Placed an order 01-09-19. Charged my CC on 09-11-19. Order never shipped. Sent two emails, two messages via their website and called business 12 times (5 messages on voicemail).
They never responded to my messages nor returned any phone calls. Five weeks later and their website shows my order is still being processed but was never shipped.
Contacted my CC company and received a refund from ***. Would not do business with this company. One phone call or email would have made all the difference. No customer service at all.

Placed an order on January 25th, the company stated that it should take 2 to 5 bunisess days to receive it, I'm still waiting for my order.

On January 19th, I ordered 100 Coastal Redwood seeds from Treeseeds.com. I paid $4 plus $3.50 for shipping and received my order confirmation that said "Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. USA orders usually arrive in 2-5 business days. " This order was not delivered. I emailed, called and left a voicemail and wrote to the company through the contact form on their website on January 29th asking for the status of my order. I received no response. A week later, on 2/5 and 2/6 I emailed, called and left another voicemail and wrote through the contact form on the website again. This time I asked for the status of my order or a refund. No response.

I placed an order # *** 0n December 14th for over $50.00. They took my money and have not delivered their product. They will not return my phone calls or emails. I left several messages asking for my order or return of my money. They will not respond.

I ordered tree seeds on November 29th 2018 and they never showed up. Contacted the owner on 1/3/19 said he would ship them the next day, they never arrived. Its now February 2nd 2019 and the order has not arrived. I am pretty sure this is a scam company!

I place an order from treeseeds.com about a month ago that I have yet to receive. I have tried contacting them via email and phone without a response. All phone calls go straight to voicemail. I have even sent them an email to cancel my order. It is my opinion they are operating a fraudulent website with no intention of shipping my order or returning my money.

On December 24th, 2018 I contacted *** to purchase seeds for $60. He sent me a price and then said for $20 more he'll include another 1,000 seeds, total of $80 now. Weeks have gone by and he has done nothing but stall saying my seeds are not in ,and then they're in and then they're not in and he's shipping them tomorrow .One month later ,here we are I have not received the items I have paid for. Business is now unresponsive to any and all emails including phone calls.

Tree Seeds.com also known as acorno acorns ripped me off. I placed a order on January 2nd for acorns using my *** account for $48.95. My order number was #***. I cancelled the order on January 3rd but Patrick, at acorno acorns never told *** that I cancelled the order. I actually talked to him on January 3rd about cancelling my order. I put in a dispute with *** but the case was denied today because Patrick either lied or never responded to *** that I cancelled the order. I would encourage anyone that places an order that they only accept ***. I didn't know that at the time and used a credit card that was on my *** account. The charge appeared both on my *** account and my charge card. There is no excuse for bad customer service.

I ordered two types of plant seeds from treeseeds.com on Dec 4th. Per their website, as well as the order confirmation email, "Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. USA orders usually arrive in 2-5 business days." None of my items were noted as being back-ordered. I would have expected delivery by Dec 12th.
On December 13th, I asked for an update. On December 15th I asked again. As of December 18th, I'd received no replies to my emails. Waiting 2 weeks is unacceptable and as a consequence, I ordered replacements from another company and received them within 3 days.
The seller provided tracking information which confirmed the USPS didn't receive the shipment till Dec 18th. While it shows delivery, the information is not correct.
I did not receive what I paid for.

I ordered 2 packages of seeds from this website, followed the EXACT directions from the website, but the seeds never germinated. Not one! At least the shipping was relatively fast........

I recently placed an order with treeseeds.com and could not be more pleased. This was my first order with them and I will definitely use them again in the future. My order arrived very quickly. I ordered eight different kinds of seeds and they all look fantastic. I can't speak for the germination rate yet but assume if I follow their instructions, they should be fine. Every kind of seed had several extras in the bag. Super value for the money.

I work for a non-profit and we've ordered from TreeSeeds.com in the past and have spent a considerable amount of money. Recently, I placed an order and was flabbergasted by the response I received from who I can only assume is the owner, Patrick S He informed me, AFTER our item was shipped, that the address I provided was invalid. All previous orders placed with TreeSeeds have been shipped to that same address without any issue. I responded and asked him the clarify and his responses were incredibly rude and unprofessional:
"The [address] you entered when you ordered. You entered the address. *** says the address is not in there database. Your order was shipped to the address you typed in. You ordered it, not me. Get it together."
I then tried to call the company to speak to someone else and received this email back from Patrick:
"I am not answering your calls. I am the only person here. Your order was shipped. The note was put in there to let you know the address is coming up invalid in *** database. That doesn't mean it won't be delivered."
I am EXTREMELY unimpressed by his lack of customer service. We will no longer be dealing with this supplier.
