Item received was not what was ordered and no customer service responses.
I ordered an item from the website. The item I received was nowhere near what I ordered. I tried calling the customer service number and there is no answer. I emailed the support email and received an email back saying they would be back with me in 2 business days. 4 business days later I replied and was told 1 business day. 2 days later still no responses. I just want my money back at this point.

The product I received was not the two products I should have received.
The product I received was not the two products I should have received. They don't answer the phone and don't return emails. They have stolen my money. I want the products I paid for or I want my money back. I placed an order on 4/5/20 received a shipping confirmation on 4/9/20 my order number was XXXXX. I received a small package on 4/13/20 only to find that it was not what I order...no where near what I order. I've called twice to only be on hold for hours with no response and I've emailed several time only to get an automated response of being told someone will get back to me in two business days and no one has gotten back with me. I paid $92.97 only to receive some *** I didn't order and can't even say what it is because I don't know. This company should not be in business because I believe the automated stuff was created for you never to get a response through email and I believe the telephone number is just a number to have showing because no matter how long you stay on hold, nobody ever answers.

Order took weeks process. Once I emailed them wishing to cancel order, they suddenly had my order shipped immediately despite asking to cancel. When the package finally arrived, it was Not what I had ordered. I purchased 200$ worth of items and received a small product of which was not requested. I have attempted to contact them about issue and have been unable to receive any response.

Received wrong product and unable to reach customer service
I purchased a product on April 13, 2020, order#XXXXX for for $74.97
I was hesitant because of the price but but ad said regular price was $749.99 and it was on sale. I received delivery today (4/17/20) with tracking number I was provided, and it is a small sample product worth a couple dollars. I tried contacting customer service however phone number rings and no one ever answers. I paid with Visa check card.

I placed an order online, I was charged, weeks later products not received. I have reached out many times and ways. I would like a full refund.
This issue is regarding the purchase of 3 personal adult items. I placed order #XXXXX for $55.15 online at trendingdesire.com on 03/29/2020. I used coupon code TRENDING30 and received 30% off of my order. I received e-mail confirmation of my order shortly after. E-mail said "awaiting payment", "awaiting processing" and shipping 3-7 business days via USPS discreet shipping. I immediately checked my bank account and the payment of $55.15 was already taken out for this order. I didn't understand why the e-mail said awaiting payment and assumed I would receive another updated e-mail shortly. April 1 I received e-mail with 14 day temporary link (that still works) to my account on trendingdesire.com. After clicking the link and seeing that my order still said awaiting payment, I checked my bank again and the payment was definitely taken out. I reached out to trendingdesire using the "contact us" section on their website. They e-mailed me stating someone would contact me in 8 business hours. By April 6 I had not been contacted and there was no further info regarding my order so I e-mailed them requesting an update or a refund. I received an e-mail from Karina who was supposed to get back to me in 2 days. I immediately replied that 2 more days is unacceptable and I want a refund. I have not been contacted since. I have also called the provided phone number several times and no one answers.

I never received the product that I ordered.
It has been a few weeks from the time that I should have recieved my product. When you try and contact the company you can not get through. I am sure this is because I am not the only one they have defrauded.

I have contacted this company multiple times with no response. I received the wrong products and want a full refund or the correct products I ordered.
I ordered 2 products on 3/22/20, order number XXXXX. When the package arrived, they were products that I did not order. I have called 3 times, waited an hour before someone picked up the phone then hung up. I have also emailed this company multiple times with either a response that they would get back to me in 8 hours or no response at all. I ordered 1 large $$$ item.I received two small $items.There has been communication from the company from the company after many emails for resolutio.
I ordered one large, high dollar item. I recieved two small, low dollar items completely unrelated to my order. I have sent multiple emails to the company requesting a resolution for this problem and have only received automated form letter style responses in return stating I would get a reply within 2 business days. It has now been nearly a month since I started trying to get in touch with the company.
