Tree Pro's

My tree was scheduled to be removed on 7/25/and the stump was supposed to be removed on 7/ Tree Pros rescheduled the stump removal times (over a period of three weeks) using a variety of excuses On the third reschedule, they simply did not show up In addition, half the tree was still in my yard! I finally had enough and fired them At that point, I had to rent a trailer, haul rest of the tree (½ tons of wood) to the dump on my day off and hire another company to grind the stump Tree Pros then attempted to charge my credit card without my authorization for a slightly reduced remaining balance! This company is not reliable Their business practices are unethical and their communication is terrible

It is always disappointing to us when we are unable to leave a customer satisfiedDespite many attempts we have been unable to pacify or reason with or come to an amicable resolution with this customer outside of giving money back for something we actually performed as agreed We are always; and were in this case, transparent in our service contractsYou will see that we contracted for Stump Grinding and our contract clearly explains what our Stump Grinding process is and what can be expected from this serviceThis is communicated verbally and backed up in writing in our written agreementWe did also agree to grind some surface roots that were growing above ground and did perform that work as well When we came back out to field the customers inquiry about his stump growing backWe re-informed him of the tendency for some trees to have sucker growth after they have been taken down and even stump ground as we did and that he will have to treat as a weed until it stopsWe found this was actually the case in his situation and when we viewed the stump, there was no actual growth coming from the stump where we ground, but rather from the roots that grew laterally out from the trunk/stump throughout his propertyWe of course do not demo customers entire properties to remove entire root systems of trees that grow out sometimes 2-times past the canopy of the tree and certainly not for the price we chargedHe had dug up and exposed some additional roots and claimed that we agreed to grind surface roots, we explained that was only the roots that were growing above ground which we already took care of initially, not roots that he exposed himself throughout his yardWe did offer however; as a courtesy, since he had exposed those additional lateral roots, to come and grind those for him at no chargeWe explained however, that we had performed exactly what we agreed/contracted to and this was not included, but rather an attempt to offer excellent customer service He allowed us to do that and then after, still demanded us to address the greater issue at our expense of these sprouting roots all over his yard We have exhausted our efforts in trying to reason with this customer and provide a reasonable amount of customer service, but we have nothing more to provide at this point I have attached both our contract with the stump grinding terms highlighted as well as the pictures that the customer took and emailed us on June 7th which show that the stump that we ground was in fact ground per the contract and the “suckers” as explained by me and in the attached contract terms are the customers problem which we brought to his attention both verbally and in writing prior to engaging in service for this customer

I do not accept the reduced invoice from Tree Pros The original estimate for all of the work was $3,(including the stump grinding and root treatment) Ben, their arborist, offered to do the stump grinding for FREE I paid 50% in advance ($1,890) which left a remaining balance of $1, There was never any mention of a delay due to "weather" I was told the delays were a result of bringing the wrong equipment and when the correct equipment was brought, the equipment would not fit through my gate When the estimate was provided, the gate in question was the same one Also, there was another (wider) gate on the property on the other side of the front home that could easily have been used So, the "gate excuses" were untrue Also, because Tree Pros failed to do the work promised three different times, I was not inclined to give them a forth chance to disappoint me I then took it upon myself to remove more than 3,lbs of wood from the yard That does not sound like their referenced "small portion of tree" left in the yard I, my year-old father, my year-old son, and two girlfriends worked for hours on the task of cutting up, loading and unloading, and hauling this huge amount of wood to the dumpI can easily get each of them to sign a sworn statement of the time and effort they put into this arduous task I paid for the trailer rental (U-Haul) and dump fee (for exceeding the 2,lbweight limit I have attached an invoice for the labor and other fees for removing the wood Of course, this does not cover the aggrivation I (and my renters at this property) experienced dealing with this situation I feel that Tree Pros should not charge me one more penny! They did not communicate truthfully and made excuses They also attempted to make an unauthorized charge to my visa card This was not only illegal, but a business practice that shows a complete lack of integrity! Tree Pros was hired to remove several trees and stumps for our houseThey came in and removed two trees and performed stump grinding on stumpsTo remove two trees, one medium Ash tree and one orange tree, they charged $then approx $43/stumpThe service was fine and we ended up needing them to remove another tree, a crepe myrtleWe had already cut most of the tree down and had APS out to cut it back from a power lineTree pros verbally gave me a quote of $to remove the rest of the tree and the stumpBut the person who gave us the quote also offered to clear out some remaining underbrush, loose debris, and small plant stumps at an additional $We decided to go ahead with this The first time they showed up, they were not prepared and could only remove the tree and the loose debrisThey could not do the ground clearing or stump grindingThey then scheduled more times and each time they were not prepared and could not do the workThey finally sent someone out to

