I have called and led numerous messages for Rosa at the number that was to you folksI could never speak with Rosa directlyI left a very detailed message explaining that although they sent me a check, it was for the wrong amountI asked her to please call me with a fax number I can send the proof to her, but I have heard nothingThis is what has gone on with them from the start. Rather than waste your time further, or spend more time leaving phone calls that are unanswered, I have decided to do this: I will cash their check for $although owed $I would like it to be known on your site that you have tried to rectify this, and so have II actually spent an additional $20+ sending packages back to them, as well as an additional $to FedEx paperwork to the collection agency they sent me toI would appreciate that those details are posted.People should know that this company does this to customersDoubles orders, charges you twice, does not reimburse for incorrect shipments and then sends you to a collections agency.Thank you for your helpI will cash the check tomorrow You have been a tremendous advocate for the consumer.*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:TriStar is sending me in circles.  I have already spoken with them via phone several times, via email and via their survey to no avail.  This is why I resorted to the Revdex.com.  Now their response is for me to again call and be told what they already said which basically was "too bad", no reimbursement.  They do not state in their response what they are going to do or a specific person to talk to.  Their response is totally unsatisfactory.  If they are going to agree to reimburse the $10.33 they need to stop playing games and credit my account and then respond to the Revdex.com appropriately.  Thank you.
