Absolutely terrible serviceI would recommend that no one ever use this companyI contacted Tree Pros because I had a dead tree in the back yard and their website claimed that they planted treesI had a salesman come out to give me a quote on planting a new tree, pruning a Palo Verde treeIn addition, I wanted a separate quote for removing a queen palm (to be done in the future)The salesman told me that they could not prune the Palo Verde tree because of its locationI was surprised by that, but didn't worry too much about itHowever, as part of planting the new tree (a small gallon plant), I fell for some high pressure sales to get my other trees fertilized and the irrigation system adjusted at a pretty significant costSince the salesman told me that I needed the irrigation system adjusted before planting the tree, I decided to go ahead with itHe wrote up a two page contract which wasn't all that legible since it was a carbon copyUnfortunately, I trusted him that it included what we agreed to and didn't review it closely enough (I know - pretty dumb of me to believe a salesman like that)So after having to be home to meet with the salesman, then there was another day for someone to come out to fertilize the existing trees, and then another day I had to be home to have their irrigation guy look at the drippers in the back (just having him give a quote incurred a cost)Then came the day I was looking forward to - I was going to get the new tree plantedInstead, two work men showed up and didn't know anything about the tree - the entire reason I was having anything to do with this companyI called the office and the first person I spoke with sounded like perhaps they might try to resolve the situationHowever, they just had the first salesman call me back and tell me they don't actually plant trees (although this is listed on their website)It turns out I was supposed to somehow know that they didn't plant trees as part of their business - I was supposed to buy a tree and have it delivered to my house, and then cut a deal under the table with the workmen to have them plant itI'm not sure if the main company knows that their salespeople are trying to have work done by their workers behind their back or notThen to make things much worse, the two workmen had no clue what they were doing with irrigationWhen they first arrived, I told them what needed to be doneUnfortunately, there was also a language barrier, so I guess they just pretended to understand meIn my back yard the pulled up the cables for low-voltage lighting, pulled up some of the larger poly pipe and left it above the surface and left whatever spaghetti lines they put in just hanging aroundThere was no effort to level the landscape rocks (leaving larger rocks from below the surface on the topAs they were leaving, one who spoke some english told me that they had cut the water in the back so the trees would no longer be floodedThere was never any flooding, their irrigation salesman told me that higher flow valves had been neededSo I had to spend hours over the last two weekends trying to make at least cosmetic updates and bury the system again, knowing that I'm going to have to dig it up and replace the valves to get more water to the plantsI later found that in my front yard, they removed the drippers from plants (such as bush morning glory) and put them on cactus plantsSince I had explicitly pointed out where drippers should go and told them not to put them on cactus, I'm assuming this was the language barrier again (although they should provide at least minimal training so their work men know not to put drippers on desert plantsSo, after spending over $and taking time to be home on multiple days, I don't have the tree I wanted, and now don't have a working irrigation system
I've waited a couple of weeks after complaining to them before leaving this review to see if they would try to make it right, but no such luckIn summary - they can't prune trees, don't plant trees, and will destroy dripper systems

These people are truly pro when it comes to getting my trees looking great! Clean, professional, great communicationNo complaints - just happy!

They did a great job trimming up two giant, over grown treesChristian and his crew left my yard neater than before they arrivedWe highly recommend this company

They were awesome I had two trees cut down when they left they cleaned up like they were never thereVery professional

I do not accept the reduced invoice from Tree Pros. The original estimate for all of the work was $3,(including the stump grinding and root treatment). Ben, their arborist, offered to do the stump grinding for FREE. I paid 50% in advance ($1,890) which left a remaining balance of $1,890. There was never any mention of a delay due to "weather". I was told the delays were a result of bringing the wrong equipment and when the correct equipment was brought, the equipment would not fit through my gate. When the estimate was provided, the gate in question was the same one. Also, there was another (wider) gate on the property on the other side of the front home that could easily have been used. So, the "gate excuses" were untrue. Also, because Tree Pros failed to do the work promised three different times, I was not inclined to give them a forth chance to disappoint me. I then took it upon myself to remove more than 3,lbs of wood from the yard. That does not sound like their referenced "small portion of tree" left in the yard. I, my year-old father, my year-old son, and two girlfriends worked for hours on the task of cutting up, loading and unloading, and hauling this huge amount of wood to the dumpI can easily get each of them to sign a sworn statement of the time and effort they put into this arduous task. I paid for the trailer rental (U-Haul) and dump fee (for exceeding the 2,lbweight limit. I have attached an invoice for the labor and other fees for removing the wood. Of course, this does not cover the aggrivation I (and my renters at this property) experienced dealing with this situation. I feel that Tree Pros should not charge me one more penny! They did not communicate truthfully and made excuses. They also attempted to make an unauthorized charge to my visa card. This was not only illegal, but a business practice that shows a complete lack of integrity! *** ***

