I ordered 10000 sequoia seeds. Not a single one arrived, but they took my money.

I ordered around $50 worth of seeds from this company in March 2020. After over a month I sent a reply email to my order confirmation asking about my order (since their website stated they were all caught up on orders that covid-19 had put them behind on). After no response for several weeks I sent an email to the address on the website. After several weeks with no response I filled out the customer service form on the website. After no response for several weeks I called the customer service phone number and left a voicemail but got no response. Had to open a dispute through my CC company to get my money back (which can take several months to resolve). What a hassle, this is probably just a scam company that doesn't actually send anything out.

Ordered seeds on 4/9/2020 and still have not received them. I’ve sent countless emails and no response. I would love my money back and wished I read reviews prior to my purchase.

The charge you, but don't send your order. They don't respond to emails or answer the phone.

No stars if I could. Bought 7 seed packs received only one and it is not labeled. Still have not received the rest nor have they refunded they have ignored any emails.

So I really like to be positive about the products that I purchase. My philosophy is that I should be grateful that I can indulge my self with wants not needs. But this circumstance has been very frustrating. I had wanted to plant a tree, specifically a eastern plum tree because why not. So I find treeseds.com and they look all fine and dandy but as I look into them all of there seeds are out of stock, I thought no biggie it’s spring and their a small business. So I order the only fruit tree seeds I can find the plum one. It now has been 4 weeks since I placed my order which said it would ship in 1-3 days and arrive in at most a week and a half. Well I still haven’t gotten it and they aren’t responding to my emails.

I ordered red wood tree seeds, I have a green house ,I have seed starting trays ,I have bottom heating Mats , I have a misting system to control humidity , I mix my own soil for starting seeds.. with all this in place planted 150 red wood seeds,,, Nothing came up,,not one seed germinated...Don't buy anything from this scam out fit...

As a small business owner myself, I understand how hard it is to run a business when you're going through personal issues. With that being said, I saw the negative reviews here but decided to go ahead and give TreeSeeds a shot anyway because they have such a great variety of options. I ordered six different types of seeds in two separate orders because I found more I liked after placing the initial order. I received shipping confirmation for both orders the following day and within two business days the seeds were in my mailbox and labeled in small ziploc bags. All appear to be in great condition so I'm going to start working on them and hopefully I'll have some new additions to my garden next year. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Tree Seeds. They seem to have overcome whatever issues they had in the past and they're getting orders out promptly.

Zero stars. Placed order April 2020 and Receved a conformation email from website, my own bank statement said it had been deducted and everything. No seeds and it is over a month later and I have emailed and called with no response. What a scam. Out $20 some bucks. Bad company, don't do it folks. Take it from all these people who have also been swindled by these frauds. Obviously they are connected to a bank account. They took my money and many others'. Really makes me mad that people can get away with this so easily.

The seller does not deliver on purchased products

On May 10, 2020, I placed an order online with TreeSeeds.com for two products: blue jacaranda tree seeds and quaking aspen tree seeds. I received an e-mail immediately with a receipt for $5.50, an order number (#***), and a promise that most USA orders arrive in 2-5 business days. It has been 17 days (12 business days) and I have not received my order. I have called and left voicemails which included my name, phone number, and order number. I have sent e-mails to the company's e-mail address (***). I have completed their online customer service request. The company has not responded to any of these.

Scam. Does not ship order. Does not respond to email/phone. Needs shut down.

I ordered seeds from them on May 2nd 2020. I recieved a confirmation email immediately stating that the order had been received. Website and email stated that they would be recieved by me within 3-5 days. It is now May 22 and I have recieved nothing. I have called and emailed numerous times and recieved no reply.

Ordered 4000 shrub seeds from treeseeds and payed for the guaranteed shipping (2-5 days). This was on 4-14-20, the total for the seeds and shipping was 63.50. I waited five days and the seeds never arrived . I have left multiple emails and called the business phone number and left voicemails. No response whatsoever. I would not care weather I got the seeds or money back.

I have order seeds and still have no received them !!! No call backs or emails!!! This place is a scam

The company does not return phone calls or emails. Any and all communication does not exist. I have not received any response after multiple attempts to contact the company and owner. They have my money and have not shipped product. I want a refund.

Ordered 55 $ worth of seeds and they never came and the company hasnt returned calls

I placed order# *** in December 2019 for $60 in Christmas tree seeds. When I check my order status it tells me awaiting fulfillment. I have reached out to this company several times with no response. I am now learning this company has gone under. I would like a full refund.

I purchased $48.50 worth of inventory and on Mar 02, 2020 and was charged the same day with promise of delivery within 24 hours. Shipment was has not been received and unfortunately I did not review complaints prior to purchase. No response has been given to emails or phone messages at this time (3/18/2020)

I wont bother leaving them a star. first I ordered over a week ago, after 5 days I sent an email asking when the seeds would ship, got a story about how his internet was out and the seeds would ship out on Monday. haven't heard another word and don't expect to. I wwill visit my bank because I paid by card. he had a note all seeds ship within two days. back to the same old habits you read on here. save you money and get seed from a place that will send your order. I wont recommend them nor will I ever buy from them again. already lost enough time in getting seedlings this year due to waiting for something that wont ever come.
