www.treeseeds.com is a fraudulent company. I had placed an order April 6, 2019, and did not receive my order. Website now states under new management and contact them at treeseeds22@g***.com, and they will fulfill my order. I re-sent my confirmation on May 18, 2019 - no response. Emailed info@g***.com as well - no response. No contact phone number on website that is supposedly under new management. They were probably shut down by their previous online platform due to the multiple complaints about their fraudulent activity. Now have moved to a new shopping platform. Do not be fooled. Probably same owner/manager, still trying to scam people out of their money. I would have chosen zero stars, but must have a minimum star rating.

I placed an order for products on April 24. Credit card was charged and order was confirmed with expected shipment to arrive in 6-10 business days for *** orders. I have since emailed the company to inquire as to the expected arrival of my order. I have gone on their website which now notes that the business is under new ownership and to email *** if you are waiting for an order. I have done this twice now and requested that they at least respond to my email and to please confirm the expected arrival. I need this product for an upcoming event. I have called the number listed to this business which is not the the company's phone number. I left a message none the less on who ever's personal phone I was connected to. I have tried to authenticate the website by visiting ***, the company who launched the online store. The site is not user friendly to anyone who does not have an existing account.

On April 24, 2019, I placed an order on treeseeds.com for $22.50 and paid by bank credit card. Thirteen days later, on May 7, I emailed to their email address of i*** to inquire about delivery, as I had not received my order yet and the timeframe for delivery had long passed. I received no reply.

I attempted to call their phone number on their web site and received a message that the cellular customer's number was no longer in service. I sent an inquiry via their online contact form on their web site about my missing order and received no reply or follow-up.

On May 14, I emailed a second time, asking them to give me a status on the order as soon as possible, letting them know I'd attempted to contact them via email, phone and web site and had not heard from them. I wrote to request either the immediate fulfillment of my order or a refund. My email said, "I would appreciate a refund of $22.50 (my order cost) if you cannot fulfill the order at this time. I am dismayed there is no reply to my previous attempts; perhaps there is some emergency on your end that precludes you from replying. Either way, I am owed either a fulfilled order or my payment refunded, to be fair."

I heard nothing from them.

On May 18, I began preparing a Revdex.com complaint but when I checked the web site for tree seeds.com to verify their address, I saw this message across the home page: "ATTENTION:
We are under new ownership. If you placed an order with us and your order has not shipped - please email us at: ***. We are working diligently around the clock to ship all existing orders out. We had to change to a new store *** platform. Your current username/password will not work with the new store software we are using. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I stopped my Revdex.com complaint and attempted to reach treeseeds.com via this new email address: ***. My email to them on May 18 states: "I would like very much to either have my order from April successfully fulfilled, or my cost refunded. I attempted four separate times (either by email or through the web site contact form: emails to *** on 5/7, 5/14 and today; web site contact form on 5/15) to reach someone to find out about my order, but received no reply. I am hoping (based on this web site announcement) that you can help me with a swift resolution at this point. I would still like the seeds if they are available, but in the event my order cannot be fulfilled, I would like a full refund at your earliest convenience, and notification that either my order has been shipped (with tracking information) or that my order has been cancelled and refunded. Here is my order confirmation email from treeseeds.com which I received after placing my order nearly four weeks ago, on April 24." (I forwarded my confirmation email from them after my order had been placed).

At this point, nearly four weeks had passed since my order was placed. Still, given the circumstances claimed on their web site, I waited patiently for a reply to the email I sent to their new email address.

I heard nothing from them via their new email address, or by any other means, and still did not receive the order I'd placed and paid for a month earlier. On May 22, I sent a final email, again to their new contact email address:

"If I do not receive a reply to these inquiries (this is the 6th attempt to reach you; the 2nd to this new contact email) by the end of the week, I will be filing a complaint with Revdex.com. Even if you are behind on filling existing orders, it has been nearly one month since I placed my order, and all I am asking for at this point is a reply confirming that you are aware of the unfulfilled order, and your intention of either filling the order or refunding the cost of the order."

