We are a group of 9 from California. We enjoyed our day tour of Seoul led by Hyosang (Chris) very much. Chris is very knowlegeable and able to communicate important facts and history. He was also very flexible in working with a large group and facing inclement weather. Add his ability to interact successfully with each person in our group. It made for an enjoyable experience. Tatiana is one of the best tour guides I have had the pleasure to meet. She is passionate about St. Petersburg. Her understanding and detail of the history of the city and Russia is truly remarkable. I have covered with her all of the major museums, churches, palaces, theaters and landmarks. She has exposed to me the true Russian culture and love of life here. I can highly recommend her! Brian was GREAT! We were concerned that we would not be able to see as much as we wanted in a 8-hour tour but Brian did an amazing job of showing us many of NYC's highlights. Individual attention, intimate details and a pictorial notebook about New York's history were nice touches. Brian's personal reflections on the 9/11 Memorial made this a very meaningful memorial experience -- not a tourist attraction. Thank you Brian for making New York City come alive for us! Andres was extremely knowledgeable about Beunos Aires and especially the Delta area where he was born. He is very friendly and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. We've used tours by locals on several occasions and have always had wonderful guides and great experiences. Our most recent tour was in Prague where we had david and he took us on two different walking tours - old town and castle complex. He was so knowledgeable about the history and architecture. He was very helpful with eating suggestions and visiting other sights that were not on his tours. Fantastic as always.
We were cruising and this was our first actual Tours by Locals tour. Our tour from Cadiz to Seville had to be cancelled due to rough seas, and the tour company graciously refunded our payment.

Jacky's Hong Kong tour was great! With the use of public transportation and lots of walking, Jacky took us to areas in the city we would never have visited on our own. We were able to visit some cool tourist attractions too. Jacky took the tour last minute and with minimal prior input from us and unexpected rain, he was able to put together a tour that was insightful and thorough. I highly recommend Jacky as a tour guide while visiting Hong Kong.

She carefully explained the college system, she knew the back streets and took the time to show us places to visit after our tour as well as restaurant and shopping choices. It was graduation day at several of the colleges which made for a crowded city but Anne guided us around like a true professional. Best hike ever! Having a guide who knows the area and obviously enjoys his profession made my hike experience an excellent one. Not only did I learn about Boynton Canyon but other great area hikes that I could explore safely on my own while in the Sedona area.

We could not be more happy with our decision to book a tour with Chamrong. He was so incredibly knowledgable, well equipped with endless supplies of water, and completely dedicated to making sure we were getting what we wanted out of the tour. He also very graciously dealt with some unfortunate circumstances when we needed to stop at an ATM and were having trouble finding one that worked. Definitely recommend Chamrong - and if you're deciding between a tuk tuk and a car - the airconditioning was worth it!
