Erin [redacted] is sn exceptional vacation adviser and was extremely helpful in meeting my needs, and she was very helpful in answering many questions I had about various resorts. She went way beyond my expectations in helping me plan future trips, and also quickly resolved the issue which I called about. The Travel Advantage Network Company has been great in helping me with many wonderful vacation trips over the years.

Dominique is sweet to talk to. She makes planning vacations easy and reassuring and that's highly appreciated.

I have been a member of TAN since January, 2008. This plan has made it it possible for me to travel with family or friends as far away as Mexico and Hawaii, and as close as the beautiful Jersey shore in my home state. Soon I will be vacationing in Florida for two weeks which I trust will be equally enjoyable. Everyone I have spoken to over the past eight years have been extremely pleasant and helpful. In November of 2014 I was vacationing in Brigantine, NJ. I called with a question and Dawn A. who is a Senior Travel Advocate at TAN picked up the call. She was cheerful, knowledgeable and extremely pleasurable to speak with. She is an excellent reflection of the staff there and I do try to reach out to her now when making travel plans. I certainly hope over the next few years I can continue to enjoy wonderful vacations and see different places using my plan.

Never a bad experience. Always do their best in giving 100 percent customer satisfaction.

My wife and I were planning our vacation for 2017, we called Tan and spoke with Erin [redacted]. We gave her the information to book, she was so helpful in answering the questions regarding the property because her family vacationed there and are race fans too. Dawn [redacted] of Travel Advantage Network has provided a number of great booking experiences to me over several years of TAN vacations. Being a senior with poor hearing, Dawn has been patience in repeating instructions to me and is helpful in getting the best resort for me in the area that I want to visit. My wife and I have vacationed twice in Florida, once in Myrtle Beach with extended family and just recently in New Jersey with extended family. Dawn is enthusiastic and provides feed-back on resorts she has visited.

I am a satisfied TAN customer that has experienced a few problems that were solved by TAN's people at the resorts in separate locations.

Cudos to your Rep. Dominique. She is the best. I had deleted my confirmaion for an upcoming vacation to Marco Island. No sooner had I requested a resend of info and the info was on its way. She made me feel like she knew me and my upcoming vacation. I definitely will keep her extension on file [redacted].

It is refreshing that in these days of poor Customer Service, I find someone who is efficient and cares about her job, and does it well. It is a rarity these days. She also answered additional questions o a possible destination for next year. Again, it was efficiency at its best. Dominique, definitively deserves recognition and a big raise. She definately made my day

We have been members of TAN for 13 years and have booked over 50 vacations. With just a couple of minor issues, we have been more than happy with our vacations with them. We have been able to take many more vacations than if we had purchased a timeshare. The customer service has always been great helping us find the location and unit that were right for our needs. We try to work with Cheryl when ever possible and always appreciate how friendly and helpful she is. It's nice to build a relationship with someone so positive and informative. She always takes the time to answer all our questions and make sure our reservation process goes smoothly. TAN has been the reason for many happy vacations.

I have been a TAN member for a number of years. During this time, my family and myself have enjoyed a half dozen vacations at various locations. The highlight of my TAN experience occurred last year. In conversation with a co-worker friend, I learned that she had been a divorced mother of six children and that she had never had the opportunity to take a one week vacation anywhere. With the assistance of Senior Travel Advocate, Dawn A[redacted], I arranged to gift a one week beach vacation for my co-worker friend and her family. This gifted vacation was greatly appreciated.

We have been very pleased with Tan. They are easy to deal with & willing to go the extra mile to find what we've wanted. The associates are friendly & happy to be of service. The accommodations are very nice to great! We just singed up for the new VIP program,excited to see how it goes! Just not enough time to take all those great vacations!!! We have been with TAN for over 20 years.

My husband and I had a great vacation at Pirates Cove Resort in North Carolina. We took our bicycles and rode everywhere.
We booked for the very first time through our Travel Advantage Plan. Everything was excellent as explained to us. The resort was beautiful and we will return again.

She's the one to call. I had a bad experience first trying to call them to book my vacation and I got cut off twice so I began starting to think it was all a scam long story short I called 1 last time and Dominique answered the phone and I couldn't be happier right now she found me the vacation I wanted and answered all of the ?'s I had. She was great!! The only complaint I have is the fact that I had to pay a little extra to book my vacation but Dominique had no power over that. I just want to say thank you and you will hear from me in the future.

We are pleased with our membership with TAN, the accommodations are pretty good, but the service is excellent. Whenever I call, the agents are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

We are avid travelers through TAN, and recently upgraded with its VIP program. Totally love the site and program, crazy about vacations (understatement and also have high expectations). I have had nothing but positive experiences with TAN since we became members. I had my first amazing experience as a VIP member today, booking my first VIP trip. Spoke with Dominique W today, she made me feel so special and knew about my birthday tomorrow, 12/19, on top of it she gave me a special discount to celebrate. So thankful for people like Dominique that make booking vacations easy, memorable and most of all special! She was amazing and so thankful for her personality and attention to detail. Dominique is definitely an extra special person and definitely made my day! Thank you again Dominique for an extraordinary experience (as usual).
