Enlight Homebuyers/Treehouse Investments were one of 5 different companies I called needing to sell my house fast! They were efficient, polite, and very informative. . Others were rude and demanding and throwing out offer ideas that would have slid had I not been communicating with Walter as well. He was so helpful in selling my House. Thank you! I would recommend Enlight Homebuyers/Treehouse Investments every time.

I have contacted this business numerous times to have my name removed from their mailing list but they continue to send me junk mail with a home buying scam. They claim to have an A+ Revdex.com rating which is questionable due their unscrupulous business practices. This is an invasion of my privacy and a waste of my time to have to file a complaint to resolve this issue.

Enlight Homebuyers/Treehouse Investments were so great to work with. I'm going through a divorce and needed to sell my house fast. I saw an add for Enlight Homebuyers on Facebook. I was skeptical that they would make me a reasonable offer, but I decided to see what they had to say. I contacted them and scheduled an appointment at my house 2 days later. They did a walk through, talked through our financial situation and made an offer on the spot. It was more than I expected and well worth avoiding the hassle, cost and delay of prepping and listing the house, showings, offers, counter offers, repairs, etc. We closed within 3 weeks of the initial consult and they took the house as is, without having to do additional repairs/cleaning. It was such a relief to get it done quickly, so I could move on with my life. If you're in a situation where you need to sell your house fast, I highly recommend them.

Enlight Homebuyers was a very good company to work with for the sale of my property. They kept me informed every step of the way from start to finish. All of the steps were on schedule. The sale was very easy and all of the people that I interfaced with were very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that is in the market to sell their property.

As a seller of a home after a death in the family, Enlight Home Buyers did everything they said they would do. I received what I thought was a fair offer. I was able to set my own closing date. I could take the things out of the house that I wanted and leave the rest. Walter and Jackie were easy to deal with and kept me informed the whole way. There were no closing costs for me.
In the end the whole transaction was easy and smooth for me. I had a good experience. I would recommend them.

Andrew M keeps sending me cards indicating he wants to buy my property even though I have requested that I not be contacted. I am not interested in selling. One card that I received had a picture of my house that they had indicated they got off google.

I asked them on July 8 to stop harassing us with junk mail Their response was "You have been added to the DO NOT MAIL LIST." Yet still we are getting their junk mail Aug 6

Doing business with ENLIGHT HOMEBUYERS thousands miles away from Hawaii with 4 hours time difference did not matter. We closed and funded on time as agreed upon with no problem.
Started with Walter, always responded quickly with my text questions and inspected the house as scheduled. Follow through with Jackie, Nicole and Charity who kept us on tract and their professionalism was awesome.
Overall, the experience was great and will highly recommend this company.

My brother passed away suddenly. I was left with the pressures of handling his estate. His home needed a lot of work. I spent a lot of time getting bids for all the repairs that needed to be done. I decided to contact an investment company, just to see what they would offer. I wasn’t expecting much to come from it. I found Enlight Homebuyers through a web search. They checked out as a valid company and had great reviews. My initial appointment was set through Lisa P. She asked some questions and set the appointment to meet with a rep. Jarrod showed up, on time, and was very professional. We determined a fair price for the house and signed a contract right then. The process was simple. Jackie P, at their office, kept in touch with me the whole time. Enlight did ask to push the closing date out from what was originally agreed upon, but it actually worked out in my favor. I had more time to clean out the house. Yet, they still would have closed as originally agreed. The whole process was great. No hidden costs. Overall, I weighed the cost of remodeling the house, and what it might sell for, vs selling it to Enlight. In the end, the proceeds would have been about the same. Great experience.

Enlight home buyers sent out a person to do a walk through of my home on Friday July5th to see about the possibility of buying my home and making an offer. HIllary did a walk through and a took video. After she was done she told me she would have an offer back to me later that evening. I received no call. I sent her a message on Saturday asking if she put the offer together. She told me the broker was out of the office and would be in on Monday and she would call me around 10 AM. Again received no phone call. I sent her another message Tuesday morning and heard nothing back. I decided to call the company who assured me that CHAD or Hillary would be calling me back shortly. Hillary did call back and I missed the call. I returned the phone call a couple hours later and got no answer. I called back an hour later and again, no answer. I left messages. I called again Wednesday and again received no answer. Extremely frustrated!

