Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They have provided a paid invand an unpaid invoice (for this year) however, they have not provided an agreement that this was two parts and also we paid extra in for of the magnetics ads to give to our residents, that we never received No where did they tell us that this was a two part thing, we have not even seen the finished product Also our AD would've never been approved by us because our main number is [redacted] , Also our logo is not complete it should list our properties and we have no idea where the yellow ribbon with number custom satisfaction came from Regards, [redacted] ***

I am shocked, and almost baffled for words at the way this dispute is being handled by Tri County PublicationsMy claims are not falseI was not issued a refund, I was told that the purchased product would be shipped to meThe owner of Tri County Publications, provided me with a USPS tracking number that came up as an unidentified numberI would have most certainly cancelled my order, if I was able to get in contact with Tri County Publications or if I would have known I wouldn't receive my productI called them multiple times a week and each time I was told someone would call me back, the person answering the phone was unable to help me, or I got their voicemail I filed the complaint with Revdex.com because after approximately weeks, I was still unable to reach anyone to resolve my problemI have still not been issued a refundI purchased a product for $319.95, and I still have not received the productAbout an hour ago, I received a very disruptive/rude phone call from the owner of Tri County Publications telling me I would not be receiving my product, nor a refund because I haven't removed my first complaint with the Revdex.comThe owner doesn't seem to care about me receiving my productIt seems as if she is only concerned with the complaint with Revdex.comAfter months of not being able to get in contact with them, I get a call twenty minutes after the complaint was postedI have used $out of our companies advertising budgetI could have used that money to advertise a more efficient wayAll I wanted was my productAfter weeks of disputes, Tri County Publications voicemail machine, and a tremendously rude owner, all I want is my money back along with a proof of refundI am not trying to receive anything for free, I only want a refund or my productOnce I get VALID proof that either one of these is on the way, the issue will be resolved

On March 6, I filed a complaint with the Revdex.com against TRI-County Publications, LLC. I asked for the purchased product to be delivered or a full refund of $551.08. I was contacted by TRI-County Publications, LLC and was told they took my complaint very seriously and would resolve the complaint. As of today, March 28, I have not received my product or my refund. I have tried calling the company again and they are not answering nor returning my calls.What would be my next step?

As I mentioned on the phone Tri County Publications out right lied to you with their answer to our complaint When they called us they said they were with the Bellmead Chamber of Commerce and they had a deal for us with a city directory listing for our business The total cost was and at that time we could not pay that at one time He offered it by paying two payments and I still said no that we could do it over mosnot mos He talked with someone and they agreed They took the first of the payments in the amount of either by a phone payment or ach or debit card on that date I made the rest of the payment and I can send you copies of the bank statements showing you where we paid all payments as agreed to over the phone When we got the first bill from them which I sent you I questioned their wanting a balance of when we agreed to installments and I was told it was ok just remit the next installment as agreed which I did When it was paid off in July and we were supposed to get our Magnets and Business cards in wks Never got them and so I called several times since and each time that I was able to get someone they would say in wks and wks never came There were several calls that they did not answer nor returned when left a message and many calls saying their mail box was full Any way the one time I called and it happened to be the man that sold it too us and he was supposedly the finance director and he said they did not ship it as I had not paid the last payment and I said I did and gave him the date and amount and he went to bookkeeping and found that payment and said we would receive our order in wks which never happened On another occasion they said he was no longer there as he did things that was against their policy and *** was the Directory of Operations Then another time I called and I was told that the magnets were done yet and it would be wks I got fed up with this and in Sept I called and told them I was fed up with it and their not returning calls that I wanted everything to be cancelled and my money back On 10/*** said I was going to be given the magnets free and as soon as the magnets arrived they would sent me a full refund for my trouble I received the magnets the first week of December of which we can not use and way as the have the wrong address on them and the word Damper was spelled Vamper so no one proofed the magnets in the beginning No one in the Waco area would call an Ohio address for chimney cleaning in Texas so not only does it make us look stupid it will not help our business either My husband went down to Texas on 11/27/to handle some problems with the business and I received them on a Monday after he left So anyway they are useless to us and I still have not received our refund instead we got a bill from another company with the same time of billing asking for another with the Invoice number dated 12/9/ It says unit I was not aware of anymore than the first This invoice has it coming from *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** I am sure they are the same and they have part of my first name as Barba instead of Barbara and they still have not corrected the mailing city address It was misspelled as Ashpaeuia, OH and I have told them with the original invoice the correct spelling of Ashtabula and this why I think they are one in the same company I think they are trying to scam us again I looked up Bellmead City directory and we are not in it I looked up Waco and we are not in that and I only found in Woodway but that information came from the Yellow Pages as it had our web site on it These people did not have that as we did not have a web site when we agreed to the first All we want is to cancel this get our back We did not get the service we were promised and what we did get can not be used According to Google the address and company name says the are into investments and sports magnets and promotional items My deal was with Tri County Publications, LLC in Haltom City, TX

Mr*** place the ad on 08-24-at the time of placing the ad he paid for it with his credit card, He had never done business with us beforeAfter he placed the ad with sales rep he then was transferred to quality control and rendered his payment information for invoice The receipt for
payment was immediately sent to *** as soon as the payment was ranTwo days later customer service received a call from Mrs*** asking what the charges were for at that point she asked for a refundSince she was not the who placed the ad we asked for her to have Mr*** reach out to us and cancel which is allowed in outnday cancel policyAt that point she informed us she would be calling backThen Mr*** called and talked to customer service manager and was told a refund request would be submitted to billing and he would receive his business with in business daysThe same day we received a notice from the Revdex.com with a complaint from "Mr ***" stating that they had disputed the charges with the bank before we could render a refundAt that point I personally reached out to him and he told me he did not write the review his wife did and that she was not being truthful about disputing the chargeI explained to him that if he disputed the charge then we could not issue the refund because then he would have received the credit back 2x once from us and the bankHe then put in writing to us he did not dispute the charge and we rendered his refund while he was on the phone with us

First and foremost we have no sister companies or affiliations with any other companies besides tri-county publicationsWe do not know of a citywide companyThe information that was on the ad was provided by the purchaser ***We verified the information not once but 2xThe ad space purchased normally is She received it a large discountThe paper work that was emailed to her had the same information that is on the magnet on the invoice/receipt and she never contacted us saying it was incorrectThere is one typo as the customer has claimed a d instead of vBut we stand by the phone number logo and services are correctDo to the fact that she received the services at such a low discounted price there is no room for further discount/refund du to a one letter typoThese were passed out by the Bellmead Chamber of Commerce as well as the City Of Woodway City HallNever once did we receive any written correspondence via fax or email saying information was incorrect prior to printAlso we have no one in our company with the title of finance directorNothing we do is published online as this is print advertisement so I also do no know what she is talking about searching online for something

account to the DNC list AKA………do not call listWe offer these options Due to
us taking a lost behind having this company be are only ac/heating company on
the entire guide going out
