I Purchased An Item And Cancelled It Before It Shipped Out. They Never Refunded Me My Money After 2 Months.

This company took my money and didn't send anything they need to be shut down immediately. They've victimized other people as well it's ridiculous

This website is a fake!!!! They are stealing from people. They will send you something totally different from what you ordered and then say something like our system was having issues and sorry for the inconvenience and yada yada yada .... BS! DON'T TRUST THEM!!

This place is a hoax and the site needs to be shut down....I ordered something but instead got something else that was no where near what I ordered nor spent...I emailed Jared who said they had a glitch in shipping but to keep the item cause of the pandemic and that he issued a refund for me. Here we are over a month later I never received my refund and no one is responding to my emails on my refund. They stole my $114!!!! Do not order anything from this site, no one picks up the phone either, I've called a dozen time...

Ordered items around April 15th and have not received. Have attempted several emails to resolve issue with no response. Would like my money refunded.
Have not received my orderXXXXX. Have contacted business through email several times with no response. Tracking says still in transit. Has been in transit for 30 days. Estimated delivery was 3-7 days through USPS. Total order was 98.97 on my visa card. Would like a refund due to no delivery of order and no response into resolving the issue with the business.

My order with trending desires was on 4/20/2020 @ 9:15am for $101.75 using my visa debit card. Order # XXXXX. Was given tracking # and when my order came it wasn't anything I ordered at all. When I called the number it says to contact no one ever answers. I emailed several times also got an auto response saying I'd be contacted in 1-2 buisness days. No response. This company owes me my money or what I ordered.

They were previously spicyredpeppers.com look them up on Revdex.com. They were running the same scam under that company as they are running under Trending Desire.

My order was placed and supposedly deleevired but nothing ever showed up and I have heard from nobody its been weeks

I feel like every day they are just blowing me off and have taken my money and have run! I feel this has been false advertising! I didn't receive my order and I'm not getting my refund! I was charged for shipping and I not getting anything from this company. I have looked into getting a lawyer at this point. Wait for a response. This is a lot of aggravation over 80 bucks! Petty company, the reviews are CORRECT they send you some B,S not even close to what was ordered. They trinket they send is so you can believe that your ODER is being shipped. But, when it arrives WOW!!! My item cost me $47.97, I was going to purchase a more expensive item but what I received was something that you could use a washer or dyer component gasket that should cost about $4 or $5 dollars.. What I ordered was suppose to cost $47.97 but I did not get it. They don't have a customer service the phone is a set up, it just keeps ringing no matter what time eastern standard time. I sent a e-mail and to my surprise I got a reply back pretty fast but, they just ask you a few question and say they will get back to you. And, yep you guessed it! Nothing, don't believe in carama but eventually the day will come and they will screw the wrong person over and the end. I've spent more money in drinking at a bar in one night than what they got out me. So,I can't say that it Put a dent in my wallet it's the *** principle behind the shot they are doing and it adds up to these are wipes getting rich by nickel and diming people.

This company seems to be a scam. Whatever you buy they send something different and cheaper.
On 4-25-2020 I ordered products totaling $122 using my credit card. The Invoice/order number is XXXXX The payment went through and the merger handles was shipped. When I received my products it was NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I ordered 2 items of substantial size and was shocked to see my package number on a plastic envelope sized package. I opened it and it was something resembling a thimble or a pencil eraser that costs less than a dollar. I felt insulted. I tried calling numerous times and the only time someone answered the phone, they hung up immediately. I sent out an email to their customer service. I got a quick response from a Jared S. saying he would handle it. He didn't. After the 3rd email I noticed that same person would respond, ask me for something from my order information, but never respond when I would send what he asked for. I am extremely upset. I would really like my products but I don't think this place sells the stuff it claims, I am noticing too many people with my same experience. I want my products or my money back.

I ordered from this place 2-3 months ago, canceled my order and still never received my $100 refund on my card, said they had a system glitch, but if that were true I should of had the refund my now!
