I ordered an item from this store which they had listed at 39.99 + shipping for a total of 54.57. They sent me some worthless thing. No answers.
As I was explaining above, I have tried to contact them several times received just 1 email saying that they were going to contact me, as of now, no word from them.

Ordered item a month ago never received it, or any other correspondence from the company
Ordered item on June 1st contacted post office about tracking information, t item was claimed to be delivered to mailbox on June 6th never arrived said they would look into it 2 weeks later still no information

I ordered two items totaling $51. I received neither items. I received a shoddy piece of crap that I did not order that has a value of less than 50 cents. They will not answer my emails. They took my money and wont respond to me. Be very cautious!!! This place is a ripof!

I ordered a mini sex doll with my credit card I wish I hadn't because later found out they are scammers and now I'm out 100.00 and change. I received something I don't know what it is. I cannot got a hold of their customer service through email or phone they never answer either. I sent the product back for a refund I may never get. I wish this company would go out of business. Many people have been scammed by trending desire. They are a United States company in Sarasota Florida. I'm very upset that they ripped me off. I wish I could get my money back but I believe this is what they do to customers. False advertising and questionable customer service. I need help with this problem. I wish I never ordered from these crooks. I paid by credit card. About a week ago.theres no model number but the item is called kandy mini sex doll. This is truly embarrassing to even mention this. The price was about 100.00 and some change. Advertised at 94.00 but shipping was more. They claim product weighed 48 lbs and someone needed to be home to sign for it. The item I received was some little rubber thing about an inch long in a little plastic envelope. Stuffed in my mailbox. Which I sent back to trending desire for a refund I know I'll never get. But I'm reporting this scam company do hopefully others won't fall victim to this den of crooks.

Purchased 3 items on 4/19/2020, received email saying awaiting processing, will send confirmation once process and/or shipped.Cancelled order on 4/20/2020, received email saying please allow 1-2 business days. Paid $131.93 total from my *** Debit card. I have sent emails and placed calls on 4/21/2020, 4/22/2020, and 4/23/2020. I have never received an addition email back other than the original please wait 1-2 business days, or a phone call returned. The item also has not been processed or shipped, contacted my bank, there has been no return issued as of today 4/23/2020.

TRUST the reviews! I learned to look up these janky places here before I spend. They have other sites, proudfulcolorcolors.com. and others, if they look like this site do NOT buy! Why Revdex.com has not put a stop to them is concerning.

I ordered an item from their website on March 27th. I was charged for the item but it was never shipped. I have made several attempts to contact them with the lasted being June 19th. I was charged $75 on my credit card for something I haven't gotten.

Worst experience ever! Will never use again. Ordered an item on april 29 and just got it in June 18th. Contacted customer service and they provided no help at all - would refer me back to their FAQ's and we were way beyond the timeline - will never order from them again!

I canceled my order before it even processed and theybtook money out of my account anyway.

I immediately canceled the order before it processed and got a confirmation email.
Today they took money out of my account. When I call no one answers it puts me on hold for 30 minutes. I tried calling several times and it did the same thing everything. I have also emailed and I get no response or email back.

This place is a scam. I paid a $100. They sent me an $8 item. You email them & you get an automated email response. The phone number is a recording that doesn't return your phone call. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! It needs to be shut down!

They collected $118.00 from me and I never received the items I ordered. I tried calling but no one answers. I am unsatisfied with their service

I emailed the company. They told I will received a full refund 3/10 business on the payment method I used .I still haven't received my full refund on my visa card ending *** its going 2 month and issue haven't been resolved yet

I'm in a hard rock band. For our drummers bday we all got together and pitched in for a gag gift of a sex doll, a dildo and some nipple clamps for $131.28 and we were going to set her up on his motorcycle as a joke. I placed the order and received a shipped email with photographs of the products I'd ordered on 5-20-20 and that it had shipped through USPS with a tracking number. The order number was 12902 and I purchased it with a Master card debit card. On 5-23-20 I received a small envelope with a bullet shaped vibrator in it. Didn't think much of it. Thought it might be a free gift, not what I'd ordered. Waited a couple of more days and checked the tracking number on the 27th. It said it had been delivered on the 23rd in the mail box. So on the 28th I contacted the post office and they hadn't delivered a big package to our house on that date. I checked the tracking number on the envelope with the vibrator and it was the tracking number to what was suppose to be the big package. Concerned I contacted the company. They responded quick but the responder passed the email to her manager. I sent a few other emails and finally got another response 3 day later wanting to confirm my address and order number. I did that and I haven't heard anything else from them. Tried to call the number they provided and left a voice message. Never heard anything back. They're doing this to a lot of people band we need some justice. Hopefully you all can help
