I am shocked, and almost baffled for words at the way this dispute is being handled by Tri County Publications. My claims are not false. I was not issued a refund, I was told that the purchased product would be shipped to me. The owner of Tri County Publications, provided me with a USPS tracking number that came up as an unidentified number. I would have most certainly cancelled my order, if I was able to get in contact with Tri County Publications or if I would have known I wouldn't receive my product. I called them multiple times a week and each time I was told someone would call me back, the person answering the phone was unable to help me, or I got their voicemail.  I filed the complaint with Revdex.com because after approximately 19 weeks, I was still unable to reach anyone to resolve my problem. I have still not been issued a refund. I purchased a product for $319.95, and I still have not received the product. About an hour ago, I received a very disruptive/rude phone call from the owner of Tri County Publications telling me I would not be receiving my product, nor a refund because I haven't removed my first complaint with the Revdex.com. The owner doesn't seem to care about me receiving my product. It seems as if she is only concerned with the complaint with Revdex.com. After months of not being able to get in contact with them, I get a call twenty minutes after the complaint was posted. I have used $319.95 out of our companies advertising budget. I could have used that money to advertise a more efficient way. All I wanted was my product. After 19 weeks of disputes, Tri County Publications voicemail machine, and a tremendously rude owner, all I want is my money back along with a proof of refund. I am not trying to receive anything for free, I only want a refund or my product. Once I get VALID proof that either one of these is on the way, the issue will be resolved.

Unfortunately, sometimes unavoidable mistakes happen. In such rare cases, a satisfactory solution is always in place and preventable measures are introduced.After a thorough review of your case, I have managed to pinpoint the reasons leading to this error. In our attempt to serve you better and retain you as one of our valuable customers, we are going to issue a refund for $200 on 7/13/17. I hope you find these actions satisfactory and up to your expectations. This is the least that we can do to address the unintentional inconveniences that we caused.We take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback which allows us to serve our customers better.Best Regards,Tri County Publications.

I am rejecting this response because: this company operates under false pretenses. They do not work with the Chamber of Commerce in a municipality that is hundreds of miles away. They never produced any of the goods that were paid for. They lied about having a contract in hopes that I was naive enough to pay them. They are crooked, and I will not be satisfied until I receive both a full and complete refund and an apology for lying about working with the Chamber of Commerce and about having a signed contract. This has wasted much of my time and caused me much stress, and they should be ashamed of them selves for not offering a full refund once I figured out how their racket works.

I am rejecting this response because: we have not received a refund of any kind. I have still been e-mailing them and trying to call with absolutely no answer. About 5 months ago I had spoken to a manager of some sorts and they sent me an...

email saying they were going to refund my money and from that point on you can not call the number for the company at all. If you can please help me with the situation at hand that would be wonderful.
