I placed an order January 15th 2020, a confirmation email was sent and stated that “most order are shipped within one day” and arrive in 5-6 days. It has been almost 2 months And I haven’t received my order or an update on it. I called the company and have not received an update.

I ordered $100 worth of seeds on 2/18/20. I was to receive in 2-5 business days. I have not received them as of 3/5/20. I have emailed twice asking for tracking info for the order as well as left 2 voice messages inquiring where my seeds are. It appears this guy is a scammer.

I ordered from the company online and was promised shipment within 1-5 business days and never received anything. No email, no tracking, no product, nothing. I've tried on several occasions to contact the company through phone, email and through their contact form on their website and my complaints have fallen on deaf ears. No response.

I made a purchase on February 9th for $80.91 worth of seed. Website states that they ship within one day and to expect delivery within 3-5 days. I have not received my seeds and all attempts to contact them have failed. I have sent emails and made phone calls. The money has been taken out of my bank account but no products have been shipped.

I placed my order with them on 1/15/2020, today 2/11/2020 still have not received my order. I have placed numerous phone calls and voicemails with no response as well as messages through website. I believe this is a scam site.
I would like my $95.00 back.

Should have read these reviews first but alas I ordered from this company. They are still scamming customers and never ship your order. They also don't reply to direct email, their contact form or phone calls. Their mailbox is full so there is not way to leave a message. I assume it is full from disgruntled customers trying to contact them. This is the worst purchasing experience I've had online to date. Luckily it was easily disputed with my CC company and I hope they get what is coming to them.

I ordered over $50 dollars worth of product from this company on December 4, 2019. This company claimed that most orders are shipped within 1 business day, and arrive 2-5 business days later for orders inside the USA. I received an order confirmation number, and was billed, but still haven't received anything. I was never given a tracking number or any further information aside from the billing confirmation email. I contacted the company (December 16, 2019) multiple times via email, and phone call without any response.

I placed an order last year and after of month of not hearing anything back or receiving my order, I found out that the owner and his partner were posting pictures of themselves in the Carribean and mocking customers on the social media photos. It did not take long to see hundreds of other people complaining that their money was taken but they never received seeds. I spent $25 before seeing the reviews and outrage (rightfully so) at the blatant fraud this company is committing. The website is back up and running again so he is still scamming people yet again. Disgusting.

I had ordered seeds 6/2019, waited nearly 2 months and emailed company twice with no no response or resolution. I still haven't received refund or seeds I paid for.

I ordered a bag of *** tree seeds on 27 Dec 2018, received an order ID, money deducted in the bank account, USD 60 for the product + shipping fee USD 14.95 = USD 74.95 = AUD 106.85 and have never received mr purchase

I purchased from TereeSeeds.com back in January. They immediately took my money and sent an email confirming my order. Although by mid February I still had not received my order. I sent multiple emails and made phone calls to the company in regards to my order. By march I had still heard nothing and was never able to speak to, or get a email response, from anyone. Basically they took my money but had no intentions of ever sending me anything. I question if whether the whole thing was just a scam. Here it is September and I still have not received a refund or my order.

I ordered $65 worth of seeds from treeseeds.com and was charged accordingly from my credit card last June 11, 2019. I haven't received any up to this time of writing. Email have not been answered by them.

I placed an order on March 5th 2019 and never got my order or refund. Website is no longer working.

Order seeds from this company 6/1/19. Received an email for confirmation. Never received product and cannot get anyone to return an email or answer phone. Credit card was charged.

Placed an order on April 22, 2019 for a handful of various seeds. My account was charged but my order never showed up. I have emailed company several times, even to the new email address listed on their website. It is now June, 22 and still not response or delivery of seeds.

Did place an order online on May 12, 2019 for 100 Paw Paw seeds. Confirmation of the payment ($19.50) for the seeds appears in my credit card statement this month (June 18, 2019) but, have never received the goods.

I placed an order on May 1st and have not received the seeds I ordered. Emails have gone unanswered. No change to order status.

On May 10, 2019 I placed an order online to ***, located in ***. My order was different trees seeds types
for a total of $47.50, charged to my *** and until now, no answer to multiple calls and e-mails requesting the product I purchased or a full refund.

On 05/06/2019 I made a puchase from their website. They sent a confirmation email but never shipped the product purchased.
Their website showed my order in "awaiting fulfillment" status for some time.

On 05/20/2019 I went to their website and the following message was displayed:
"ATTENTION:
We are under new ownership. If you placed an order with us and your order has not shipped - please email us at: ***. We are working diligently around the clock to ship all existing orders out.
We had to change to a new store ecommerce platform. Your current username/password will not work with the new store software we are using. We apologize for the inconvenience."

on 05/20/2019 I sent an email to *** informing them that my order was not fulfilled. They never responded.

on 05/22/2019 I sent another email to *** reminding them that my order was not fulfilled and I had not yet received a response. They never responded.

on 05/26/2019 I sent another email to *** reminding them that my order was not fulfilled and I had not yet received a response. They never responded.

on 05/28/2019 I sent another email to *** reminding them that my order was not fulfilled and I had not yet received a response. They never responded.

on 06/04/2019 I sent 13 emails to *** and *** reminding them that my order was not fulfilled and I had not yet received a response. They never responded.

on 06/06/2019 I sent 6 emails to *** and *** reminding them that my order was not fulfilled and I had not yet received a response. They never responded.

These people are thieves and have no intention of voluntarily completing orders or issuing refunds on the multitude of complaints filed against them.
