Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Dell is now saying, nearly 3/a year later that they "remembered" they mailed somethingWe receive UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipmentsWe can check if something goes missing within days of a shipmentI have no way of verifying Dell's shipment and they should be ashamed that they did not send and item and that is why they refunded me and now want me to pay for something they think they shipped.We need to receive a written correspondence by mail from Dell to file any claimsPlease include a corporate address that we can send mail to as any filing that will be requested needs:1) Corporate Legal Name2) Corporate Address where legal messages can be mailed Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI would like to note that Dell didn't send me the color I originally paidI had no choice but to accept another colorI did receive a partial refund for my inconvenienceI would also like to note that even with the support of the Revdex.com working with Dell was very difficult and time consumingThis experience has caused me to sever my relationship with DellI'm happy for the Revdex.com's support in getting this resolved for me as Dell refused to work with me without the Revdex.com's supportAlso, [redacted] with Dell was the only employee to express empathy and a desire to help meShe deserves praise for her commitment and follow upUnfortunately, Dell limited her abilities to help meI just want to make sure Dell knows my ceasing to do business with them was not a result of [redacted] 's actions Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I was not making a warranty claim, but I was planning to buy a replacement battery with my gift certificate BEFORE it expired There was at least contacts with different DELL customer service staff for this complaint Aside from passing me from one department to another, and not fulfilling our agreement (I have proof in the form of online transcript) of supplying me with the necessary information to buy the replacement battery prior to the expiration of my gift certificate, I was offered conflicting information by different DELL support staff The first DELL personnel said that DELL has the part that I need (which should be, we all expect reputable big name companies to have the parts for the big ticket items that they sell If we expect this of all reputable company, why can't we expect DELL to carry consumable part/s of their products?) The second DELL personnel said that they have the replacement battery, but only refurbished ones are available Why would I buy a refurbished battery when there's no guarantee they will honor the warranty Finally, the person who contacted me said that he is sorry they don't have the replacement battery that I need He basically does not care about the reputation of DELL I would like everyone to be aware of their after sales service before they purchase a DELL computer The DELL personnel who handled my case said "sorry," but he does not really mean it because he made NO attempt to make amends In fact, he faulted me for not using the gift certificate on something else before it expired I told him that I don't need anything else, but I need a replacement battery Why would I buy another computer from them using my gift certificate and more money when they couldn't even provide acceptable service for what we previously bought from them A business is built on reputation, and I hope that many other online complaints would discourage people from doing business with DELL for their own sake Regards, [redacted] ***
