There was some confusion due to everything going on in Brussels at the time, but Joyce was able to get everything in order at the last minute. We ended up going with Roland who gave an excellent tour. We learned a great deal and it really is the best way to make sure you see all the high points in a short amount of time. (They even offered a refund due to the confusion which we refused because it was such a great tour.)
Monika was a wonderful tour guide! She coordinated with our bus driver, and expertly guided him to the best parking places. We barely had to wait in lines, as Monika smoothly guided us through the crowds so that we didn't feel overwhelmed. At the Taj and Agra Fort, Monika gave our group great information - her love of Agra was contagious! It was very important for me to book a female tour guide - Monika is one of only a few female guides and we were very impressed with her!

He smoothed the way for the chaotic, confusing truck ride to the top of the mountain. Provided good info & knows great photo sites. As requested he chose local eateries that were great & at local prices. Chose an excellent driver & comfortable a/c car. Great additional stops eg lunch line of 700+ monks, rubber tree plantation & processing. I had a great trip and highly recommend Han!
This day was truly the highlight! Rodolpho's English is wonderful, he is pleasant to be with and he adapted the pace well to our needs and interests - also helping us with info about vegetarian eating. We didn't expect to swim with the dolphins (we are both kind of cautious) but he answered all our questions, made it seem very safe and adapted the experience slightly so we could get all we wanted out of the tour. He knows a lot of detail about the area. Obrigada Rodolpho! In addition, all our dealings with tours by locals have been professional and shown them to be a well run organization that cares about customer service.

Alex dropped us off at the airport after the Tigre City tour. There were 4 of us and we had to have all our luggage with us, which fit into Alex's car. Alex always made sure that our luggage was safe even if it meant him staying with the car. We spent 2 days with Alex and highly recommend him as a guide.
Juan C. is a wonderful guide (knowledgeable, excellent English), but also a wonderful person. Our group was met by Juan C. at the cruise terminal in the morning and were given a great tour of Valparaiso/Santiago and delivered to our hotel that evening. I had caught a cold on the cruise and Juan C. was able to arrange a clinic visit, I was prescribed an antibiotic and nasal spray, which we got later. This was more than what a tour guide does, this is was a friend does. So, thanks again!
We had a FANTASTIC time touring with [redacted] on the Sarajevo Under the Siege tour! He was so friendly and informative and you could tell how much he enjoyed relaying all the important history as we browsed the history museum. He also did a great job inserting amazingly interesting personal anecdotes from his life in Sarajevo during and after the war. We left knowing so much more about what it was actually like to live through this tumultuous time. I would highly recommend his tour!
We did a full day tour of BA and Tigre delta with Andres. It was an amazing introduction to the city as we got to explore lots of neighborhoods and learned accompanying history. The ride in the delta was a great way to relax and enjoy this town from a view of a local. Thanks Andres for a memorable day.

My wife and I were 1st time visitors to LA and spent our first day in the city with Jan. I gave him a list of everything we wanted to see (it was a long list) and we were able to cover everything and more! A day trip to Nikko with Morimasa san was more than just sightseeing for our group. He took us in depth with history of Japan.
