While acting as power of attorney for aging family members, it became necessary to sell their home when they needed to move to a long term health care facility. From the first contact to the final closing everyone I worked with was straight forward, understanding, and kept their word. They listened to our needs, suggested reasonable solutions, and took care of all the details. As a result we were able to focus on the welfare of our family members rather than the hassle and logistics of selling a house quickly.

As trustee of my cousin's estate, I had the responsibility to sell her home. She received a card with your advertisement & contact info, which I called. I met with Tyler, who reviewed the home and then he made an offer which I accepted. It was great just to have a one-page sales contract instead of the REPC with 12 pages. I was contacted and informed which title company would be handling the transaction and everything that Keypoint Solutions said they would do was done in a very organized and professional manner. They closed on time and I would highly recommend them.

Keypoint followed through with every aspect of the purchase of our family's home. It was only 21 days from our 1st contact with Keypoint to the day that the transaction closed. Keypoint was efficient, focused, funded and professional. They did everything that they said they would do. We have a home in Colorado we will be selling later this year. I only wish Keypoint did business in Colorado so I could have them look at/condsider that property.

I have been nothing but annoyed by this business. I keep receiving "offers" to buy a rental house that I own and which I have no intent of selling, especially not to these inconsiderate jerks. I have called and I have texted requests to NEVER receive mailings from them again - to no avail. If I reach a "customer service representative" when I call, I get a sweet voice that promises to remove my mailing address, along with a "sincere apology" for bothering me. The result ... NOTHING!

I had a new home built so I could be closer to my family when I retired, with the plan to move from one home to the other. After spending over five months traveling between the two homes and spending 3-4 days at each packing and unpacking doing yard work and cleaning, and all the expenses of maintaining two homes, I was feeling pretty stressed. I made the decision to call the places that advertise that would just buy your home and not go through a realtor. The first two that came out to meet with me were not very forthcoming with information, and it felt like they were playing games with me and making me a very low offer. I called Keypoint Solutions and Walter came out to meet with me right away. He was very personable and up front and talked to me about some different options. I decided to go with seller financing, but wanted to talk to my son before I signed the contract. My son had concerns about the safety of the transaction and the possibility of a lien being needed if Keypoint was not able to sell the property within the given time-frame. I called Walter back about these concerns. He went to work right away to get me answers and solutions to my concerns. With the help of Callan and the legal counsel at Meridian Title, a plan was developed that eased all my concerns. Walter from Keypoint and Callan from Meridian Title were both very helpful in answering any questions and concerns I had during all of this process. The contract was signed, the home’s rehab was completed and I received the balance of my money in under three months. I would recommend Keypoint Solutions and Meridian Title for anyone that is in a similar situation and needing to get out of their current home.

Our aunt's home was damage in a fire and we didn't have the time or the resource to rebuild it, so I contact Keypoint Solution to see if they are interested in buying the property. They were good to work it. Everyone that I deal with were Great from the company from start to finish. Walter (sale rep) make it a very positive experience for us. They follow through with their commitment and close on aunt's home quickly.

My experience with Keypoint Solutions was great. It was very quick and easy selling my house. The house I sold was a rental and I was tired of dealing with renters. When the renters told me they were moving I decided to sell. I found the information I needed on the internet, called and with in four days I had my home sold. We took more time to make our decision to sell than is typical but the end result was extremely satisfactory. The concern about updating and caring for the property during the upcoming winter from such a far distance and then selling it ourselves was no longer an issue.

Let me start by saying that anyone in the position my husband and I were in this summer should contact Keypoint Solutions. We had a most positive experience with this company....and here's why!

My husband's mother passed away in June and left a house she owned in West Valley City, Utah to my husband and his brother. The house had been rented for longer than 20 years with a mortgage and renters occupying it. We wished to sell it as the estate was left with debts but no life insurance. We contemplated selling through a realtor but knew we would need to put a lot of money into repairs and replacements.

As we were going through our mail, we saw a letter from Keypoint expressing interest in buying the property through a cash sale on an "as is" basis. We contacted Walter at Keypoint and he gave us a rundown on how Keypoint conducts business and agreed to take a look. He promptly did, and made an offer which was very reasonable, which we accepted. We signed a purchase agreement and were told the transaction would take approximately 3 weeks. We were thrilled.

Keypoint did absolutely everything they said they would. They even dealt with our problematic renter, who did not want to leave. It delayed closing for a short time, but ultimately everything was resolved.

At all times during the closing process, Walter kept us informed about the progress of our sale.
