Tree Pros cut down a Ficus tree in my front yardThe estimator stated the tree would be cut down and the stump ground and the job was majorThe cost was $to cut the tree, and $to grind the stumpThe crew of three who cut the tree took min totalThey left the stump sticking out over eight inches above the groundThe stump crew was a no showTree Pros called me half way through the day to tell me the stump grinder person was illThey told me they would be back in three days to complete the jobI don't understand how a company professed to be the largest in PHX can miss an appointment because of one person not reporting to workWhy did they wait until half the day was over to tell me they weren't coming? Why did the charge me $for less than an hours work? Why did they leave the stump protruding above ground over eight inches when they removed the tree? I removed the stump myselfI am extremely disappointed with Tree Pro and do not recommend them to anyone

Tree Pro's staff were great from start to finish I found them by requesting a recommendation from the Nextdoor Mailing List I am on I had a rush job as I was having my roof repaired and
two huge bottle trees that are next to my house were badly overhanging on my roof I was given an estimate within a few days, and then they had a crew at my house the day before my roof was scheduled to be repaired I was able to negotiate with the staff on the price The crew did a fantastic job, and they were very informative, very friendly, and gave me free advice regarding a citrus tree in my backyard I am highly pleased with their service and highly recommend themMarilyn Cristiano

Tree pros not only did a really good job but they educated us along the wayWe can do more of the work ourselves nowWe liked them so much we are having a sister company do our new house lanscaping

We regretfully admit that we had to postpone the client's service a few timesWe certainly understand how frustrating that can be We had scheduled and took down the client's tree on Monday, July 24thDue to weather conditions, we were unable to finish hauling a small portion of the tree
away or perform the stump grindingThe intermittent rain the following weeks caused a delay until the ground could dry up so as not to cause severe ruts with our machinery and to be able to provide an adequate cleanup of the debrisThe small portion of logs that were left were scheduled to be hauled off at the time of the stump grindingOnce we were able to get back out to attempt to grind the stump we were unable to because the width of the client's gate prevented our machine from entering where the stump was locatedOn that visit, some of the logs that were left were hauled offThe final attempt to finish the job, we admittedly made a clerical error selecting the wrong date in our system than what we discussed with the client and is why we did not show up as scheduledWe sincerely apologize for this experience and assure the client it was not intentional nor malicious and our team takes these mishaps very seriously and are disappointed when things like this happenWe agree that due to the stump not being ground and a small portion of the tree was left, that the final contracted price should be adjustedThe original contract was for $A discount was offered under the condition that the client proceeded with all the services in the contractDue to the experience the client had in the process we are still applying that discount even though the client cancelled on of the servicesWe are also adjusting the price for the stump that was never ground as well as an additional amount for the small portion of the tree that was leftWe agree to accept $as the adjusted remaining balance for the services rendered

This company has amazing customer service! From the beginning with the Arborist Kyle to the crew lead by Jose with Juan, Baltazar and Napoleon were all professional and efficient! They were on time and cleaned up after they completed the job! I would highly recommend this company and especially this crew to anyone needing tree work done! Great job!!!

There was no written assurance from Tree Pros regarding the health of client's two citrus trees. Customer only received a very short verbal overview of the work done on two trees. Customer's concerns were not addressed in detail with any specific instructions. Customer is not satisfied as to the lifespan of the two citrus trees. Customer feels Tree Pros is only trying to dismiss customer's concerns

The crew went above and beyond! That's why I have used them for several years

At customer's specific request to be present when service was to be provided had been confirmed, Tree Pros performed services during different time period without customer knowledge, which resulted in complete devastation of two citrus trees (one orange, one lemon) The trees were contracted to be trimmed, NOT removal of over 60% of the foliage on each tree As customer was at the premises for the scheduled time period for the service, there was complete shock and disbelief to find Trees Pros did NOT follow instructions Customer requested opportunity to remove and save fruit from trimmed branches which was agreed upon, but customer could not be given the courtesy because service was performed at different time period Customer demands resolution of this devastating situation

We have fulfilled the contract as well as provided additional complementary services; however, the customer is not satisfied and I am not sure what more the Revdex.com requires us to do to resolve this matter with the customer.Unfortunately, it does not appear we are going to be able to satisfy this customer We have done everything we contracted to do as well as provided some extra service at no additional cost. What the customer is asking for is outside of our contract and what he paid for. I hope our contract sheds light on what the agreement actually was. We certainly do not maintain our accreditation with the Revdex.com and an A+ record by not fulfilling our contracts or trying to make customers happy. Please advise! One time for quote on time for work and got my two trees trimmed upWorked fast and efficient and made sure I was happy before they blew the yard cleanI use Tree Pro’s twice a year and that has been five yearsI am totally happy with their jobs

The crew that came to take out some dying trees and trim some others was amazingThey did a great job with cleanup, and even got most of the debris out of our pool They were respectful and the price was reasonable The arborist who came for the initial consult knew what he was talking about and he didn’t try to sell us services we didn’t need If we need additional tree work we’ll definitely call these guys They did an awesome job, our yard looks better than it did before they came

Estimator who came to look at our trees was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative Pricing was very reasonable Work was completed as scheduled and they did a great job

We have been Tree Pro customers for many years and would never consider having any other company fertilize and trim our treesThe arborist is very knowledgeable and those assigned to trim and fertilize are very timely and efficient