I have requested to be removed from the mailing list but they keep sending me solicitations to buy my home. I had never heard of this company until about a month and a half ago and now I have received atleast 4 letters. After the 1st I contacted them and asked them to remove me. Now 3 letters later I called back and they said it hadn't been done but they would. I just can't trust it to be done.

This company was great from start to finish. The customer service was great over the phone and in person. The process went smooth from start to finish and the staff was flexible around my timeline. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to sell a there home quickly.

Today I received a mail contact from Enlight Home Buyers, specifically Chad E, asking if we had received his previous note about buying our home (we had not). He gave his "direct number" and asked us to call him, so I called the number to tell him not to contact us again. A woman answered, and when I told her I was calling for Chad she immediately transferred my call. It rang a couple of times and then went to a very loud, obnoxious noise for a few seconds, and then it disconnected. I noticed that the "direct number" for Chad was the same number listed on the letter for Andy M, who is the owner of the business. I did not mention to the lady who answered the phone that I was calling to complain about anything, but this was the response I got.

When my Father passed away, my siblings and I inherited his home in Salt Lake City. Although in a good neighborhood, the house needed much attention and we all live out of state, so faced with the conundrum of what to do, we turned to Enlight Homebuyers and CJ Restoration & Rehab. We were offered a very fair price for the home, and the entire process from start to finish was simple and fast, with excellent communication along the way, which was important to us not living locally. CJ Restoration & Rehab did an amazing and beautiful job on the house, better than we could have imagined, with innovative and classical design ideas, restoring the house and yard to their former glory with an eye towards the future. We hope the new homeowners will be happy in their new home. We are pleased and satisfied with our interactions and highly recommend Enlight Homebuyers (Farmington, UT) and CJ Restoration & Rehab (Salt Lake City, UT).

I have reached out to this company to remove me from the mailing list, but seams to be Andy M (Owner) keeps sending E-Mails to Chad E (Sales Manager) to buy my hose. Chad keeps sending mail to me, like I want to sell it. I don't know this company at all (and by now I don't trust them at all), but they have all my information and use it without my consent. I don't know how to stop them from sending these kind of offers. If I want to sell my house, I know what to do.

I purchased a condo in Indianapolis that was renovated by Treehouse Investments. Now, 6 months later I am finding that the laminate floor is lifting because there was no under pad installed, the master bathtub was sprayed with a coating and it is peeling in tub and entry door lock had 1 screw in it because it was not installed correctly. Their work is the cheapest that they can get away with. I am not a happy homebuyer.

I needed to write another review of this company after the one I wrote when I had problems with a contract telephone person who was unable to help me. Immediately after posting my problem, Caileen got back to me by email asking for my phone number. When I responded she called me and was able to answer my questions. She apologized for the problem I had and assured me that the company was going to change how contract telephone folks interacted with the callers. Caileen set me up with an appointment with Walter S.

There are not words enough to describe the professionalism of Walter. His caring concern for my situation was above and beyond what anyone could expect. He patiently discussed my situation and made many suggestions. He described different options available to me to sale my inherited property. He walked me through the pros and cons of all the strategies available. His knowledge of real estate and the current market in my area was amazing. I found him to be an excellent listener, a rare commodity when dealing with many companies these days. Walter was the one who broached the subject that I didn’t need to do business with his company, that I had many more options and since the selling of my property was not an emergency he outlined ways for me to proceed. He also offered to answer any questions I may have as I go through the process.

After a very poor start with Enlight Homebuyers I now would highly recommend them. They are in a business where “scam” is often a byword. But this company and especially Caileen and Walter treated me with respect, appreciated my knowledge of my situation and assisted me in finding ways to sell my property. And also offered to assist me further if I ran into any problems.

this person andy mcfarland keeps sending me advertisements wanting to buy my house and I keep calling them on the phone and telling them to quit sending them to me my house is not or ever will be for sale to them ! but they will not stop when they started two - three years ago this same person was with another company and I dont remember that name of the previous company

We were looking for an easy way to get out of our house and facilitate a move to another state. We have a special needs child that makes keeping a house clean and/or leaving our house often for showings virtually impossible. After the initial consultation, several investors walked through our (cluttered and not tidy home). Within a couple of weeks we had an offer that was about equal to what we would have cleared after paint, realtor fees, cleaning fees, etc. if we'd sold our home the traditional route. And we didn't have to deal with any of the hassle that goes into selling a home on the MLS. Very pleased with how things worked out.
