I would like to share that my experience with Travel Advantage Network has been nothing but POSITIVE The staff members are courteous, knowledgeable and downright just polite I spoke with Dominique Wright earlier today and she was FANTASTIC Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer's (my) satisfaction Thank you TAN !!!!!

Great experienceLocation was fantasticLess than minute walk to activity center which included indoor and outdoor pool, indoor basketball court, racquetball court, tennis courts and moreWalmart within 3-minute driveCould be in the heart of the Dells within minute drivebedroom condo was extremely spacious

My family use our TAN membership every year to visit our favorite place-OCMD The properties provide us with the accommodations needed to enjoy our time at the beach No complaints Excess inventory allows for spur of the moment get aways that are priceless when you need a break

The many years I have been a member of planwithtan Travel Advantage Network has been amazing They provide the best accommodations at a much cheaper price than a hotel For instance LARGE & bedrooms, full kitchens with all dishes, pots etc, barbeque grills, laundry, pools and beachfront and so much more The rooms are extremely clean Booking a vacation is so easy The Travel Advocates are so professional, friendly and helpful For instance I booked my June vacation with MsDWright tonight 9/13/and she was just wonderful She was very professional, willing to answer any questions I had and very sweet, just excited about my vacation as I am You can not put a price on that kind of customer service!!! THE BEST!!!!!! AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT!!!!!!!!

As a long time client of TAN (1998) I am always happy with the customer service, the destinations and at the service at the various resorts We have been to Hawaii, Florida, South Carolina, Tybee Island and many other fabulous destinations over the yearsTan makes travel affordableSince we retired we spend 15-weeks a year traveling with TAN

After going through a high-pressure sales pitch we were given promises low-cost VIP experiences that could not be found elsewhere After signing up we were shocked at the listingsThe upgrades were not as cheap as they promised in the meetingUpon researching other sites we can get the same deal without using TAN The offers then came at unreasonable times Upon realizing this we began to look into a refundContacting anyone was very difficultWe were able to talk to Bridgett from TANThe only advice she could give was to call The ***We talked to Karen (who was very unprofessional) at MAC and her first comment was that I would have to reach out to TANSo, we are now stuck with both companies passing the buck back and forthOverall very let down with our experience with TAN and regret involving our selves with this company

I just wanted to take a moment and share my great experience with Travel Advantage NetworkI recently booked a vacation and needed to switch location at the last minuteAnyone who has a TAN account knows its on a first come first serve basis, which worked in my favor when a property I wanted originally became available ( Myrtle Beach Resort!!! ) I would like to thank travel advocate Dominique *** for making the switch from one property to another painless considering I did not purchase the VAP at the time of my original booking dateThe VAP ( Vacation Assurance Plan ) which allows for such changes to happen without any problemsDominique assured me all was not lost for my situation as long as she can clear it with a manager to purchase the VAP now to make the change happenIt was such a relief to not be shut down and have a solution for my problem resolvedI am a very satisfied account holder, and pleased to know that she was able to find a solution to my problem

In the past planning a vacation has always been a trying experience for my wife and me Contacting hotels, making travel arrangements and not knowing what to pack ruined the excitement of going on vacation We knew something had to be done! As faith would have it, a little over four years ago, we received a flyer in the mail from Travel Advantage Network (TAN) My initial reaction was to throw it out "More junk mail" I saidFortunately, my wife convinced me to look into it We attended the scheduled appointment and liked what we heard We accepted the offer and put our faith in TAN We were assigned a Travel Advocate, Dawn A Since then, our vacations have become a breeze Our philosophy has become leave the planning to DawnShe has put together five outstanding beach vacations for us, our favorite We have traveled to Ocean City, Maryland, Myrtle Beach and now Hilton Head! I must mention, working with Dawn is a pleasure She is kind, thoughtful, caring, and willing to go that extra mile to help us In addition to her outstanding service, we have found the entire vacation experience totally satisfying and no longer overwhelming Our stays have been fantastic Thank you so much Dawn and Travel Advantage Network

We are members of Plan with Tan ...and love it!!!!! We have NO negative comments to make because our experience has been nothing but positive!!!!

We went and listened to the deceptive and pressuring sales pitch of TAN. They totally misrepresent the package and their service.
They tell you of the $99 booking fee, however, neglect to tell you that it is nearly impossible to book a vacation you want, anything over 1 bedroom- extra$$, peak season-extra$$, and forget about trying to get rid of this thing.

A vacation they make you believe will cost just $99 will end up costing you $500-$1000.
The rooms avalable are 2 star at best, the ones they show during the sales pitch are no where to be found.

They have horrible customer service and are not flexible at all. And to top it off they charge a $360 yearly fee.

If anyone knows how to get out of the contract let me know. Im sick of giving these cons my hard earned money and not getting anything in return.

I was definitely satisfied with my experience today in making a reservation with TAN associate Erin.