They communicated very well about everything they did and were going to do

Tree Pros removed the pine tree in our front yard and then removed the stump! We were very impressed with their service and the crews who performed the services Their crews are well-trained, safe, courteous, professional When the jobs (handled in two visits), their crews cleaned up all the debris and while grinding down the stump so well our yard doesn't show a big pine tree was even there!
We DEFINITELY recommend Tree Pros to anyone who needs help with tree removals

Tree Pro's are the PRO'S in Tree ServiceThe crew was very professional and courteousInsured that no landscape was damage in removal of foot Acacia tree

I recently had a large tree damaged during a monsoon storm and needed to have the tree cut down and removed The tree was hovering over the solar panels on my roof and my patio cover I was very nervous about the possibility of damage as the tree was removed The folks at Tree Pros assured me that their crew would do a careful and professional job for me I scheduled the work and also scheduled to have palm trees trimmed The crew arrived promptly at the agreed upon time They worked diligently to trim the trees and then began work on the damaged tree In no time at all, the tree and all it’s debris was safely down, cleared and hauled to the chipper The crew made sure the palm tree debris was picked up and hauled away and that any debris that may have drifted to my neighbor was also picked up Now that’s service ! A special shout out to Oliver, who explained the process to me and was just a pleasure to work with I will definitely use Tree Pros for all of my tree trimming needs in the future!

Tree Pros was hired to remove several trees and stumps for our houseThey came in and removed two trees and performed stump grinding on stumpsTo remove two trees, one medium Ash tree and one orange tree, they charged $then approx $43/stumpThe service was fine and we ended up needing them to remove another tree, a crepe myrtleWe had already cut most of the tree down and had APS out to cut it back from a power lineTree pros verbally gave me a quote of $to remove the rest of the tree and the stumpBut the person who gave us the quote also offered to clear out some remaining underbrush, loose debris, and small plant stumps at an additional $We decided to go ahead with this
The first time they showed up, they were not prepared and could only remove the tree and the loose debrisThey could not do the ground clearing or stump grindingThey then scheduled more times and each time they were not prepared and could not do the workThey finally sent someone out to

These guys are great they got here on time Went over what I needed to get done and definitely exceeded my expectations I had this tree for years and this was the best job that has ever been done on it They did a great job on cleanup and almost left the place like you wouldn’t know somebody’s trim the tree other than the trees been trimmed
Would definitely give them an A+ rating

Tree Pro’s have been trimming and shaping my mulberry tree for yearsI trust their arborists and their expertise for keeping my tree healthy

It is a tragedy that this customer’s tree died and we are very sympathetic to how upsetting this may be. We hate the fact that we have to defend ourselves in this situation. There is a terrible loss here that is not good for anyone involvedWe can assure both the customer and the Revdex.com
that our pruning did not lead to the failure of this tree. We provided industry standard pruning on this Eucalyptus tree on April 30th prior to the excessive heat that the valley experienced even though the pruning calendar allows Eucalyptus to be trimmed any time of the year. The date the customer reported his concern was July 29th after an unanticipated hot June & July. Arborist's all over the valley including ourselves were talking among each other about various client's plants/trees suffering and even dying as a result of the extreme temperatures. In addition, it is unknown by neither the homeowner nor Tree Pros, LLC whether there were other unknown causes such as pathogens attacking the tree as those infect below ground and inside the tree and signs/symptoms only show after attacks have taken place. Pruning alone will not cause a tree to fail, however coupled with extreme temperatures and other adverse conditions & problems a poor situation can develop for any treeThe customer contacted us for tree service at his property, we worked professionally at his request along with our limited knowledge (Unknown pathogens, unknown weather forecast). We feel awful for our customer that his tree died, but the truth is there is no culpability on our part for this loss. We have extended a reduction in price to cut his dead tree down as a matter of customer service, but nothing else is warranted in this circumstance. We are willing to meet the customers request to remove the tree and stump grind it for no charge. We would not be willing to replant a new tree in its place for no charge

I have used Tree Pros for several yearsThe crews have always been respectful and have done exactly what I asked of themThey are respectful of the neighbors property and always do an excellent clejobTried another company once and was not happyWill always request Tree Pros for my tree needs

Tree Pros provide clean and quality work Their customer service is always helpful as well I highly recommend them for any tree trimming work

We had Tree Pros remove a year old dead pine tree from our back yard on Sept13, The crane arrived on time and contacted our neighbor to make sure it would be okay to park partially on his lot The man crew arrived with wood chipper, dump truck and immediately went to work It was a huge process cutting down this tree in sections with the crane lifting it over the house to the street to be cut up and into the chipper They did an excellent job not only cutting down the tree but clean up after They even blew off dead limbs from the roof It was also entertaining for all the neighbors to watch this amazing process I would recommend Tree Pro's for future tree removalAnother crew injected another pine tree with special food to try and save it from having to be removed They were more than helpful from beginning to endFrom initial quote to several follcalls to final removal and cleanup
