The attached file in the response provided by Tri-County Publications was My original invoice #***I have absolutely no idea what the published advertisement looked likeIn other words, there may be advertisement on the products produced, but I do not know however, because I never received the products I orderedI am waiting to here back from my credit card company in regards to the refund. Yes, I did call the business numerous times like I have stated in my original complaint I did hang up after the owner of Tri-County Publications Ms. Naedele, asked me "What else I wanted from her, a pint of blood?", which in my opinion is no way to speak to a customer who has paid $319.95, for a product never received. No one should EVER, have to experience customer service this horridI hope I prevent anyone else from going through the hassle and stress that buying from this company has given me

I have called several times and about a month or so ago you staff member said for all of my trouble I would get my refund and the magnets for free The magnets can not be used as they are wrong They had our Ohio address instead of our West address where our business is and Damper was spelled Vamper We were also under the impression that the magnets would be made up with our business only and was surprised to see others on it of which were spelled correctly and makes us look pretty stupid and incompetent So not only have you hung on to our money since May, June and the payment in July for all of this time, we were not in any directory that I have seen nor did we get the business cards or the magnets we thought we were getting as an advertising tool but can not use them at all I called the Waco Chamber and the Bellmead Camber and neither has done business with you so I am not sure which chamber you were dealing with, We understood it to be WacoAt any rate we are not pleased with your service and are still waiting for our refund I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals Office unless I get our refund of $ You have had use of our money for months now and we certainly did not get what we paid for I looked you up on the internet as well and you seem to be legitimate so I expect you to be professional and keep your word about refunding our money since you did not provide there service we paid for I am sick of calling and leaving messages that no one returns and sick of when I do get someone I get told more empty promises Then there is always not able to take the call or the mail box is full You either have many dissatisfied customers like us or you are not the professional you claim to be I will make this very clear that if I don't receive our money back by the end of next week I will have my husband file suite in small claims court He is down there now The wisest choice is to do this the easy way and refund our money then we will both be done with this matter I know it does not take months to cut a check So lets clear this matter up now No more delays Thank you for a speedy resolution to this problem Regarding complaint #*** We did sent this information to you on ***'s email address so I don't know why you acted like you never received any information from us.***

When we sell ad space on the community guide directory the best part is we only feature one business of each industry for the entire countyCustomers are offered to reserve one to four printings at a timeThis customer reserved editions to be purchased and received a discounted price for
doing more then one printingAttached is the original invoice that reflects 2unit ad running purchasedThe quantity of being paid forLast year there was never a question of only wanting 1unitThere is also two representatives of the company community communicating with us*** claimed to be the owner and authorized the original purchase now *** is claiming to be the owner and we have not been able to speak to ***Never once did the customer call and cancel her order which we have a day option to cancel for any reasonAlso here is the ad that was ran for the customer custom made from our graphics team

The customer was issued a 100% refund the day before thisncomokaint was filed and also was left on the publocation recieving a 100% refund

The customer at the chimney sweep did not have the balance paid of in the time frame allowedWe did allow them to split it up into installmentsThe installments agreed upon were weeks apartThey did not pay it off in time to participate on the current runTheir failure to pay in a timely manor
was holding up production and causing the other businesses that paid to waitSo do to deadlines we had to go to print without themBy the time they paid the balance we added them onto the 2nd edition going outI have attached the completed product they were featured onThat has shipped and should be arriving to them 11/13/

I am rejecting this response because:MsBrauer, I received the message from the Revdex.com about my complaint and the response from the business on 3/29/2018. I called the number on my message on 3/29/and spoke with ***. She told me the manager would be calling me back. It is now Wednesday 4/4/and I have not been called back. I called again and was transferred to the manager and he told me I would have to call back tomorrow 4/5/at 11:because he couldn’t talk to me right now. He did say he had all my information but couldn’t talk. I intend to call back tomorrow and see what he has to say. I have not responded to the Revdex.com message because I don’t want the complaint to be dismissed before I get an answer

There was a minor issue with the advertisement purchased by Mrs. [redacted] We recently parted ways with our answering service as they were in giving out false information to our customers and not taking proper messages. We parted ways with them on 01/14/17 as soon as the concerns were brought to our...

attention and we saw a pattern of similar complaints from our customers. We spoke with Mrs.[redacted] on 01-17-17 for the first time were made aware of a issue and took immediate action to resolve her concerns.

At this point I have reviewed her account and she owes nothing. She received advertising service from us twice and paid us twice. "[redacted]" is no longer a employee We have never requested a 4000 dollar payment from this customer because she has never owed us 4000. I believe this is a case of a...

competing company impersonating us.