Today is May 25 and the week has ended so I am filing a complaint as I have no other recourse. I have been reasonable and respectful and patient with this business but even if it were a matter of new business ownership and a backlog of orders, to dodge a customer and not have the courtesy to contact me to let me know what's going on is unprofessional and unacceptable. An honest response from them would have been: a.) please be patient, we're still running behind but we have your order, or b.) your order is on its way and here is tracking info, or c.) we have refunded your costs.

I have saved all correspondence, which includes my original order confirmation from treeseeds.com and my sent emails to both of their email addresses, if proof is required of these communication attempts.

I paid fir 100 seeds, I have emailed asking for updates on the order. The status never changes. I made the order May 1, 2019, they have my money and I have nothing. They won't respond to emails, their phone either doesn't work own the voice mailbox is full. I was able to leave a voicemail once. I have had no response from them. At this point all I want is my money refunded.

Placed an order on march 20th 2019 never received my order which was supposed to be received in 2-5 business days. Contacted them on april 2nd. They said they were sorry for the delay and I will receive my order by april 10th at the latest. Still have not received my order. Messaged them again april 24th with no response yet and still no product on may 21st.

Super lame scam / fraud operation. Avoid at all costs. I had to click one star minimum, but Zero stars would be my vote. .

I ordered the seeds on April 24, 2019. On April 30, 2019 I contacted the company via email and they responded by saying it would be shipped by May 3, 2019. It is now May 15, 2019 and the order still has not shipped. I believe at this point I am not getting my order and my money was stolen from me.

I did not receive my package from them, I get no response when contacting them, and they broke their delivery date guarantee.

placed two orders got zero seeds

Made a purchase on 4-19-19. Was charged very quickly on cc. Seeds never arrived. Multiple attempts to contact business by phone and email with no response.

I would give negative stars, but I dont have an option for that. I placed an order early enough to receive the seeds in time for natural cold stratification. They never sent them, never responded to my emails or phone calls. I requested a refund, which was ignored. I requested a refund through *** guarantee. *** contacted the seller, who then filled the order and sent it. As I saw no other option at that point, I attempted to sprout the seeds and plant them. Out of 2 orders, totaling over $30.00, not one single seed has sprouted. This is clearly a scam, and it out right theft. And ultimately, you have no recourse. You may as well bury your cash in your yard.

I ordered $60 worth of tree seeds from this company on 4/30/19 and received an order confirmation by e-mail same day. It is now 5/13/19 and I have yet to receive my order. It is not possible to contact them. I tried messaging on their website but get no response. I tried contacting them by phone three times with no luck. The line rings a few time before turning to a busy signal.

Placed an order for 59 dollars with this company on April 24 2019 and it is now May 12 2019 and I still have not received my order. They refuse to respond to multiple emails and I can not get them on the phone. When I check the status of my order it says no order was placed but they definitely charged my credit card.

I ordered product from TreeSeeds.com 4/28/2019. The product was supposed to arrive in 2-5 business days. I have emailed and called and no response. The phone number listed on web site has been disconnected. As of 5/10/2019 product has not arrived.

I placed an order on 4/20/2019 for Chinese Elm seeds and paid $4.50 including shipping. Was told I’d receive my order within 2-5 business days. It’s now May 9 2019 and haven’t received my seeds yet. I’ve tried calling them and the phone is not a good contact phone number. I’ve emailed them and no luck. I think this is a scam. They need to refund my money or sends our seeds ASAP.

I order seeds from the company November 2018. My credit card was charged but to date no product has been shipped. The phone number given on the website seems to be out of service.

Placed an order with TreeSeeds.com on their online service. I have used them in the past (Last year and previous springs) and had no issue.
Order sat for one week (last experience was turnaround in less than 48 hours) - my credit card was charged for the order.

Attempted to contact with their online email form as well as directly.

Called their phone number - the line is disconnected.

Have started a dispute with *** to make sure their merchant account is revoked.

Ordered seeds in February. Still have not received them. Numerous phone calls (disconnected #) and emails have been sent and no response was made.

Placed order online, order stayed in 'awaiting fulfillment' status with no response from seller as to numerous emails. Tried calling but all phone numbers have been disconnected.

Ordered seeds on 3/22/19, have contacted them multiple times with no response. It is now May 2
