I have never written a review before, but, I was so happy with Tree Pros that I want to share my experienceI had massive tree damage after a storm in our areaMike, one of the owners, came out and assessed the damageHe had a crew come out in about two daysI know this was difficult because they had so many jobs pending because of the big stormHis crew headed by Christian De La Cruz came out on a Saturday and did a fabulous job removing debris from our house, fences, and yardThey were wonderful and could not have been more professionalI would recommend Tree Pros to everyone!

I was very pleased with two planned services by Tree Pro's! They arrived at the scheduled time, performed the necessary work, tree removal and pruning, and even removed a small tree recently downed by a stormI was especially pleased with the thoroughness of their cleanup
There second visit was for fertilizationAgain on time, did the scheduled work and also did four trees added at the last minute

Replied to my inquiry same day, arborist visited next day, job done earlier than scheduled Very reliable, conscientious, and cleaned up nicely Delivered what they promised

I had Tree Pros out for estimates on some workThe arborist also recommended trimming a eucalyptus tree to better handle the monsoon season I elected to go with the tree pros to do the workEstimate was for $They did the other work along with trimming the eucalyptus tree This was done early May just when the temperatures were reaching triple digits They tree was looking good or they would not have recommended the work,,,I assume
The tree was trimmed heavily, the tree then started showing signs of an issueLeaves changed from green to light green then eventually to brown I called them to let them know that the tree was not looking good Tried to include a timeline of appt missed with no callbacks but ran out of space hereBottom line, there response was:

Tree Pros provided good service for my irrigation replacement Joe Heersink outlined an excellent landscape lighting placement in conjunction with the irrigation upgrade Gilbert did a thorough installation of the irrigation and lighting

I recently had Tree Pros trim and skin my Cali fan palms and remove a cactus They did a fabulous job my palm trees look wonderful and the men even cleaned up my pool which is right under the palm trees
The men worked hard and left my yard very clean and cleared of debris, They arrived on time and were very polite I highly recommend Tree Pros for any of your arborist needsREliason Phoenix AZ

Received an estimate to trim and thin trees When I questioned the estimate the arborist (Dan P.) stated this was a big job and the crew would be there "a majority" of the day Much to my surprise, it took the crew less than hours to completed the work When I called the office and discuss the estimate I was told the they don't bid by the hour, but by the size of the job Obviously, the job was not as big as I was led to believe The job was sold under pretenses and they could have cared less Spoke with both Dan Pand Jason (GM?) I will never use Tree Pros again

After reviewing this situation, especially since the client at a good experience with the first service he received from us just a month or so ago, we determined that the because we took on some work that was outside of our core services, we were not properly prepared and under-communicated the
scope of work and equipment that would be needed to perform Trying to do more than we are familiar with caused us to fall flat on our face when it came time to fulfill and deliver an excellent service and experience which we try to achieve every time We have spoke with the client and agreed to bring the account to a zero balance and in addition refund him $for the unfinished work at his property We also offered to complete the work at no additional charge in addition to the $credit, but he respectfully declined The client was very patient and cooperative during this entire situation and we appreciate that very much We sincerely apologize for our inadequacies to perform this work as agreed and regret that it caused this client the frustration he experienced

We had Tree Pros fertilize all of our Queen and Pigmy Palms with their injection method and were told they would call us for a follow up appointment within a month; that was over two months ago!
Their fertilizer treatment burned and killed one of our mature Queen PalmsWithin weeks after they injection fertilized our trees one of our mature Palms started to turn brown and has since diedNow one of the Pigmy Palms looks burned and is also dying
I have called them on multiple occasions to have them come back out to reevaluated our trees like they promised, but they do not answer their phones and will not call me back

I sincerely apologize for the experience this customer has had with our company. With the best of intentions we failed to properly communicate, prepare and deliver the products and services as agreed. For this reason I am refunding the customer's deposit and am not going to charge them
for any services already performed. In addition, I am willing try to find the tree the customer had selected, upgrade it to a 24" box size (if available) and plant it for them as originally intended at no cost to the customer. While I can't change what happened in the past, I want to make every effort to do what I can do to make this right with this customer. If anything, I want them to know that although we may not be a perfect company, we own up to our failures and will do our best to rectify the situation as well as use this feedback and experience to improve our communication, processes and procedures in the future

I hired Tree Pros to completely grind up & remove the rootball / tree stump for palo verde trees on my residential property for a total of $ On 1/16/I spoke to the certified arborist named Joe & spent about an hour with him at my home explaining to him & showing him exactly what I wanted Since I had already cut all trees down to a tree stump about a foot off the ground, all I needed was to have the entire root ball which is obviously below the ground & attached the remainder of the tree stump removed I even mentioned how I have seen videos on the internet that show how a stump and root ball is removed where they grind it up with a large corkscrew-type drill I then asked him how long it would be before I would be able to plant in that same spot again He responded in about months to a year On 1/29/Tree Pros came to perform the work When I noticed the machine they brought was not a corkscrew-type machine & appeared to be only shaving the to

We had a 30ft palm tree in our backyard that desperately needed to goIt was very close to our pool and our neighboring wall so I knew we needed to go with a specialist who would do the job correctly and with precisionAfter talking with Robert about our estimate, it was pretty obvious these were the right guys for the jobThe Tree Pros team showed up to our house right on time (which makes sense considering how efficient their team is) and had our palm tree cut down and the yard cleaned up in less than an hour! Not only that, but they also skimmed the pool for the small chips that fell in during the cutting! They were all very professional and friendlyAfter their stump grinding team was done, our yard looks as if the palm tree was never thereCouldn't be happier with their work! They may not be the cheapest, but they're worth every penny and more for making this process so easy and painlessWe're looking to remove another tree later this year so we'll definitely be giving them a call againThanks for the amazing job!

Tree Pros were amazingly professional and efficient in removing a 50+ foot pine tree off of our roof following a storm with very strong windsThey arrived when promised, coordinated their roles among the crane operator, workers on the roof and those on the ground, using chain saws, a wood chipper and another truck for the large logsThe leader took pictures of the holes in our roof for me and the crew cleaned up all of the debris from our yard and the street before they leftThe job was completed in minutes

I sincerely apologize for the experience the customer had regarding this situation. It is not a practice of Tree Pros, to ask a customer to pay for something that we haven't performed or delivered. The initial order that went out was to include those trees to be trimmed and unfortunately
information that part of the order was cancelled on site was not relayed properly during this whole ordeal in order for us to avoid this. In an effort to make amends, I would like to offer the customer to come out and trim his Olive Tree & Italian Cypress Trees at no charge
