On March 7, 2019, I ordered three packages of tree seeds from the www.TreeSeeds.com website. The subtotal for the seed was $14.00 and shipping was $3.50 for a total of $17.50. I paid using my *** card.

After ordering, I received a confirmation email with an order confirmation number (#***). The email said my order should arrive in 2-5 business days. After two weeks of waiting for the product to arrive (it never did), I emailed the company, but never received a reply. I e-mailed again two weeks later. I tried calling the number on their Website, but I only got a message saying it wasn't a valid number. I emailed them three more times over the next couple of weeks asking for either the seed I ordered or a refund. They never replied. In my last email, I told them I would contact the Revdex.com, which I have never had to do before for any other company. I believe this company may be running a scam that needs to be shut down.

Order placed, money taken, never shipped product. After a month and four attempts to contact the company, they remain 100% unresponsive. Phone number is not in service.

Ordered the seeds on 03/30/2019. They state they ship next business day. As of today’s date they have not shipped my order nor have they replied to any of my inquiries!

I ordered and paid for product and shipping from the website treeseeds.com. The items have not arrived. The listed phone number () is "not a working number". There is no response to email inquiries sent to [email protected].

Never received items and they do not respond, and phone number is invalid

I ordered some Redwood Tree seeds on 2/8/19 and never received them. When I tried to message them on 2/21/19 I never received a response. It's now April and I still haven't received the seeds or a response to my message. Don't do business with them, they are a scam!!!

I ordered from treeseeds.com. They took my money and it has been almost 2 weeks and other than an email invoice of the charges, (the day I ordered and the day they took my money) is the only response I have received from them. On the website, my order is still at "awaiting fulfillment" so I called (a few days ago & today) to find out what the problem was, and the number they give I get a message "that the number I am calling is not a working number" I emailed them from my email invoice, and from the website email as well with out a reply. I searched the personal address as well, and that isn't giving me warm feelings neither.

I ordered from this company in Jan 2019 after a month and a half still no seeds. Received an email saying "I had health issues, order will be sent by Monday. 3-14-2019. As of 4-2019 still no seeds. No response to my emails. And phone number on web site is not in service. They took my money, and refuse to fulfill there obligation. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDULENT THIEF'S.

Placed an order on line involving seeds , read reviews and company seemed legit . After further investigation and failure to receive product . I have tried several times to contact the company with no results .

Ordered 3000 red fir tree seeds on 12/14/2018 , total cost of $183.50 including $3.50 in shipping cost. Was told seeds ship within 2 days. Weeks later no seeds. Called and left multiple voice mails and sent multiple emails. Received 1000 seeds in late January with a note saying that the remaining 2000 seeds would be sent within 2 weeks. Beginning of March, still no seeds, no respond to emails and phone number has been disconnected. They owe me 2000 seeds or $120!

I placed an order online at treeseeds.com on February 6th for 500 American Cranberry seeds. The total for the order (with shipping) was $13.50. I received a confirmation email on the order stating that it would normally ship in 1 business day and and that I would normally receive the order in 2-5 business days.

On February 21st, by my count 11 business days later I had not yet received the shipment, and had not heard anything from the company. I emailed the company at this time inquiring as to the status of my order.

On February 25th I still had not heard anything from the company or received my order. I emailed again inuring as to the status of my order.

On March 11 I still had not heard anything from the company or received my order. I emailed the company again saying that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

This morning I disputed the charge with my credit card company (***) and am now filing this complaint.

I like others have ordered seeds in early Feb. Called their number which doesn't work. Emailed Multiple times. Told them I was contacting the Revdex.com and still got no replies. So now I am canceling my order by issuing a stop payment on my CC.
VERY SHADY BUSINESS!

Ordered seeds from treeseeds.com. Never received the product. Paid via ***. Funds were paid to treeseeds.com. I emailed them several times and called and left messages for ***. Neither emails or calls were returned. Place is fraudulent. Order #***.

I've placed an order online at treeseeds.com on December 16th, 2018, grand total $131.85. I have never received the product that was ordered (tree seeds), nor was I able to contact the seller - online, or by email (that all went unanswered), and by phone (message says "not currently accepting calls").

I paid over $50.00 for an order with Treeseeds.com, Native Nuts, LLC, on February 12, 2018. I have reached out to the company multiple times, and have never received a response or answer. The phone line for this company states that the user is not available, and immediately goes to message upon ringing. The *** page for this business is littered with Fraudulent Claims and Fake Business claims by many consumers of this supposed company. I am exhausted with my efforts of trying to find the owner, ***, who can be found to live just outside of ***. I was able to contact his brother who is listed in the *** online and his family verifies that he is potentially running a scam business.

On 1/29/19, I made an online purchase for seeds from Treeseeds.com in the amount of $65.00, which my credit card was charged for. As of 2/25/19, I have not received my order nor received any tracking information from vendor. I checked my order online and it says awaiting fulfillment. I emailed vendor on 2/21/19 asking for explanation, but no one has replied. I have tried calling the phone number listed on the website multiple times and I get the same message, "The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time."

I placed 2 orders with this company. 1st order placed Feb 7 and the 2nd placed on Feb 12. I called the number listed on the website and got a message that the phone customer is not receiving calls. I have since called multiple times and I get the same message. I tried the "Contact us" form on the website and 3 times and have still not heard from the company. The total of the 2 orders is $50.xx. I have since tried to find out more info from the web and found others have experienced the same issues. FYI, The company took the money from my credit card immediately.

Seeds not delivered well after a month of waiting.. No answer on phone after week of calling

On January 31, 2019 I purchased $150.00 worth of tree seeds from treeseeds.com. The payment for these seeds was processed through on that same day by treeseeds.com. I received an email stating that my order would be shipped in 1 business day and received in 3-5 business days, along with a confirmation number and order number. It is now February 22, 2019 and I have received nothing. I have tired calling this company over a dozen different times in the past few weeks to inquire about my order and no one answers the phone, and there is no answering machine to even be able to leave a message. I have also tired contacting them through their website, and have not received an email back either. I would really like my money refunded, so I can purchase from a different vendor. This company appears to be a fraud.