I sincerely apologize for the experience the customer had regarding this situation It is not a practice of Tree Pros, to ask a customer to pay for something that we haven't performed or delivered The initial order that went out was to include those trees to be trimmed and unfortunately information that part of the order was cancelled on site was not relayed properly during this whole ordeal in order for us to avoid this In an effort to make amends, I would like to offer the customer to come out and trim his Olive Tree & Italian Cypress Trees at no charge

We have fulfilled the contract as well as provided additional complementary services; however, the customer is not satisfied and I am not sure what more the Revdex.com requires us to do to resolve this matter with the customer.Unfortunately, it does not appear we are going to be able to satisfy this customer We have done everything we contracted to do as well as provided some extra service at no additional cost What the customer is asking for is outside of our contract and what he paid for I hope our contract sheds light on what the agreement actually was We certainly do not maintain our accreditation with the Revdex.com and an A+ record by not fulfilling our contracts or trying to make customers happy Please advise! My first interaction with Tree Pro's was in regards to damage done to my mailbox while they were working on my neighbor's yard/trees I called and spoke to Yesenia to informed them of the situation She was understanding and had a field service manager to evaluate the situation and determine next steps In less than weeks, I had a new mailbox During this time, there was constant communication to advise the status I was so pleased with the customer service, I contracted Tree Pros to take care of trimming and cleaning my yard They are excellent at committing to their customers!

OMG! Tree Pros is amazing! I had a huge tree branch broken blocking my neighbor's front yard so it needed immediate attention as I felt really bad for the neighborThe crew came super fast and took care of it right awayThey were professional and amazing! Tree Pro's has earned our business with their fantastic service in trimming two overgrown Ficas and removing an orange tree and gridning the orange tree stump so well can't even see where the tree was located All aspects of dealing with tree Pro's need to be given an A+ rating - a star rating!

I have used Tree Pros several times and they have always been professional and do a great job They have removed a couple of our trees including one with branches going into power lines For one of those trees, Tree Pros coordinated with APS to have the power lines temporarily moved out of the way (while not interrupting power service) so that the tree could be removed safely Most recently, Tree Pros trimmed two of my trees (a mulberry and palo verde) in the front yard that were overgrown and they did an excellent job Their representatives are always professional and courteous They give helpful recommendations but are not pushy on selling their services I especially like that they have arborists that will come evaluate the issues and make recommendations They even identified all of our trees and wrote down the names of the trees so we knew what we had It's these little professional touches that are what sets Tree Pros apart

These guys know their stuff and do it well! I chose them for the reasonable price, and the manner and knowledge shown by the estimator (the owner) I was not disappointed The crew showed up early! and got right to work Trimmed my two 30' back yard trees, cleaned up all the trimmings, hauled them to their chipper in front of the house, checked to be sure I was satisfied, and were gone in an hour!! They are at the top of my list to recommend and to call next time

I have to ventI am so very disappointed in Tree Pro and your lack of customer serviceI had a confirmed appointment Tuesday between 12:and 3:to have about $ of work doneI took the day off to ensure my wife would not have to be out in the heat with your crewI called and left a message at your office earlier in the morning; never did receive a call back, to see what the ETA of the crew wasI never received any call regardless of what your crew told youAt 3:pm not having heard anything from your office, I had to return to workI left a note on the front door and left for workI call the office and was told that a supervisor would be calling me back within minutesI never received that callI can not believe any businees, let alone a reputable one like Tree Pro's conducts business in this manorSuffice it to say I will look elsewhere for my tree services in the future

Star Business! From start to finish, personable, prompt, and professional! Great rates - they were actually the lowest of the three bids I received and they did a fantastic job....had a tree removed and you'd never know it was ever there They even impressed my neighbor! I highly recommend Tree Pros!
