We are pleased with our membership with TAN, the accommodations are pretty good, but the service is excellentWhenever I call, the agents are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly

My husband and I had a great vacation at Pirates Cove Resort in North CarolinaWe took our bicycles and rode everywhere We booked for the very first time through our Travel Advantage Plan Everything was excellent as explained to us The resort was beautiful and we will return again Thanks Erin

I have been a member of TAN since January, This plan has made it it possible for me to travel with family or friends as far away as Mexico and Hawaii, and as close as the beautiful Jersey shore in my home stateSoon I will be vacationing in Florida for two weeks which I trust will be equally enjoyable Everyone I have spoken to over the past eight years have been extremely pleasant and helpfulIn November of I was vacationing in Brigantine, NJ I called with a question and Dawn Awho is a Senior Travel Advocate at TAN picked up the callShe was cheerful, knowledgeable and extremely pleasurable to speak withShe is an excellent reflection of the staff there and I do try to reach out to her now when making travel plansI certainly hope over the next few years I can continue to enjoy wonderful vacations and see different places using my plan

My phone contact with Erin [redacted] was exactly what I was looking forShe listened to my requests, made lots of helpful suggestions, and assured me that she would be there for all follow ups

We went and listened to the deceptive and pressuring sales pitch of TANThey totally misrepresent the package and their service They tell you of the $booking fee, however, neglect to tell you that it is nearly impossible to book a vacation you want, anything over bedroom- extra$$, peak season-extra$$, and forget about trying to get rid of this thing A vacation they make you believe will cost just $will end up costing you $500-$ The rooms avalable are star at best, the ones they show during the sales pitch are no where to be found They have horrible customer service and are not flexible at allAnd to top it off they charge a $yearly fee If anyone knows how to get out of the contract let me knowIm sick of giving these cons my hard earned money and not getting anything in return

Had a wonderful phone experience with travel advantage customer service Rep, Erica [redacted] She took the time to explain my benefits to me about my VIP plan as well as the individual tiers associated with being a Tan customerI now have a complete understanding of what is available to me, my family and friendsI have been a tan customer for years and have not used my plan very muchNow that Erica took the time to explain the process I can now begin planning accordinglyI have been a VIP customer for only a few weeks and again grateful to Erica for the time she took to go over the many destinations available with me

I love this travel network I have been a member for years My friends and family have been able to use my account, which is great! The excess inventory is unbeatable...for what I pay for a week is almost what you would pay for ONE NIGHT in a hotel! I have had almost no issues and the small problems I did have were quickly resolved with just a phone call

Dawn [redacted] of Travel Advantage Network has provided a number of great booking experiences to me over several years of TAN vacationsBeing a senior with poor hearing, Dawn has been patience in repeating instructions to me and is helpful in getting the best resort for me in the area that I want to visit My wife and I have vacationed twice in Florida, once in Myrtle Beach with extended family and just recently in New Jersey with extended family Dawn is enthusiastic and provides feed-back on resorts she has visited I am a satisfied TAN customer that has experienced a few problems that were solved by TAN's people at the resorts in separate locations

I have recently received a phone call from Dawn [redacted] alerting me to some properties in southwest Florida I was thrilled as a VIP customer to be called and made aware of the properties before they were all gone, as usual In the past the frustration has been great and we came very close to dropping out of TAN and would have if not for your kind efforts as you may know So many times I never received a call or an email in time, possibly due to my server, Comcast, but who knows Anyway, Dawn was so very helpful and sweet and took care of everything for us I sincerely hope that this new attention to your customers, especially those in VIP who spent many thousands, will continue and even improve She should be rewarded and school others to do the same! Membership with TAN since has become a part of our life for traveling So MANY memorable trips with great adventures, dining, shopping, sun fun, snow fun, enjoyable times with friends and when needed just relaxation Arrangements have always been easy with the TAN staff especially in years past with Andrea who is now in accounting I understand and now Erin [redacted] who has become my regular booking staff member and is exceptionally informative and helpful in every way EVERYONE that I have come in contact with at TAN thru the years has ALWAYS been very helpful and informative Thank you TAN for years of traveling experiences which have added such treasured memories to our life and to the future trips to come

My wife and I were planning our vacation for 2017, we called Tan and spoke with Erin [redacted] We gave her the information to book, she was so helpful in answering the questions regarding the property because her family vacationed there and are race fans too She made the booking so easy and it was a pleasure speaking to one person that could give us all the information needed Thanks again Erin!

Erin [redacted] is sn exceptional vacation adviser and was extremely helpful in meeting my needs, and she was very helpful in answering many questions I had about various resorts She went way beyond my expectations in helping me plan future trips, and also quickly resolved the issue which I called aboutThe Travel Advantage Network Company has been great in helping me with many wonderful vacation trips over the years

I have had Travel Advantage since I have paid a lot of money and have only been able to take trip They are misleading and misrepresent the ease of using their service If you do not book years advance in the off peak season you are not only paying for the weeks you are paying hundreds of dollars in addition to the cost of the package To this day I am paying a loan and paying them an annual maintenance fee for a service I have been unable to use All I want is out of this contract NEEDLESS TO SAY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM
