Morning:   As of May 1, 2017   I Have not been contacted by www.[redacted].com -   concerning refund of services never rendered as filed in my original complaint.    Thank you for your assistance on this matter.     Note:  We were told that a refund check would be mailed the week of April 6, 2017.    They have not complyed to any of their directives.    [redacted]

This letter is regarding the Complaint #[redacted] before even attempting to explain the reasons leading to this unintended mistake, I would iike to sincerely apologize to you for any inconvenience this may have caused.At TRI COUNTY PUBLICATIONS, customer satisfaction is something that we take very seriously and would never compromise under any circumstances. Unfortunately, sometimes unavoidable mistakes happen. In such rare cases, a satisfactory solution is always in place and preventable measures are introduced.We wilt be applying:1. Here is the finished product that the customer was featured on for free. Also here is the reference number confirming the refund. [redacted] proceeded to call the business 38 times since the refund was issued. Each time yelling and then hanging up not allowing us to give her the information she requested.

I am rejecting this response because:  They have provided a paid inv. and an unpaid invoice (for this year) however, they have not provided an agreement that this was two parts and also we paid extra in 2015 for 200 of the magnetics ads to give to our residents, that we never received.  No where did they tell us that this was a two part thing, we have not even seen the finished product.  Also our AD would've never been approved by us because our main number is [redacted], Also our logo is not complete it should list our properties and we have no idea where the yellow ribbon with number 1 custom satisfaction came from.

I have never seen any evidence that any order was ever fulfilled. What this company sent to my credit card company as proof of the order was simply a picture with my company name and number that was lifted off my website.

This situation is not ordinary and these incidents are not typical of us. We are very serious when it comes to our client's satisfaction and have a zero tolerance policy in this respect. We appreciate that you understand that mistakes sometimes happen despite the numerous checks and measures. We are very sorry that this happened to you but rest assured it won't happen again.After studying the matter, we found out that this error was the result of lack of submitting their project into printing team by sales rep. This is clearly a mistake at our end and we take responsibility for it.Due to this unintentional error and as a token of appreciation to you as our client, we are going to issue a 1/2 refund of your money, with free advertisement on the next edition This is the least that we can do to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I am rejecting this response because:1.  We need a full refund.  We had not heard from anyone for over a year until we disputed an unauthorized charge on the credit card.  2.  There has never been a finished product.3.  We are not a heat and air company.  We are a management company for apartments.4.  The coding 'r2v2' means nothing to the customer as far as it being a one year or two year commitment.   5.  Our phone number is still listed incorrectly.  We definitely want to be added to the do not call list.

I am rejecting this response because   It is going on two years trying to get my refund back from this company. That picture you sent me, is the first time I have ever seen it. But this is still too late and inadequate to say the least. So this will not satisfy my Salon or the lack of response from the Tri-County Publishing company. I am rejecting this response because:If you research this company on your own website you can see that refunds have been promised on many many other claims brought...

against Tri County Publications.  Also noted on these claims is that this company has on several claims withdrew a second amount from their bank accounts.  We have closed this business account for fear that we would be charged an additional amount.  The claims from other parties state that, though promised to send a refund, some are waiting up to a year.  The Attorney General was also sent a notification concerning this company.  If what [redacted] is stating to be true, I would expect a check in the mail by the beginning of the new year.  I truly doubt I will receive one.  I will keep both the Attorney General and the Revdex.com on notice.

I am rejecting this response because:    My name is [redacted] and I own [redacted] in [redacted]. I have been dealing with the issue of trying to get Tri-County Publicationstions, LLc. To refund my check for almost a year now. When I received the letter from you guys today about "no confirmation" on resolving the issue, it surprised me. No the refund has not been sent and I have not heard from this company at all. I have been calling them with no answer.     I called today after receiving the letter and found out that they should have sent me a check on December 8th. They have said twice before about refunding me a check but that was back in April and May. Nothing received. Please help me with this problem.

I am rejecting this response because: I have waited 10 months for any service from this company.    When I receive any advertising or money refund ...I then will agree to settling this dispute. 10 Months for advertising service....this does not help a business that pays for service and has not received...to help generate income is the reason that I choose advertising....

This customer claims are false. She not only received a 100% refund due to her thinking the products would be shipped and received in 10 business days. The paperwork she was emailed and also physically mailed to her address clearly states please allow 8-10 weeks for project to be shipped and...

received. Also we have a 30 day cancelation policy. If she was unhappy she could have simply cancelled. She received a proof. Even after she received a 100% refund we still left her advertisement on the publication. Attached is the paperwork clearly stating when to expect the product to go out. So not only was she refunded she received the service 100% free.
