I have had good and bad experience with Tan , mainly having to make reservations so far in advance. Sometimes as far as one year. just to get the place I wish to stay.

I reserved two condos and had the best customer service from Sjonna W.
she was very helpful and a delight to work with, thank you Sjonna

I love this travel network. I have been a member for years. My friends and family have been able to use my account, which is great! The excess inventory is unbeatable...for what I pay for a week is almost what you would pay for ONE NIGHT in a hotel! I have had almost no issues and the small problems I did have were quickly resolved with just a phone call.

Membership with TAN since 1996 has become a part of our life for traveling.
So MANY memorable trips with great adventures, dining, shopping, sun fun, snow fun, enjoyable times with friends and when needed just relaxation.
Arrangements have always been easy with the TAN staff especially in years past with Andrea who is now in accounting I understand and now Erin [redacted] who has become my regular booking staff member and is exceptionally informative and helpful in every way. EVERYONE that I have come in contact with at TAN thru the years has ALWAYS been very helpful and informative.
Thank you TAN for 20 years of traveling experiences which have added such treasured memories to our life and to the future trips to come.

Be prepared to pay! We never took our "free vacation" because they had no dates available for us. That was the first rip off. Then, after 5 years of paying, I finally paid it off a couple months ago. Then today, I get an email that my account is past due. When I called, they said that I now must pay a monthly fee for them to "manage" my account.
Unreal. I would not recommend.

I have had Travel Advantage since 2011. I have paid a lot of money and have only been able to take 1 trip. They are misleading and misrepresent the ease of using their service. If you do not book years advance in the off peak season you are not only paying for the weeks you are paying hundreds of dollars in addition to the cost of the package. To this day I am paying a loan and paying them an annual maintenance fee for a service I have been unable to use. All I want is out of this contract. NEEDLESS TO SAY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

My husband and I have traveled with Travel Advantage Network VIP. We loved the places at the beach we have stayed at in Ocean City MD. Customer sevice is very helplful. I am very pleased with the assistance I get from Cheryl R. , She is very helpful, professional, and tends to our needs. I look forward to my future trips thru TAN.

Had a wonderful phone experience with travel advantage customer service Rep, Erica [redacted] She took the time to explain my benefits to me about my VIP plan as well as the individual tiers associated with being a Tan customer. I now have a complete understanding of what is available to me, my family and friends. I have been a tan customer for 9 years and have not used my plan very much. Now that Erica took the time to explain the process I can now begin planning accordingly. I have been a VIP customer for only a few weeks and again grateful to Erica for the time she took to go over the many destinations available with me.

I've been a client of TAN for several years. Most of their employees are pleasant and competent, but that's expected, or it should be. There are some, however, who keep in mind that what they are dealing with are people's dreams - of the perfect vacation, no less. Today I worked with Tony on a request that's probably a bit out of the ordinary, and he went out of his way to help me make that happen. Thanks, Tony!

Book in Florida December. The unit was clean and nice. Just like home. Very enjoyable. Just made a reservation for 2016.

It is extremely nice to have someone be helpful when booking a vacation when that should be the first step in making your vacation a positive experience.

I have recently received a phone call from Dawn [redacted] alerting me to some properties in southwest Florida. I was thrilled as a VIP customer to be called and made aware of the properties before they were all gone, as usual. In the past the frustration has been great and we came very close to dropping out of TAN and would have if not for your kind efforts as you may know. So many times I never received a call or an email in time, possibly due to my server, Comcast, but who knows. Anyway, Dawn was so very helpful and sweet and took care of everything for us. I sincerely hope that this new attention to your customers, especially those in VIP who spent many thousands, will continue and even improve. She should be rewarded and school others to do the same! Travel Advantage Network (TAN) has been a wonderful addition to our life. We have traveled to new places at very reasonable prices. Properties are represented well, and suggestions from TAN staff have been great. We travel much more now, because of TAN! Our children are grown, which makes TAN a perfect choice for us. We love TAN and would highly recommend this plan. Now we 'Plan with TAN'!

My husband and I have been TAN members for several years now, and each and every experience with a TAN representative has been a pleasant one! We have traveled to many locations such as Kissimmee, FL, Shenandoah Valley, VA, Cresco, PA, and a future trip to Oakland, MD! Our most recent reservations made with Sjonna have been very special! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about TAN vacation spots. Sjonna has a joyful spirit about her, and she got us all siked up to celebrate our 4 year wedding Anniversary this weekend at the Inn at Deep Creek in Maryland! Thank you Sjonna and thank you TAN for your dedication and ease of helping us plan our vacations one after the other every time!

I would like to share my experience in booking a couple of condos in Las Vegas for a family vacation. The representative I dealt with for this booking is Dawn [redacted]
She is very professional and very easy to talk to. She seems to be truly interested in what you have to say and interested in your experiences. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone as I believe she truly wants to help her customers.

I have been a customer of Travel Advatage Network for several years and I sure am glad I am. I travel to a lot of interesting destinations because of them. None of my vacations would have been as nice without them. There is always nice people there to help me when I call. Lately, Cherryl has been my favorite agent.
