged a balloon ride for me with a very good company at a better rate than I had found myself Finally, I had changed my hotel the day we arrived and Mustafa worked with me on extremely short notice at 5:AM to re-arrange things with the balloon company so events went off without a hitch I did not get the name of our driver, but he was outstanding, also This freed Mustafa to concentrate his attention on my needs
