Took my money and never got what I order want refund this was may 2 2020 called at least every week no answer text no answer looking for money or doll

I had ordered a gag gift for my brother's birthday . They sent me the wrong item , I emailed them numerous times with pics and receipts . Help
It was about 75 dollars . I placed my order around June 5 . I didn't get a package for about 1 month . That very day I started my complaint with them . 1 month later and they robbed me .

Spemt $150 on an item. I got something that neither myself or anyone isk has any idea what it is. Completely incorrect item. I sent them an email. Got a responses say I am being refunded but have yet to get it returned to my credit card. I have made multiple attempts to reach them and have yet to get a response.

This company did not deliver the items that I ordered and paid for.
On 7/1/2020, ordered 3 items from their website and was charged $152.92. Order number was XXXXX. The USPS tracking number that was assigned to this order ended in *** On 7/11/2020, I received an empty USPS mailer envelope with that tracking number on it, with the sender being listed as Trending Desire. When I attempted to contact the company, the call goes nowhere. I sent an email to their support address and was met with an immediate auto reply. Their website is no longer online. This was not an accidental mixup. This was an intentional act to defraud a consumer. The items ordered would have weighed at least 50lbs, according to their website's weights listed.

Ordered $80 worth of product. Card charged and product not received. They sent 2 novelty items. Reached out to customer service and was ignored.

I ordered from trending desire on 6/29 and purchased up to 75 dollars worth of items. I received a finger dolphin and tried to go onto the website which now no longer exist, the telephone number doesn't exist and the support email doesn't exist anymore as of 7/11 I am livid and something needs to be done. This is truly sad that a company would treat customers this way.

I received the incorrect items I have ordered. I have attempted to contact and email this company to get the correct products or a refund.
I had placed an order with this company for some adult novelty items, I received a package yesterday that was not anything I ordered. I immediately tried calling the company, I was on hold for a hour and was disconnected and then I called back with the same results on waiting again for another item. I sent an email last night with no response. I called this morning and left a voicemail with no response back. I would like either my items I ordered or a full refund.

The purchase was done using a MasterCard debit card that ends with *** on May 11th, 2020. Once I got a notification that the order was delivered, I received a package containing a *** plug that is about $10 in value according to their website. I have contacted the customer support email address in order to notify them of the situation and all I got was a reply informing me that someone will contact me in the next 48 hours. I was never contacted and I tried this 5 more times in which the same thing happened where I would get a response asking for the order details with no further correspondence in the upcoming days. I tried calling the number listed on the website and the line is basically never answered as I basically was on the phone for 2-3 hours multiple times with no answer. I would like for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible either by refunding me or sending me the right items in which I have paid for. Thank you in advance.

Made an order of about $50. I received the wrong item in the mail and have not heard anything from the company in almost 3 months.
I made an order the early part of April for 4 items totaling $51.21. On April 13th I received a package that only had 1 item that was not one of the ones I ordered. I have tried calling, emailing, and leaving voicemails over the past 3 months and the only thing I get in return is generic emails about someone getting back to me within 1-2 business days, but the NEVER have. I want a full refund issued back to me.

Trending Desire is definitely a scam. They take more than two weeks to ship your order and then they ship a completely different item that what you ordered. Needless to say the value of what they ship you is nothing compared to what you already pay for. DO NOT order from this vendor.
