Sent a piece of junk over what I ordered, tried calling and. No one answers. Got email from a guy named jared but havent heard anything back.
My account number was XXXXX, the total was about 65.00 by card ordered on april 25th. Received the package on may 4th that wasnt what I ordered

I paid for an order. What was sent to my home was not even close to what I ordered. They will not resolve the issue.
I placed an order on 4/21/20. The order number was #XXXXX. Items on this website do not have item numbers but item I ordered cost $47.97 and was a large item.

On 4/28/20 I received an item from this website but it was not even close to what I ordered. It was so small it was in a little packing envelope in my mailbox. I looked on their website and this item is not even on there. It looks very inexpensive. There was no packing slip, receipt, or anything else except the item in the envelope.

I immediately emailed [email protected], and I included a picture of what was incorrectly sent to my home. I got a reply from Jared S. saying they would get back to me in 1-2 business days. They did not get back to me. I sent an email to this address again yesterday and never got a response. I have also called them many times but they never answer the phone. I have sent several more emails using the 'contact us' link on the site, but I keep getting an auto reply saying they will get back to me in '8 business hours'.

I placed an order for several items and never received them. Asked for a refund and never received that either.
I spent $90 and received something that wasn't worth the postage paid to get it to me. The three items I ordered were large. What I received was one small item that fit in an envelope. It couldn't be a mix up as they claimed in previous complaints.
I contacted the company several times and received an automated message saying someone will be in contact in 1-2 business days. I first reached out on April 14th and it is now May 3rd. It wasn't until I reached out, on May 2nd, and told them that I was contacting the FTC that I received a response. The response was from a man named Jared S. saying if I send him my order number and shipping address he would look into it.
I had sent the order number in every email and they have still not been able to issue my refund. They have no excuse as to why they can not issue a refund or fulfill my order and also haven't tried to resolve the issue in any way.

If I could give no stars I would I am disgusted with this buisness. In order 4 very simple items. And I only recieved one item and it was no where even close to any of the items I received. I waited over a week for my order it says 3-5 days on the site.

they are a scam they live in india with a fake co. here in states they rob people , wont answear phones now all banking info has to be changed .
ok I paid 63. for a mindy doll , was getting it as a preasant for someone . waited for it and got a finger tip vibrator . wtf . they even charged me a international fee , so they are over seas . I dont understand how they are still in buissnes . I am going to make it a point to stop that . I reported them on fb , were they have a page set up . and to here and to fbi . so I hope they get theres .

Wrong items received
I didn't receive the items I ordered, and tried calling and emailing customer support but no answer, this is horrible customer service for spending almost 200 dollars and not even getting close to what I ordered

Didnt get the item I ordered....cant make contact with company
I ordered 2 fairly large items. I tracked them and on delivery day I received a small 4 oz package. It contained a little rubber item. I have emailed and called the company many times and am unable to make contact with anyone. I would like a refund of my money spent or the items I ordered.
